Welcome to the Center for Work Life. It is very common to experience a muriad of emotions as you begin the process of putting together the pieces of your puzzle. Take a moment and remember that since 2003, the Center for Work Life has helped people just like you. Our Counseling for Life Skills, and Life Coaching is a clearly defined process, a systematic approach and it works. The programs have been developed and then refined to meet the specialized experiences and needs of various sufferers like you and their unique struggles.
Your Life and Puzzle; Our Passion and Promise
This may be the first place you have ever come to seek help. Or it may be that you have tried many avenues before, and are thinking: “I have heard it all”, “I am tired of trying”, “It’s gone on too long to change”, etc. We’ve been helping people learn to help themselves for amost 17 years. The skills we provide in our Life Coaching are reliable, effective and scientific based. They have helped others just like yourself overcome issues like:

Our counseling approach is different than the traditional counseling process, in that unlike those, our Counseling for Life and Coaching for Life Skills process is more like a training session. We direct and support the process of designing your beginning and an end training goal, help you gain mastery every step of the way. In other words, there is a foundation set in place for you, and together we decide how and what steps are needed from the beginning to get you there and what you can expect from us and what you need to work on.
