Abdul Farooqi Review (2023): Is Modern Millionaires Legit?

In a Modern Millionaires YouTube ad, Chance Anthony Welton and Abdul Samad Farooqi claim that flipping leads are where big money is.

This is what they teach in their curriculum. They show you how to create online billboard advertisements on Facebook, Google, and Instagram, how to generate cheap leads, how to sell them to local and small businesses at a profit, and how to keep the difference.

Thus, lead flipping.

Is it legit? What are they not telling you? What is the price?

We will find out in this Abdul Farooqi review.

Abdul Farooqi teaches you an online business model known as “lead generation.” In my personal opinion, this is probably the top business model out there.

While Abdul Farooqi has its merits, it’s NOT my top recommendation if you’re interested in Lead Generation.

My top program in the lead generation category is going to be Josh Osborne & Sean Kochel’s Digital Rental Method program.

The thing is: there’s a good way and a bad way to run a lead generation business.

The bad way is using outdated SEO tactics and sketchy “black-hat” Google My Business listings to send phone calls to local businesses.

This leaves you at the mercy of Google’s search algorithm updates, which has a history of ruining lead generation empires in a single day.

I have friends that have gone from $50K/mo in passive income down to nearly $0 because their listings got suspended (and they never got them back)!

Every guru out there has “their secret method” to “ensure” Google doesn’t slap you down with a huge penalty. Well, to that, I say good luck fighting a $200 billion per year tech giant.

The good way to do lead generation, is building assets that YOU own, while playing by the rules and giving companies like Google and Facebook what they desire most – relevancy.

In this model, you build high-converting digital assets (like a landing page) and push high-quality customers through them. You then flip these customers to a client that’s willing to take them and charge a fee for making the connection.

You’re kind of like a… lead dealer.

Who Is Abdul Farooqi?

Abdul founded Samad Consulting Inc. dba Lions Digital Solutions in 2013 after participating in a lead generation coaching program.

Before that, he worked in several financial positions after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

“On this bench is where I started the $7.5 million dollars I made from my office less agency,” Abdul Samad, cofounder of Modern Millionaires, begins his latest YouTube advertisement.

This raises a slew of questions. Is that, for example, from really running an agency? Or from selling the system to students?

And more importantly, were Abdul and his business partner, Chance Anthony Welton, truly mentioned in Forbes? Continue reading.

How Much Does Abdul Make In His Marketing Agency?

Abdul claims that he would sit and stare at the corporate office that fired him. He was overjoyed when they laid him off because he had created the ideal lifestyle for himself with his officeless agency business.

He continued that his business is quite straightforward; he has no bosses, no employees, doesn’t sell anything, and has no inventory.

He boasts that he and his wife traveled to more than 23 countries, and while he was having a great time, his business never slowed down.

Every month, over a dozen legitimate companies would give him payments ranging from $1,400 to $9,450.

You see, if you do the math, only a tiny percentage of the $7.5 million in revenue Abdul displayed at the start of the ad came from clients.

That’s wonderful if he’d just confess it, but he doesn’t. And that’s a little shady.

Abdul demonstrates how he does this by, for example, running basic little PPC advertisements on Facebook that induce his brick-and-mortar clients’ phones to ring. That’s all there is. That’s all he has to do.

Then he meets Chance online (in his mentor’s group, which he fails to disclose), teaches him the same approach, and now Chance, too, has a seven-figure agency.

Hmm… I’d like to see Abdul’s and Chance’s tax returns and a breakdown of how much came from servicing clients and how much came from coaching.

My best guess? At least 80% is due to coaching. Again, no problem. However, if your entire pitch is built on this extraordinary income promise, the ethical and legal thing to do is to be completely transparent.

Did Forbes Really Feature Abdul?

Next, Abdul releases a bombshell: he claims that because he is such an outstanding entrepreneur, he has been featured in famous magazines such as Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Business Insider. Um… Did he?

It took some research, but I was able to track down the Forbes piece. And it was then that I saw something odd.

To begin with, every one of those “experts” is a marketer who promotes passive online money-making courses. I immediately knew he had to have paid for this mention.

And, guess what? There’s proof just below the headline that he did just that.

So, what is the truth? Did Chance and Abdul spend thousands of dollars to have their names appear on these reputable websites, all to deceive you into thinking they were famous?

I’ll let you decide.

What Is Modern Millionaires?

Many people think Abdul Farooqi Millionaire Middleman is a scam. It’s not. You are studying a set of skills that will enable you to launch your own Officeless Agency. $8,000.00 is the asking price.

They don’t provide refunds, and I suppose you might argue that their course is pricey. Even this, though, is subjective. My only gripe is with their marketing.

While their tactics are effective, Abdul and Chance make it appear a lot faster and easier than it is.

If you can get past the price and hype, you’ll find a genuine business opportunity. Could you post a Facebook ad encouraging people suffering from knee discomfort to contact a chiropractor? Yes.

Is there a chiropractor out there willing to pay for those leads? Yes.

And if you can obtain them for two dollars and sell them for six, you’ve got yourself a great little side hustle, don’t you? Just five leads every day would net you $600 per month.

Such a scenario, in my opinion, is plausible. While the hotter multi-thousand-dollar-per-month deals mentioned by Chance and Abdul in their advertisements are undoubtedly available, they are the exception rather than the rule.

All I’m saying is that I wouldn’t go in hoping to get $5,000 per month in clients.

But there’s nothing wrong with piling minor victories on top of each other. Ten clients at $600 per month (take-home) would change most people’s lives. And I believe that is achievable.

To be sure, I’d like to know more about how you plan to attract small business owners to pay you. I’m sure the Modern Millionaires curriculum goes through this in-depth.

The only thing I see going wrong is that you may struggle to keep your costs down to generate leads. 

Can You Make Money With Modern Millionaires Program?

There are numerous courses available on how to run Facebook advertisements, start and scale your agency, and so on.

For example, Modern Millionaires have already enrolled thousands of students. Also, Officeless Agency is the same course but with different branding. Hundreds more are added each month.

This means that millions of digital marketing agencies are all fighting for the same limited amount of clicks. As you can anticipate, this raises ad prices. The longer you wait, the more difficult it will be to secure your earnings.

That is not a problem for me! I flip leads like Chance and Abdul, except I rely on Google’s free traffic instead of paid Google ads.

Alright, time for the $1,000,000 question: is Abdul Farooqi actually a scam?

No, it’s not a scam, technically speaking. They aren’t going to take your money and run off, leaving you empty-handed. It’s actually a halfway decent lead generation course.

It’s just not my top choice.

The Digital Rental Method program is unique. They give you over 30 proven templates (ad copy, targeting, keywords, exact landing pages, etc.) so that you can hit the ground running.

The people that run the program have an agency that does 7-figures per year, which is a major advantage over most lead generation courses.
