Why is lead generation so crucial for your company’s sales and marketing efforts?

That’s simple: revenue.

To keep sales going, you need to keep generating new leads. On the other hand, your current clients aren’t enough to keep your own business afloat. You’ll need new clients who are excited about the image and products of your company. That is what lead generation is all about.

In this article, we’ll look at Modern Millionaires, a company that makes money by producing leads for small businesses.

Now, I want to be honest here, so…

Modern Millionaires is a course that teaches you how to build your own advertising agency. The core idea here is that they’ll teach you how to not only run the ads themselves, but also how to (hopefully) build a successful business with it.

In my opinion, ad agencies are one of the best business models out there, and to be honest – they will always be needed (more on that later).

While Modern Millionaires has its merits, it is NOT my top recommendation if you’re interested in running your own ad agency.

My top program in the ad agency category is going to be Josh Osborne & Sean Kochel’s Digital Rental Method program.

Here’s the thing:

There’s a good way and a bad way to run an advertising agency.

The bad way involves only knowing how to run ads.

It may seem counterintuitive, but stay with me for a minute.

Probably the least important part of running an ad agency is actually knowing how to run ads on platforms like Facebook and Google.

It’s the things that go on behind the scenes that make a 6-or-7-figure agency.

Any monkey could take some random “template” that some guru gave them and plug it into Facebook or Google – that will not make you a 7 figure earner.

Why?

Because after a while, the market gets overwhelmed with the same message, and it stops working.

If you don’t have a system for thinking about how to run ads properly, you won’t be able to pivot.

So what’s the good way to run an ad agency, then?

The things that really separate a 6 or 7 figure agency from one that fails after a few months are:

1. Having a proven sales process
2. Knowing how to convert users that land on your client’s website

Let me explain why:

#1 – Most ad gurus out there have never run a 7-figure agency, so how could they possibly teach you a sales process that’s going to actually work? If you don’t have this nailed down, nothing else matters, because you won’t have anyone to run ads for!

#2 – Getting clicks on an ad is easy… getting them to actually go on and buy something from you is the hard part. If you don’t know about conversion rate optimization, landing page design, & email/text marketing, your ability to copy-paste some random ad won’t matter.

If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know that I recommend this ad agency program, because it helps my boyfriend and I personally make over $20,000/mo on autopilot.

The cool part is that it shows you pretty much exactly what to do to create a recurring revenue stream, that can bring you in anywhere from a few thousand, to $10,000+ per month.

I really like how you can build it with only an hour or two each day, and you can grow it as big (or small) as you want to.

The people that run it have an actual 7-figure marketing agency, so you know their systems work.

What Is Modern Millionaires?

Modern Millionaires isn’t that different from the other online money-making options available. Another online course teaches students how to run a successful online business.

Lead generation is the business concept that will be taught to you here. While it appears to be difficult, it’s much simpler than it seems.

You make money by bringing small business leads (or clients). In the case of Modern Millionaires, you’ll learn how to generate leads using Google and Facebook sponsored ads.

Being a lead-generating expert makes you more enticing to many business owners, who will continue to request your services. And there are several explanations for this:

The majority of them have no idea how to sell themselves properly.

If they do, they won’t have the time to develop their marketing strategy and hire someone to do it for them.

Many businesses who attempt to run Facebook or YouTube advertisements have no idea what they’re doing and end up frustrated since they wasted millions of dollars.

Furthermore, while running Facebook and Google advertising is more expensive than SEO, they provide a lot of perks that make them preferred, such as enhanced visibility, a higher conversion rate, and a range of other advantages.

If you think Modern Millionaires is already a superb online course based on this, you might want to reconsider. After all, this entire course has had and continues to have a poor reputation.

The Men Behind Modern Millionaires (Aka Officeless Agency)

Modern Millionaires was created by Abdul Farooqi and Chance Welton, a two-person collaboration.

Abdul and Chance appear to be digital entrepreneurs who have had a lot of success. They claim to have owned and operated numerous businesses with annual revenues in the seven figures.

However, it’s unclear whether they made money using the lead generation strategies suggested in their seminars. They may have just become wealthy by duping people into taking their online courses based on their relentless marketing.

Even their Forbes mention isn’t enough to convince me that they’re trustworthy, as these features are frequently paid for.

Who Is Abdul Farooqi?

After engaging in a lead generation coaching program, Abdul started his marketing agency, SAMAD CONSULTING INC. dba Lions Digital Solutions, in 2013.

Before that, he worked in several financial positions after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

Who Is Chance Welton?

In 2014, Chance Welton founded Beachwood Marketing, his own marketing company.

But it appears that Abdul and Chance have been concentrating on their primary moneymakers: their courses, first with Millionaire Middleman, then adding the “masterclass” of Officeless Agency and eventually renaming Millionaire Middleman as Modern Millionaires.

What Kind Of Business Model Does Modern Millionaires Use?

The business concept you’ll learn about on Modern Millionaires is “lead generation.”

What Does Modern Millionaires Teach?

This course aims to teach you how to get clients, namely through PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising on Google and Facebook.

They instruct you on how to create landing pages. This is one of the first phases in the ad development process. Abdul advises on how to find the most excellent landing pages. You can find them on Google if they have advertisements. After you’ve done that, he suggests that you examine and enhance them.

You can figure out how to defeat them if you’re in the same market if you do this.

Abdul walks you through the entire Facebook advertising process, from designing ads to continually improving them, so they continue to convert for you.

What Is Inside The Modern Millionaires Program?

You will be given three bundle options when you apply for Modern Millionaires. The purpose of these three packages is to allow users to select the best option for their specific company needs.

Modern Millionaires claim that each bundle gives you the same chance to create your marketing company. The three packages advertised on the show are shown below, along with their inclusions.

Do-It-Yourself (DIY)

This package is for those who want to start their agency from the ground up, as the name implies. This will only provide you with the necessary instruction and mentoring.

As part of this package, you will have access to the following items:

1. Four-week-long training modules
2. Membership in a private Facebook group
3. Support is available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week
4. Daily mentoring calls (although it seems to be less now)
5. Modern Millionaires Advertising System
6. MM Funnels
7. Modern Millionaires’ Automated Lead Nurturing

Done-With-You (DWY)

This is for people who have a desire to start their own internet-based business but need help from the company online. To keep things going properly, they’ll emphasize constant accountability.

This bundle includes everything from previous DIY kits as well as a few other additions:

1. Attendance at a ninety-day agency boot camp.
2. A personal coach who will assist you in forming your agency.
3. Every week, you’ll get two 3-hour calls with your coach.
4. Ongoing accountability and coaching targeted to your needs and industry.

Done-For-You (DFY)

This package is for someone who has the financial ability to start a side business but lacks time to set it up and make it profitable on their own.

This package does not include any training or coaching, as you might assume. Because almost everything is “done for you.”

Here are a few simple steps you can take to get your internet business up and running with this package: Create a brand, a website for your agency, a niche/industry for your business, a marketing platform, and a customer acquisition method. Get your first customer and set up your first fulfillment system.

Modern Millionaires Modules

Only those who purchased the DIY or DWY packages have access to these training modules. If you choose the DFY package, you won’t be able to access it.

This package has four major modules. The third module is further broken into three “sub-modules,” giving each session a total of seven parts.

Please take a peek at each module to discover what they’ll be teaching you.

Module 1: The Foundation

This first module will teach you the essentials of this company concept.

What is the nature of this company? Why should you consider starting this business? This is where everything will be discussed.

This module is known as “The Foundation” since it covers essential subjects. Setting up a website for clients, purchasing domains, learning how to create a website from the bottom up, niche selection, and the legal paperwork needed to start an online advertising company are just a few examples.

You will also receive guidance on how to launch your advertising company correctly.

Please remember that the information on this page is based on the assumption that you live in the United States, so your findings may vary depending on where you are. The majority of the time, though, the knowledge is generalizable.

Module 2: Prospecting And Sales

Finding a consumer who would pay you month after month is the most challenging task in this company model.

As a result, they’ll show you how to get customers in this area.

Cold emailing, cold phoning, and professional networking are all used in this module to reach out to local business owners. You’ll also learn to finalize deals and sign contracts with local entrepreneurs.

Finally, this module will suggest the best way of payment for you.

Module 3

There are three sub-modules in the third module. They’re all about using multiple platforms to bring traffic to your clients’ websites or whatever else.

Driving Traffic With Google Ads

This module will teach you how to use Google advertisements to drive traffic and earn money for your customers. It also teaches how to start a Google ad campaign with a small budget and then scale it up to match your demands.

Driving Facebook Traffic

Here you’ll learn how to create and operate Facebook-sponsored advertising to make money for yourself and your customers. It also contains guidelines for setting up, running, and growing marketing campaigns.

It’s primarily the same as Module 3A, except it focuses on Facebook (and possibly other social media marketing) ads this time.

Driving Lead Nurturing Traffic

It’s OK to generate traffic, but it’s a complete waste of money if those leads don’t convert. This course will show you how to create sales and convert leads effectively. This is essentially a synthesis of the ad training you received in previous classes.

Module 4: Autopilot

This module is all about “automating” your lead generation business’s procedures so that you can produce passive income online with little work. Scaling your business and putting together a team that can work for you and your company 24 hours a day, seven days a week are among the subjects covered.

To discover freelancers, the module recommends using Fiverr and Upwork. Alternative sites like OnlineJobs.ph and ifreelance.ph are superior if you’re looking for freelancers, even though they’re also fantastic venues for hiring freelancers.

What Is The Cost For The Modern Millionaires Coaching Program?

With fees ranging from $5000 to $7000, it’s one of the most expensive marketing courses accessible. However, their D4U products and services would set you back even more…

Modern Millionaires Review: Is The Modern Millionaires A Scam?

Alright, time for the $1,000,000 question: is Modern Millionaires actually a scam?

No, it’s not a scam, technically speaking. They aren’t going to take your money and run off, leaving you empty handed. It’s actually a halfway decent lead generation course.

It’s just not my top choice.

The Digital Rental Method program is unique. They give you over 30 proven templates (ad copy, targeting, keywords, exact landing pages, etc) so that you can hit the ground running.

The people that run the program actually have an agency that does 7-figures per year, which is a major advantage over most other lead generation courses.

Think about it: what if you could put in a few hours of work each day (whenever you feel like it), and you were rewarded with a recurring $500-$2,000 payment for each site you put up?

And what if it only took you a week or two to get that first payment?

And what if you could double or triple that payment over the following month or two?

That’s what you get when you’re a Digital Landlord.

All you really need is a laptop and some internet.

Modern Millionaires Review: Is This Online Business A Good Way To Make Money?

The world has changed over time. We now live in the digital age, which is a different era. Who’d have guessed that bricks-and-clicks businesses would supplant bricks-and-mortar businesses? True, everyone is on the internet. Traditional companies don’t have the following advantages that online enterprises do:

• The ability to conduct business on any given day of the year.
• Obtaining access to a broader market.
• Less expensive.

This will allow you to focus on growing your business, spending time with family and friends, or simply relaxing. When you produce local leads with free traffic, you have more control over your time, and you’ll have plenty of it.

What Is Officeless Agency Masterclass?

Modern Millionaires was once known as the Millionaire Middleman, but after receiving much negative feedback and reviews on the internet, they relaunched their old course as Modern Millionaires.

In a nutshell, Modern Millionaires, Millionaire Middleman, and Officeless Agency are all the same course with different branding.

Modern Millionaires Review: Is It Worth It?

There’s no doubting that small company owners need good leads in today’s digital world. They’re constantly looking for fresh ways to attract new customers. This is why lead-generating skills are taught in so many online courses.

Modern Millionaires, aka Officeless Agency, teaches you how to do just that by teaching you how to use PPC ads to attract consumers.

When it comes to starting a business, though, you have a lot of possibilities.

Even if you’re dead set on being a lead generation master, Officeless Agency or Modern Millionaires aren’t your best bets.

Keep in mind that I am not compensated to review the programs I have on this blog. I think lead generation is a terrific business concept, but with Chance Welton in particular, you might be leaving a lot of money on the table.

Yes, there are plenty of other business ideas from which to select if you want to make money online. Here are a few examples:

What Is My Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024?

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

• I have an actual lead generation business
• I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
• I’ve drop-shipped a toilet-bowl putting green on Shopify
• I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing

And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.

That being said, my #1 recommendation for making real money online is, hands-down: being a Digital Landlord

Whether you’re a complete newbie, or you’ve been around the block before but have never had that “big win” to propel you forward, using the Digital Rental Method is for you.
