This Digital Storefronts review is a detailed one. I’ll be talking about the nitty-gritty to give you enough information to decide whether the program is worth it or not.

However, I understand some of y’all are here for a straight answer.

So, is the Digital Storefronts, Cory Long’s course, a scam?

Well, the simple answer is “No.”

I mean, Cory won’t take your money and then take off.

My major issue is that you get to pay way more for less.

Digital Storefronts helps you set up a digital marketing agency.

The digital storefront business model is about creating small, niche-focused websites. You learn to generate leads for local business owners who need more clients.

I think you’ll like it if you are interested in the local lead generation model in the online business world.

It’s just not my favorite.

There are other alternatives that are fairly priced, yet you get to learn all the ins and outs of digital advertising. Plus, you also get to charge your clients more for the value you provide them. So it’s a win-win.

Who Benefits From Program

You’ve probably realized by now that I’m all for lead generation. It’s one of the few legit ways to make money online without putting in A LOT of effort.

But going by the reviews I’ve seen online, It’s evident that the business model works only for some groups of people

So who will Cory Long’s business model work for? And who will find it a waste of time and money?

Who the Program Is For

Let me start with the group of people who will find the Digital Storefronts program valuable:

1. Online business owners who want a long-lasting business model. I like the fact that the online business model is steady and sustainable… Only because it’s founded on lead generation. So if you are looking to secure your financial future, finding and closing deals, this would be something you can consider.
2. People who need community support. If you are going to run a successful lead generation business, then you’ll need constant support throughout the training program. The course is pretty much run by internet marketing experts.
3. Users who are not tech-savvy. You can create your digital storefronts online without breaking a sweat because Cory teaches a simple way to do lead generation.

Who the Program Is Not For

If you belong to any of the following categories, then the program may not benefit you:

1. People who are on a budget. The digital storefronts cost of entry is not friendly for people on a tight budget and are trying to break free from their 9 to 5.
2. Skeptics looking for concrete proof. He doesn’t have a lot of success stories despite the program running for years. You’d expect hundreds of online business success stories already.
3. If you are cautious and care about negative feedback. If negative reviews are deal breakers for you, then you won’t like the digital storefronts online business model. And Cory Long has a bunch of those on the internet… more on this in a moment. It’s surprising to me that the only positive reviews you find online have the comments turned off.

Digital Storefronts is based on the local lead generation business model…

Well, it involves creating websites and Google Maps listings. You then promote local services and rank them at the top of search engine results.

When your digital assets reach the top, that’s when all your efforts start to pay.

You send the leads you generate to local businesses that need more customers every month. It uses a special call tracking number that you control.

In exchange, you collect your commission every month; all on autopilot.

This business model lets you earn a passive income without having physical stores. Plus, you don’t even need inventory.

Who Is Cory Long?

So who is Cory Long?

Depends on who you ask… LOL!

He is a minister and online entrepreneur.

Some people say Cory Long is as trustworthy as a snake in a sweater… Haha!

I’ll tell you shortly.

The guru studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Texas Tech University. He then became a full-time minister for over 17 years now.

Cory also served as the CEO of Carpenter Place. This is where he learned the skills of digital marketing.

In 2014, Cory decided to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams. So he started North Texas Safety Supply. He provided safety equipment and materials to small and construction businesses.

He soon realized that managing a physical business was not his ideal path. So he switched to online consulting and founded Yroc Consulting.

His business helped other businesses grow through digital advertising.

That is when he discovered the local lead generation model and the coaching program created by Dan Klein. He took his flight, and he’s been on this route since then.

Seems like Cory’s found a major breakthrough in the lead generation business. It allowed him to generate a 6-figure income per month.

Cory has so far served over 800 clients and generated over $42 million in revenue (supposedly).

He’s also built two online businesses that reached the 7-figure mark. This has seen him receive the 2-Comma Club award.

Cory now shares his knowledge and experience with others. Most especially those who have a heart for ministry.

He teaches them how to make money online through lead-generation sites.

Cory Long says he wants to help them create a lifestyle that is not dependent on traditional income sources.

And that’s how we have Digital Storefronts.

You probably didn’t know Cory Long until now. And that’s because his name is not quite popular in the online coaching industry.

However, he has made an impact on some people. That’s why you’ll see a handful of positive reviews on him.

He’s not a favorite student in Dan Klein’s coaching organization. However, the details of this matter are still somewhat unclear.

Cory Long has a proven track record of building successful businesses from scratch. I just don’t know about his success in the digital marketing world. He seems to be making a lot of money on his course than in his business.

He uses Facebook and Google ads to generate leads quickly. However, his main focus is on organic lead generation through SEO, especially for small local websites.

After doing some research, it is clear that Cory’s business model works.

However, there are some doubts about his coaching skills. It seems like it’s because of a past incident where he was kicked out of Dan Klein’s mentorship group. That’s where he learned this business strategy.

The reason for his removal, however, is mind-boggling.

The group had a simple but important rule: “Do not offer your products or services to other members of this group.”

Unfortunately, Cory broke this rule. He pushed his lead generation group, Digital Storefronts, to other members.

Also, some sources say he copy-pasted Dan Klein’s Job Killing course. That, to me, fueled the fire.

This incident, while not uncommon in the digital world, leaves a bad impression for a minister.

Main Promises Of The Digital Storefronts Course

Cory Long claims that he can help you create a 6-figure online business. All you need is to give a “…FAIR INVESTMENT.”

Now hear me out,

It’s possible to have a successful lead generation business that generates thousands of dollars every month…

I would know because I now make over $20k every month with lead generation.

However, it’s really bold for Cory to make this claim.

That’s because there’s little to prove that his over 835 Christian students have had any success.

What Is The Digital Storefronts Cost

It’s been awful hard to find the exact amount you need to pay for the course.

Based on the nature of the course, it’s likely you’ll need to pay something close to $5,000.

In my experience, I’ve learned that courses that offer 24/7 access to a private Facebook group and coaching are often pricey.

Again, for a course that has no proven success, you risk losing your hard-earned money.

Keep in mind that this price only gets you through the door.

You should expect to spend extra money on paid advertising and tool subscriptions.

So, how can you start the journey of getting the Digital Storefronts Training Course?

To know exactly how much the course will cost, you’ll need to schedule a call and speak to a sales representative.

During this conversation, they will customize their offerings based on your budget.

However, while price often matters a lot, remember to put trust above everything else.

You don’t want to experience the heartache that comes with losing your money to an investment with little or no returns.

Is The Digital Storefronts Course Legit?

Digital Storefronts is legit, without a doubt.

That’s because, unlike most scams out there the course is based on a proven foundation (lead generation).

Also, Cory Long is a recognized guru, even though he is not so popular.

While the course is completely legit, it’s just not worth your hard-earned money… Unless you’d want to spend pay $5,000 for information you can get online for free.

Cory promises you the world, yet he has very few success stories to back his promises… Cory, come on!

Based on this, the Digital Storefronts program isn’t anywhere on my top programs list.

Guess which program has made it to the list so far… The Digital Landlord.

Differences From Other Programs

Digital Storefronts doesn’t quite compare well with other lead generation programs. Take, for instance, Josh and Sean’s Digital CEOs course.

Cory Long’s course offers little content. Other programs are very generous with theirs.

Also, compared to other programs, the strategies Cory teaches you are too basic. This could explain why his students have minimal success.

Cory’s lead generation course is also overpriced for the value it provides.

What’s My Personal Opinion About Digital Storefronts?

I pride myself on writing honest reviews based on real experiences. These are often my experiences after buying and seeing the program in action.

I also check out other users’ experiences on the internet to help me give you balanced reviews.

Over time, I’ve learned that you can’t fully depend on the reviews on Trustpilot, BBB, or Reddit to decide whether a program is a buy or not.

I mean, if that’s how I arrived at all of my purchase decisions, then I would have missed out on great money-making opportunities online.

So while these reviews play an irreplaceable role, there are factors I consider before deciding which way to go. They are:

1. Cost and Return on Investment. You should compare the course price to your potential earnings. Remember to include extra costs like advertising and software. If you don’t see the possibility of recovering your investment, then it’s not worth it.
2. The course guru. It’s important to investigate the background and reputation of the instructor. As you do this, pay attention to pointers like their proven success and expertise. Also, check the type of criticism and negative feedback or complaints they received. Are they deal breakers for you?
3. Content and format: Go for a full-baked course. You don’t want to pay thousands of dollars for a course that has no weight to its name. Also, consider the format of earning that works for you. Oh, and did I mention support? Well, you need to have access to a supportive community, ongoing assistance, and updates.

My Suggestions About the Digital Storefronts Course

So I’ve taken you through the key points to consider when choosing a lead generation course. How about we apply them to Digital Storefronts?

I hate to say this, but Digital Storefronts falls short. That means it may not be worth your investment.

Here’s why:

The Positives

Cory Long’s course offers online community support through his private Facebook group.

The Negatives

The course costs anywhere from $5,000+. And there still are other expenses along the way. Now, there are little to no (credible) positive reviews at all from the 800+ students. This means that the program doesn’t have good ROI… Cory means well, but his course just doesn’t seem to deliver.

Also, Cory Long has a questionable reputation as a minister. I’ve not seen testimonials from his clients to prove his expertise in the lead generation industry. This makes it challenging to prove that he walks the talk.

What’s Inside The Digital Storefronts Course?

So in this section, I’ll cover everything you need to know about the course.

Cory wanted the course to take you through the lead generation journey from start to finish.

So once you sign up and put in a “fair investment,” you’ll get instant access to Cory’s training platform.

It has seven different modules. There’s no live session, so everything is pre-recorded… duh!

Based on what I’ve seen, the course does a pretty decent job.

It basically covers the whole process of generating local leads.

However, for the course to be worth its price, Cory should have taken a more detailed approach in his course.

Take this case for example;

I found that the instructional modules on website building focus on the creation of WordPress sites.

Well, that’s great, right? I mean, who isn’t familiar with WordPress?

Um… here’s the thing;

I manage a ton of websites for my lead generation business, and It becomes enjoyable with time. However, if there’s one thing I know about managing WordPress is that without a course that goes beyond the surface, you might find yourself sitting on your desk shit-faced at 2 AM trying to figure stuff out.

That’s why you need a good program that lets you in on the nitty gritty.

Yaay! You’ve finally made it to the end of this review. Hats off to you… You’re the BOMB!

So what do I think? Is Digital Storefronts a buy or not?

I like that the course is legit and that you learn everything about lead generation, at least at the basic level.

However, I wouldn’t spend a cent on the course because Cory can’t prove that his course is a success. I have nothing against him as a guru, though;

I’m only concerned that you risk spending your hard-earned cash on an investment with poor ROI.

Where would that leave you? Disappointed and ashamed.

With the Digital Landlord program, you won’t have to deal with the uncertainty though. You’ll be smiling your way to the bank before you know it!

What Is My #1 Way To Make Money Online In 2024?

I left a few easter eggs along the way, which I bet might have left you a bit curious.

So here’s the thing;

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

• I have an actual lead generation business
• I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
• I’ve drop-shipped a toilet-bowl putting green on Shopify (pic below)
• I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing

And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.

That being said, my #1 recommendation for making real money online is, hands-down: being a Digital Landlord

Just a reminder: these Digital Rental Properties are worth (at a minimum) $500/mo in semi-passive income. And each time you create another one, your income increases, and the effort put into creating the next property decreases.

Best case scenario, you have properties bringing in over $3,000+/mo on auto-pilot. This is amazing because in a year, that’s about 3 times your initial investment into the program. These are projections you’re unlikely to make from basic lead generation programs like Cory’s.

So, the rest is up to you. You could keep looking at other lead generation programs like Digital Storefronts, which might work out.

You could keep researching and researching for the next few months (or few years), never making a concrete decision.
