TLDR – What’s The Verdict, Is There A Map Pack Hero Scam?

If you’re the type of person who prefers things simple and straight to the point, here’s my scoop on whether Map Pack Hero is worth your investment.

My answer is Yes, but I’d hold off on giving them my money just yet. Why? To be clear there is no Map pack hero scam, as this program is completely legit. Here’s why I say that.

First, if you’ve been an avid Center For Work Life reader, you know that I’m a huge fan of the lead generation business model. However, not all lead generation programs like Douglas James Marketing tackle strategies that are completely independent of Google.

The Map Pack Hero is one such program that primarily focuses on Google Business profiles. While Google Business profiles are an important foundation for the growth of service-based businesses like landscaping companies, physical location businesses still require one.

Map Pack Hero teaches how to create Google Business profiles, which, in turn, allows millions of people to find information about your products, services, or location. While GBP does carry weight in lead generation programs, it isn’t a magic bullet.

There’s more to lead generation than one simple strategy of relying on Google Maps. You’ll also need to know how to leverage social media platforms to generate and convert leads. Some other strategies you do need include:

• Great copywriting skills
• Organic traffic to your site
• Email Marketing and more

Having all these put together into one lead generation strategy takes your skills to an entirely new level. What if I told you that such a program does exist?

That program is Digital Landlord. Try to think of your business or any local businesses you know as a bustling city. In this case, Google Business profiles are like street signs; they do get the job done but only go so far in terms of reach.

That begs the question, who is this program for, and who is it not for?

If you fit the below describes you, this program might be a good fit for you:

• If you’re a business owner looking to leverage Google Business to increase sales and give your business a wider reach.
• Any digital marketer looking to add a new skill to their portfolio
• A successful and reputable SEO agency that is looking to learn more about Google Business and how that would help their clients gain an upper footing over their clients.

Who is this program not for?

• If you’re a beginner. Starting out with Map Pack Hero might not be a great idea as there is a lot of detailed information you’ll need to navigate to fully understand the course.
• Anyone looking to create a passive income without having to put in the work. This program has several things you’ll need to check out and put in a lot of effort. So, if you’re looking to go on vacation as the money rolls in, that won’t be possible.
• If you want the best comprehensive skill set for lead generation. Map Pack Hero largely depends on Google Map Pack listings. If you want to learn a diverse skill set in lead generation, you’re better off looking elsewhere.

If you haven’t caught on just yet, the Map Pack Hero program teaches you how to create and optimize Google My Business profiles. While Google Map Packs aren’t the go-to for most lead generation experts, they still do make up for 44 to 51% of total clicks a business gets.

This stat goes to show just how important Google My Business profiles are to local businesses. So when your business or clients are in the top 3 packs of Google Maps, they certainly do get the most relevant eyes.

It also means that your business or client’s business is at the front and center for the people who are actively searching for their services. More eyeballs mean more calls and leads. This is what the Map Pack Hero Course teaches.

What’s the Cost of Map Pack Hero?

The cost of Map Pack Hero as of writing this review is $997. This is one of the cheapest lead-generation programs I’ve seen so far.

About the Guru- Joshua Osborne

oshua Osborne is a consultant and digital marketer. He has an estimated net worth of $2 million to $5 million. While now it looks like Joshua has got his life together, it wasn’t always that way.

Having grown up in a rough upbringing and being homeless at one point, Joshua Osborne’s life is a clear picture of what determination coupled with consistency looks like. Before deciding to join the lead generation business, Joshua did work in a 9 to 5 job.

He also started a moving company, and in 2014, he decided to join a local lead generation program. One year into the program, his income grew to seven figures. In 2018, he founded BAM Univeristy, which then gave birth to Map Pack Hero.

What Promises and Claims Does Map Pack Hero Make?

One huge promise and claim the Map Pack Hero makes is that you can leverage Local map pack listings to bring customers to your client’s doorstep. You’ll get to learn how to optimize your business profiles, which, in turn, helps you generate leads for businesses.

This promise does, in fact, have stats to back it up. Google My Business profile listings are, in fact, responsible for some percentage of leads a business receives. By learning how to optimize it and use it to your advantage, you get to bring in customers looking for the products and services your business or clients offer.

Despite being a great promise, I do have one issue with it. While Google Business is great, your entire business model depends on Google itself. All it takes is one algorithm change or update, and you’re back to zero in terms of optimization.

I bet you’ve heard of this quote, “out of sight, out of mind.” The more your business or clients get bumped down on Google Maps pack listings; the easier it is for customers to look somewhere else for the products or services they need.

Time to answer the $1,000,000 question: is Joshua Osborne Legit?

Yes, he is. Joshua has been in the digital marketing game for more than 15 years now. He knows what works and what doesn’t. This applies also to Rank and rent strategies.

While Joshua Osborne is legit, would I recommend Map Pack Hero? No, it isn’t my top choice program for lead generation, and neither is Rent Digital Assets.

One such program is Digital Landlord. So, if you’re looking to invest, why not do so with a program that offers you way more strategies?

What Is My #1 Way To Make Money Online In 2024?

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

• I have an actual lead-generation business
• I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
• I’ve drop-shipped a toilet bowl, putting green on Shopify
• I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing

And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say there is no “perfect” business model.

That being said, my #1 recommendation for making real money online is, hands-down, being a Digital Landlord.

Whether you’re a complete newbie or you’ve been around the block before but have never had that “big win” to propel you forward, becoming a Digital Landlord is for you.

Why?

1)Time commitment: If you have an hour or two per day, you can do this. Even if you want to drop everything and commit fully, that works too.

You don’t have to be constantly working to make money. The income you generate is recurring.

Imagine taking off for a month to places like Hawaii, Paris, National Parks, & other spots people only dream about – all while collecting dozens of little $500-$2,000 checks. It’s like a dream come true.

But it’s only possible to do it when you’ve separated your income from your time. For Map Pack Hero, you may have to put in the time to better understand each strategy. Also, making money takes time as you’ll have to wait for the results of your hard work to reflect.

2) Complete control: You completely control everything, which means no one can take your business away from you. This is a huge difference from other lead generation models, where Google can end you at the snap of a finger.

3) It’s Effectively Copy-Paste: Here’s my favorite part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up, you can literally copy-paste another version of it and find another willing “renter” in a few days. DOUBLING your income doesn’t get much easier than that…

This is unlike Map Pack Hero; what works for one listing might not work for another. So, you’ll have to end up trying different optimization strategies to rank different local map pack listings.

4) Great Margins:

Just a reminder: these Digital Rental Properties are worth (at a minimum) $500/mo in semi-passive income. And as you create another one, your income increases and the effort put into creating the next property decreases.

Best case scenario, you have properties bringing in over $3,000+/mo on auto-pilot.

5) You’re Helping REAL People: When you’re a Digital Landlord, you’re helping solve REAL problems that people are ASKING for help with:

So, the rest is up to you. You could keep looking at other lead generation programs like Map Pack Hero, which might work out.

You could keep researching and researching for the next few months (or few years), never making a concrete decision.

OR, you can look deep inside, think about those dreams, hopes, & desires, and make the decision to ACTUALLY make it happen, just like it has for thousands of other students before you.
