Lucas Lee Tyson Review (2024 Update): Is Productized Profits Legit?

Growth Cave teaches you an online business model known as “lead generation.” In my personal opinion, this is probably the top business model out there.

While Growth Cave has its merits, it’s NOT my top recommendation if you’re interested in Lead Generation.

My top program in the lead generation category is going to be Josh Osborne & Sean Kochel’s Digital Rental Method program.

There’s a good way and a bad way to run a lead generation business.

The bad way is using outdated SEO tactics and sketchy “black-hat” Google My Business listings to send phone calls to local businesses.

This leaves you at the mercy of Google’s search algorithm updates, which has a history of ruining lead generation empires in a single day.

TLDR – What’s The Verdict on Productized Profits

If you’re the type of person who appreciates a direct answer, let me cut to the chase. Here’s my honest opinion on whether Productized Profits is really worth it.

Is the Productized Profits program a good buy? My answer is NO.

To be clear, I think Productized Profits is a great program largely because it centers on an online business model I prefer to make money online with, which is lead generation. My “No” stems from the approach Lucas Lee Tyson takes with this program.

Productized Profits is a course that teaches people how to start a productized ad service. What is a productized ad service? This is a service that helps solve specific problems for local businesses. The idea with this program is that you’ll need to pick a niche, find clients in that niche, and sell them an automated marketing system.

How do you do that? According to Lucas, you’ll need to leverage Facebook ads. But here’s the thing: even if lead generation is currently a 3.15 billion dollar industry in the U.S., the strategy this program uses isn’t effective.

Let me explain: One thing at least 61% of lead generation experts agree on is that creating quality leads that convert is a big issue in the industry. There’s no one way to do it, as every business, niche, and industry will have its own way of establishing those leads.

Creating leads only set on using one method, like Facebook ads, can be detrimental to your entire lead generation strategy.

Second, there’s also the cost of Facebook ads. According to the latest stats, the cost of Facebook advertisements went up by 89% in 2021, and that price has slowly been rising. For those starting out in this industry, it’s most likely that you won’t make money in the first months of your business.

Now, imagine asking your clients to pay $5k every month for ads that aren’t guaranteed results. No business owner is willing to pitch camp on a muddy site. They’ll probably end up leaving and looking for different strategies elsewhere. This means you’ll end up losing not only your client and business but also thousands of dollars flushed down the drain.

Is that a risk you’re willing to take?

There’s also the issue of an oversaturated market. Like affiliate marketing, Facebook ads do have a dark side, and that’s oversaturation. Hundreds, if not thousands, of marketers have flooded the platform to help local businesses sell products and services.

The only way to stand out from the competition is to create better ads. Doing so might require you to pay more than you originally bargained for.

Imagine creating an ad for your target audience, and they can’t even be bothered to look at it. Exhausting people with one ad is one thing. That’s worse – it would basically be the death of your Facebook account.

The fact that Productized Profits only focuses on one aspect of lead generation makes its entire approach less effective. Remember, generating leads is half the battle; you’ll also need to figure out how to transform those leads into customers, sales, and orders.

Try to think of lead generation as a busy kitchen where Facebook ads are your appetizers. While tasty, they are just but one dish in your entire kitchen.

In this section, I’ll discuss everything you need to know about this program and give you a bird’s eye view of each section.

Business Model

If you haven’t caught on yet, the Productized Profits program teaches how to generate leads for clients using Facebook ads. You’ll also get to learn how to scale up your clients’ business, choose a high-ticket niche, run profitable ads, and close deals.

This particular program does, however, come with several differences. As the name suggests, Productized Profits largely majors on productization. This type of business model caters to two perspectives.

1. For you, productization allows you to define your service in a process that’s hassle-free, predictable, and repeatable. This helps simplify your pricing and client expectations.
2. For clients, productization enables them to give you clear deliverables. Prices are also fair, and your clients can purchase them.

Productization allows you to focus on a particular niche, like real estate, landscaping, and dentistry, which allows you to automate your clients’ tasks. You also get to eliminate projects that take up lots of effort and time.

While Productized Profits has a good basis, it comes with several drawbacks.

One major disadvantage of Productized Profits is the high initial time investment. Packaging your services in a specific niche can be quite challenging, especially if you’re new in the digital marketing space.

You’ll have to put a lot of thought into how you package your services in a way that offers your clients great value. With the Facebook ads strategy that Lucas Lee Tyson teaches, it’ll get hard to have internal systems in place to automate your clients’ services.

This means you’ll have to take time and research the right strategies. But after paying thousands of dollars, it’s impossible to patiently wait to make money.

Second, by only picking a niche market, you end up narrowing down your target market. The smaller the market, the lower the income and the higher the chances of oversaturation.

We can’t talk about Productized Profits without mentioning Lucas Lee Tyson’s Growth Cave.

What Is The Growth Cave?

Growth Cave is an online digital marketing program that Lucas Lee Tyson teaches, which helps people make a passive income and successfully launch their own digital marketing agency. It’s also the program that the Productized Profits is under.

One thing that does stand out about the Growth Cave is that you can’t access the programs it has to offer via a sales page.

You’ll be required to book a call with the sales guy who will make sure you’re the right fit for the program. Lucas Lee Tyson calls this program a client attraction machine that allows you to upgrade your digital marketing agency.

Lucas also refers to this program as a high-ticket experience.

Now that you have an idea of what his program’s business model offers let’s meet the man of the hour, Lucas Lee Tyson.

Who Is Lucas Lee Tyson?

Most of us have been conditioned to believe that a 9 to 5 job comes with a certain level of financial freedom. But that can’t be further from the truth, which is what Lucas Lee Tyson discovered.

Who is Lucas Lee Tyson? He is the founder of Growth Cave. The main aim of launching this program is to help local business grow their presence online through lead generation.

The Growth Cave program provides an extensive and comprehensive online center that helps educate entrepreneurs on how to create compelling Facebook ad campaigns. You also get to learn how to manage those campaigns successfully.

While in a 9 to 5 job as a marketing intern, Lucas Lee Tyson quickly learned how powerful paid advertising was in the marketing industry. He saw the huge amounts companies were willing to pay for advertising services, which is what he did.

He left the marketing agency and decided to offer paid advertising services at a lower fee for small business owners. Aside from marketing services, he also did a ton of online businesses like affiliate marketing, where he generated over $85,000.

Lucas Lee Tyson also tried YouTube ads before settling for a lead generation business, but sadly, he closed the business as he failed to make a single sale. He would later become a pay-per-click specialist on Upwork, which is where the idea for Growth Cave was born.

Main Promises And Claims Of Productized Profits

One major promise or claim the Productized Business Mastermind Program claims it offers is the ability to help teach people how to successfully launch a profitable digital marketing agency. Their approach largely majors on finding a niche and pitching them your services.

You need to make the business owners believe that your services are what they need to get the customers. Once you have the clients, you can use Facebook and YouTube ads to generate those leads.

While all this sounds great on paper, practically speaking, it’s challenging to accomplish. Let’s assume that you pay for Lucas Lee Tyson’s program; no business owner will gladly pay you for marketing campaigns and a service fee for a strategy they’ve probably used before.

Business owners have received countless spam emails claiming they can help them get clients. Some have probably been burnt along the way. Landing clients with the same strategies they’ve had before will be tough.

Second, the success of the Productized Profits largely hinges on your use of the program’s software, ClientBolt. This software costs $99 per month. According to Lucas Lee Tyson, this software will help you find leads in your neighborhood.

If your ability to find leads is pegged entirely on software, you’re in trouble. This means if the software stops functioning for a week, your entire business comes to a halt. Next, your clients start leaving since they won’t be seeing any results.

The Facebook ads you paid for become less effective, which means your client has lost more money. At the end of it, a week of software failure takes you back to starting your entire business again.

You’ll also be taught the art of cold calling to generate leads. While cold calling can help you generate leads, it’s important to note that it isn’t a great passive income business. There’s a lot that goes into crafting an attention-grabbing email.

Aside from writing the emails, there’s finding the right email addresses. You also have to follow up with your leads. So, if your goal were to start a passive income business, this wouldn’t be a wise decision.

Rather than deal with all the work that comes with this type of lead generation strategy, why not try a program that offers you diverse strategies?

If you don’t have the money to pay for the program, there’s a three-month installment plan available. This plan allows you to pay $600 per month for three months, but that’s going to be a little expensive.

The good news is that you won’t have to pay more for the program, as it’s a lifetime payment expense. You will, however, have to pay $99 per month for the lead generation software this program offers.

Productized Profits also has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you aren’t satisfied with the program, you can ask for a refund. But according to the reviews I’ve read, the refund policy isn’t something this program even has.

Is Productized Profits Legit?

Time to answer the 1,000-dollar question: is Productized Profits legit?

Yes, technically. Lucas Lee Tyson won’t steal your money and sail away to the sunset. While I do love lead generation as a way of making a passive income, I wouldn’t recommend this program.

First, going by Lucas Lee Tyson’s bio, he first started his online marketing business as a teenager. He also claims that he got tired of his 9 to 5 pm job, which is what most gurus claim. Most people have seen this statement as a ploy to lure people into his program.

When you think of it, it’s a bit sudden for a teenager to claim he’s tired of his 9 to 5 pm job, especially if they haven’t done it for long. It just doesn’t seem genuine to me.

There’s also the fact that you’ll have to pay $99 per month to use the program’s software. Most software these programs offer doesn’t work as it should. The ClientBot software promises to help you automate everything and get leads.

Getting clients is hard enough, which is why this course has this software. Paying $99 per month for software that might work isn’t a wise decision.

Why not try Digital Landlord? This program gives you 30 done-for-you proven templates you can use for landing pages, keywords, and ad copy. You’ll also hit the ground running on how to leverage Google, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and more.

Outside of the ads training, you’ll also learn other skills like building high-converting landing pages, proven sales and advertising processes, and a lot more. You’ll also get to learn how to leverage Website development and SEO, which are strategies Productized Profits don’t have.

You’ll also get to learn lead-generation strategies from people who’ve actually been in the industry for a long time. Every strategy they teach is what they’ve tested, and they know that it does work.

Now that you know whether this program is legit, what differences does this course have from the rest?

Differences From Other Lead Generation Programs

Productized Profits and other programs in a similar category have a few major differences.

First, Productized Profits teaches how to run leads via cold emailing and leveraging Facebook ads. For the amount of money you’ll have to pay, those are a few lead-generation strategies to learn.

Second, this business model teaches you to leverage a particular business niche. With your chosen niche, you get to narrow down the services you can offer business owners.

Third, you’ll have to pay extra every month to get access to the program’s lead generation software.

With the 1,000 FT view out of the way, let’s dive into my personal opinion section.

Personal Opinion

If you’ve gotten this far, you hopefully know much more about Lucas Lee Tyson than you did when you started reading this article.

I’m a huge advocate for lead generation business. So, my opinions and advice are based entirely on my experience and the reviews I’ve read.

That being said, I’d like to make one thing clear. When you research an online business opportunity, you’ll probably find a ton of negative reviews. But at times, those reviews aren’t an entire reflection of an entire online program.

While it’s great to read Reddit, Trust Pilot, and BBB, there’s a lot that goes into deciding whether a program is legit or not. Some things I look at include:

• Price: How much are you willing to invest in a lead generation program? Are there any upsells you’ll have to pay to get a quality, comprehensive course?
• Your Level: Are you new to the lead generation world? Do you have your own digital marketing agency but want to learn another skill? Your level of experience will largely influence the course you choose.
• Your guru’s experience: Does the guru have enough experience with lead generation? How long have they been in the industry?
• The curriculum content: Does the course offer well-detailed and versatile strategies for lead generation? Does it go beyond getting leads to converting them?
• Updates: Is the course regularly updated?
• Community: Does the program have a Private Facebook group you can join? Starting an online business isn’t easy, but having a community to answer your questions makes a huge difference.

So, what’s my recommendation about this course?

My Recommendation On The Productized Profits Program

Using the criteria I’ve mentioned above, let’s answer the question: is Lucas Lee Tyson legit?

Let’s start with the positives:

If you’re new to lead generation and are looking for a way to get started, this program does have some great curriculum you content you can use. You’ll get to learn not only about lead generation but also how to find leads using Productized Profits.

While there’s a lot of work you’ll need to do to get everything running, you can still make money. But if you’re looking for a program that offers you a passive income for $1497, you’ll need to find something better.

Now the negatives;

• Productized Profits emphasizes the use of cold calling. While this strategy does work, it isn’t the most effective lead-generation strategy in 2023. Let’s also not forget that there are lots of moving parts when it comes to cold calling, and one huge one is that you’ll need to be engaging. Also, business owners aren’t interested in who you are, mainly what you bring to the table. If you’re new to the game, it’s going to be hard to convince someone you’re the best choice. This is something one Reddit User points out.
• The only upsell the Productized Profits program has is its ClientBolt software. Let’s be real; the idea of having software get clients for you in lead generation is a big no. Most of the tools that promise a specific outcome in lead generation are usually fake. While some do work, they might end up producing outdated data. The fact that this program doesn’t have real strategies in place for lead generation makes it a no-go program.
• Lead generation is more than just Facebook ads. But sadly, the Productized Profits only focuses on the use of one platform for lead generation. With Facebook ad campaigns being oversaturated, it’s getting harder to generate leads from this platform. Other sources should be taught if you’re to make lead generation a success.

Lesson two shows you the art of sales, how to take payments over the phone, how to craft your sales pitch, and how to handle price or strategy objections. You’ll also get your questions answered, especially on productized businesses.

After you’ve finally gotten clients, the next step is to rinse and repeat the strategies above. At this point, you’re basically on autopilot. You know what to do, what strategies to apply, and how to go about the entire process. You’ll also get to learn a lot about Facebook and Google ads.

With a huge client load, it makes sense that you won’t be working 24/7. You’ll need to put up systems to help your workflow streamline better. Lucas Lee Tyson will give you a system to help you work better. The Automation, scaling, and working systems will help you work better.

Conclusion- Is Lucas Lee Tyson Legit?

Lead generation is a great way to make money online. While that strategy is great, not all courses are great; one such program is this one. Yes, Lucas Lee Tyson is legit; he won’t sail away into the sunset with your money, but I still won’t recommend this program

While it might be great for a beginner to learn how to operate a productized business, the strategies Lucas teaches aren’t the best for a long-term business in lead generation.

What Is My #1 Way To Make Money Online In 2024?

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

• I have an actual lead generation business
• I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
• I’ve drop-shipped a toilet-bowl putting green on Shopify (pic below)
• I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing

And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.

But it’s only possible to do it when you’ve separated your income from your time.

2) Complete control: You completely control everything, which means no one can take your business away from you. This is a huge difference from other lead generation models, where Google can end you at the snap of a finger.

Also, with Productized Profits, the chances of its software failing are really high. One small failure means a complete loss of time and money on your side.

3) It’s Effectively Copy-Paste: Here’s my favorite part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up, you can literally copy-paste another version of it and find another willing “renter” in a few days. DOUBLING your income doesn’t get much easier than that…

4) Great Margins:

Just a reminder: these Digital Rental Properties are worth (at a minimum) $500/mo in semi-passive income. And each time you create another one, your income increases and the effort put into creating the next property decreases.

Best case scenario, you have properties bringing in over $3,000+/mo on auto-pilot. On the other hand, Productized Profits won’t guarantee you great margins. You’ll first have to find clients and that’s challenging enough before you can figure out your profit margins.

5) You’re Helping REAL People: With the Digital Rental Method, you’re helping solve REAL problems that people are ASKING for help with:

Small local businesses around the world need one thing: customers. Without them, their business would fall apart. If we can provide those customers, they’re going to be really happy – and they’re going to pay you for it.

You’re helping a struggling mother or father put FOOD on the table for their families, put their kids through college, or simply live life a little bit more comfortably.
