Thousands of people have joined this MLM company since its launch. This article will give you enough information to assist you in deciding whether or not this is the right business for you.

Now, before we go any further, I’d like to be completely honest with you, so…

MLMs like InteleTravel are a bit of a mixed bag. They CAN be a legitimate way to make money, but some have a reputation for literally ruining people’s lives – so it’s important to know what you’re getting, since each one is unique.

Like most of my readers, you were probably introduced to this one via a friend or some influencer you trust online.

And it makes sense why so many people recommend them:

Making money outside of a 9-5 can be… life-changing, to say the least.

So in this article, I want to help you explore two things:

1. If MLMs are actually a worthwhile business to pursue
2. If InteleTravel is a worthwhile MLM

Before that, I want to clear the air on something.

There are A LOT of people out there who bash all MLMs in any form. I am not one of those people.

Instead, I want to genuinely educate you about them so that you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.

If you’re unfamiliar with what MLMs actually do:

They’re businesses in which you pay money to a company for the ability to sell their products. 

Sometimes the products are actually kind of decent (I still remember my mom throwing pampered-chef parties when I was younger).

Other times the products are really poorly made and come with a high price tag.

Typically, the only way to really make money is to get people (mostly friends & family) to sign up with you for a recurring subscription.

If the product is 100% legitimate & valuable, it’s entirely possible to get people to sign-up and continue paying you.

If the product is subpar, you’ll usually burn those bridges kinda quickly and end up with $0 coming in each month.

The biggest issue I’ve seen is that this puts significant stress on your personal relationships, as you’re reliant on selling to your “network.”

Think about it: if you KNEW that every time your friend Sally called, she’d be trying to sell you on one of her products… you’d eventually stop answering Sally’s calls.

Now, this doesn’t mean MLMs are outright bad… it means you need to know what type of MLM you’re getting yourself into before you sign up. 

Again, some MLMs provide real value to people, but MOST don’t – and so in this article we’re going to explore what the case is with InteleTravel.

But before that, I want to ask you a question: what if there was a way to build actual recurring, semi-passive income? 

Income that:

• Doesn’t have inventory
• Doesn’t make you sell to your friends & family
• Doesn’t force you to recruit people onto your “team”

What Is InteleTravel? Is It A Travel Agency Business?

Inteletravel is a multi level marketing (MLM) travel agency franchise that allows you to work from home.

This multi level marketing company started in the US and has subsequently extended to the United Kingdom.

Last year, it joined ABTA in the United Kingdom. The Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) is a group of travel agents based in the United Kingdom.

InteleTravel currently does not have an ATOL license in the United Kingdom but has lately announced that it is on the approach of getting one. The acronym ATOL stands for Air Travel Organiser’s Licence.

According to the company, anyone can establish their own travel business from the comfort of their own home and earn a commission on every booking they make.

They also claim that you can sell vacations full-time or as a side business or simply book your travels for family and friends and recoup the commission.

Competitors in the MLM business, such as World Ventures, have been compared to the InteleTravel platform.

Inteletravel Brief History

Inteletravel’s co-founder and president, James Ferrara, has extensive experience in the business world. He attended New York University in the United States from 1986 to 1988, majoring in Real Estate Development. He also has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Theater Studies.

Following his credentials, James moved into the business world. He was simply an employee at the time, though. InteleTravel, his first company, didn’t begin operations until 1992.

The initial intention was to introduce a unique trip package business strategy. He had no purpose of placing quotas on his agents. In addition, James did not want his organization to require his staff to complete educational requirements. On the other hand, his agents were required to be adequately certified.

Is InteleTravel Legit?

InteleTravel is a legitimate company. By gaining a position in the InteleTravel multi level marketing company’s upper levels, you may be able to profit from their MLM business strategy.

However, for the typical person, especially those unfamiliar with this business structure, getting there may be too tough.

Can You Make Money With InteleTravel?

Are you familiar with Danielle Lloyd?

Danielle is a former Miss Great Britain, a model, and a television personality.

She is the most recent celebrity to start a travel company, and she urges the rest of us to follow in her footsteps. She believes that, like her, we can generate money while traveling.

Is it true that, like Danielle Lloyd, we may make money while simply traveling the world?

Yes, it is feasible. However, especially now, you are just as likely to lose money – especially during the pandemic.

A lot comes with MLM that many individuals find difficult to deal with.

“Travel will never stop,” Danielle wrote on her Instagram account.

She doesn’t appear to know that her journey has come to a standstill. Even if we can travel again, making money selling trips is not as straightforward as Danielle Lloyd promises. It would be fascinating to learn how many vacations she’s really sold.

Don’t get me wrong…

You can certainly make money with this type of MLM, but if you’re going to put in the effort to learn the ropes (which isn’t simple), you might as well make some real money while you’re at it.

Making money becomes second nature when you use the approach that helped me grow my online business to over $40,000 per month.

How Much Do InteleTravel Agents Make?

Consider the following InteleTravel Income Disclosure Statement for 2019:

In 2019, 97.51 percent of InteleTravel agents made an average of $140.57 per year, while less than 0.01 percent of Six Star director ranks made an average of $737,780.80 per year.

Nearly all InteleTravel agents make up 97.5 percent of the total. Each of them was paid an average of $141 per year.

Take into account the $179.99 one-time InteleTravel Enrollment cost, the $39.95 monthly admin fee, and the $19.95 admin fee. For every one of the delegates, this is a significant setback.

Let’s take a look at the situation in the United Kingdom.

Inteletravel expects its 10,556 UK travel agents to sell £25 million in vacations this year, with an average commission of £2,368 per agent.

If you want to thrive as an independent travel agent, you will have to rely on friends and family, word of mouth, and your abilities to sell your services because Inteletravel won’t bring you any customers.

What is the InteleTravel Compensation Plan?

This company is affiliated with PlanNet Marketing.

As a result, there is no compensation plan, but there is a commission plan.

When InteleTravel sells each product, the corporation earns between 8 and 16 percent, depending on the product.

After that, from the 8-16 percent commission that they would receive, this company will give you roughly 70-80 percent commission.

Allow me to explain this in greater detail.

For example, if you make a $2000 sale, the company will profit 10%.

This equates to $200.

They will offer you 80% of that amount.

80% of $200 equals $160.

So, a $2000 sale will net you around $160.

Lol, I’m sure I reviewed hundreds of multi level marketing companies and didn’t share my opinion during the process.

But this MLM, on the other hand, has me side-eyeing them just a bit.

Is InteleTravel A Pyramid Scheme?

To determine whether InteleTravel is a pyramid scheme, we must first define what a pyramid scheme is.

Pyramid schemes are a well-known “get rich quick” scheme conducted by a small group of people who profit monetarily the most. They’re the “head of the pyramid” in a classic pyramid scheme and are paid before other scam participants who are further down the pyramid.

Taking that definition of a pyramid scheme into account, it’s vital to stay away from this type of model.

Pyramid schemes, sometimes known as Ponzi schemes, are based on the recruitment of new members.

In addition, these programs are frequently lacking of any merchandise. For example, one MLM program may pay its distributors for recruiting additional people.

What methods do you use to find fresh recruits?

It’s as easy as promising them the opportunity to earn money!

What is the mechanism behind it?

As a result, you’ll need to hire more and more people underneath you.

Are you getting a sense of where this is going?

Remember that the majority of pyramid scams only last a few years. InteleTravel has been in operation for over 25 years, as I already mentioned. As a result, I can conclude that it isn’t a pyramid scam.

At its foundation, InteleTravel technically lacks a physical product.

Club Med, Sandals Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, W Hotels, and other hotels and resorts.

Travel Insured, for example, is a type of travel insurance.

Travel Impressions, Funjet Vacations, Disney Vacations, and more vacation packages are available.

Avis, Hertz, and Budget are examples of car rental services.

Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Disney Cruise Line, and others…

Is InteleTravel, then, a pyramid scheme?

No, I don’t believe that is the case.

Is it just a scam though?

No – I can say with certainty that it’s not a scam.

To begin with, their achievements aren’t founded on dubious claims. After more than 25 years in the field, the multi level marketing company was able to earn these qualifications and collaborations.

It’s not a pyramid scheme, despite the company’s MLM model. It only sells genuine goods. In addition to this, many travel companies consider it to be a real business.

How Much Does It Cost To Join InteleTravel?

A one-time registration fee of $179 is required to join InteleTravel. This gives you access to the following InteleTravel resources:

• A website for bookings that are tailored to you
• A marketing strategy
• Business stationery
• A tool to help you with your travel agency work.

By visiting the InteleTravel website or contacting the person who referred you to the opportunity, you can apply to become a travel agent.

You must also pay a $39 monthly administrative cost in addition to enrolling. This is in addition to the PlaNet Marketing Administrative Fee of $19.95 each month. This equates to $59 each month.

InteleTravel Reviews: Customer Feedback On Trustpilot

I looked at InteleTravel’s Trustpilot profile to see how they’re doing in terms of after-sales satisfaction.

Trustpilot was formed in 2007 to create a digital platform that links businesses and customers to foster collaboration and build trust. They’re available to the public, free to use, and based on openness.

InteleTravel Reviews: 49% Excellent Star Rating From Trustpilot

InteleTravel received a 49% Excellent star rating, 45% Bad star rating, 5% Great star rating, 1 % Poor, and 0% Average star rating out of a total of 160 customer ratings and reviews.

Danielle Bartley gave them a one-star rating just five days ago, saying:

“I’d give zero stars if I could. Completely unprofessional company that steals money from customers despite the fact that the law clearly prohibits it. They claim that holding your large deposit is due to their ‘contract,’ which isn’t worth the paper it’s written on (I had a solicitor look over it).

We’re now £900 down and the vacation is 18 weeks away, but they still believe they have the right to keep my deposit.

I won’t list all of the reasons they don’t have because I want that to be used against them in court, but my advice to anyone dealing with an agent using this company is to avoid them.

I’ve also made a copy of each of these reviews because my evidence is growing. It’s mind-boggling that companies like this are still in business. I’ll see you in court.”

InteleTravel Review: Pros And Cons

The Pros

If you decide that the InteleTravel business is not for you within the first month, the company offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

Contact InteleTravel in writing, and your enrollment fee, less any commission you may have earned as an InteleTravel agent, will be reimbursed.

InteleTravel also offers courses to assist you in increasing your understanding of travel. The company provides you with materials to help you flourish as an InteleTravel agent, including webinars and boot camps.

It’s refreshing to see an MLM invest in educational resources and training, as many MLMs leave you on your own or with little training.

The Cons

This MLM business model appears to be an excellent idea on the surface.

However, keep in mind that most people nowadays prefer to plan their trips. You may also encounter competition from discount travel companies, club store travel departments, and travel MLM businesses.

There are a lot of other travel MLMs out there, including Word Ventures, so there’s some competition in the field.

That said, after you go through all your friends and family, you may run out of people to sell travel packages to unless you are exceptionally excellent at selling yourself.

Is InteleTravel A Scam?

So, time for the $1,000,000 question: is InteleTravel a scam?

No, not technically. They aren’t going to run off with your money and not give you what you paid for. It’s 100% possible to make money with this program.

That being said, it’s not nearly as simple as they want you to think it is.

There’s A LOT of work to be done up front, and no guarantee that you’ll be successful. The commissions are also fairly small.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for doing hard work now, so that I can reap the benefits later.

But if you’re going to work really hard for 3 months, and your reward is a $100 check… it’s not really a great opportunity.

If I’m gonna do that, I want the rewards to be HIGH and virtually guaranteed.

I’d rather put in that same 3 months of work (in my spare time) & build a handful of Digital Rental Properties that each produce $500-$2,000 checks every single month afterward (AKA recurring income).

And the cool part is that you can do it in a lot less time than 3-months (I personally did it in my first 2 weeks of using the Digital Rental Method).

Unlike with MLMs, you can do it from anywhere in the world, so it’s a genuine “laptop-lifestyle” business.

All you need is an internet connection.

InteleTravel Review: Final Thoughts

InteleTravel is fortunate in that it’s not a pyramid scheme.

However, I am unable to recommend InteleTravel to everyone. Then there’s the challenging job of becoming an InteleTravel agent. Then there’s the issue of recurring monthly costs, which is a significant turnoff. You must pay the monthly fees even if there are no monthly quotas. Otherwise, your membership (and all of its advantages) will be cancelled!

What if you don’t make enough money?

The monthly costs can be paid out of your own money. If you want to keep continuing on InteleTravel, that is.

However, if you travel regularly and are eligible for bargain packages, you may want to take advantage this opportunity. However, this is not a viable alternative to full-time employment for someone wishing to supplement their income.

What Is My #1 Recommendation For Making Money In 2024?

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

• I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
• I’ve drop-shipped a toilet-bowl putting green on Shopify
• I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing

And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.

I’ve also been on the other side of old friends trying to sell me their fancy new MLM products.

That being said, my #1 recommendation for making real money online is, hands-down: being a Digital Landlord.

Whether you’re a complete newbie, or you’ve been around the block before but have never had that “big win” to propel you forward, using the Digital Rental Method is for you.
