Zinzino Review (2023): Best MLM For Health And Wellness Niche?

Updated On: November 23, 2023

,

Welcome to my Zinzino review. My goal is to answer common questions like: how much it costs, if it's a scam, and if you can actually make money with it. The end goal is to help you understand if it's a good fit for you personally, and if there are any better alternatives out there.
Zinzino Review

This Zinzino review has been throughly researched with information and testimonials that are available online to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

Zinzino MLM is a weight reduction program that promotes and sells its handy and easy-to-use meal replacement products via its huge network of Independent Health Coaches.

It’s another MLM opportunity centered around the health and wellness industry.

The program is supposed to show you how to become a “6 figure network marketer,” but most members don’t make money promoting their products.

The main issue is that you simply can’t make very much money from a 25%+ commission.

Now, I want to be completely honest in this review, so…

MLMs like Zinzino are a bit of a mixed bag. They CAN be a legitimate way to make money, but some have a reputation for literally ruining people’s lives – so it’s important to know what you’re getting, since each one is unique.

Like most of my readers, you were probably introduced to this one via a friend or some influencer you trust online.

And it makes sense why so many people recommend them:

Making money outside of a 9-5 can be… life-changing, to say the least.

So in this article, I want to help you explore two things:

  1. If MLMs are actually a worthwhile business to pursue
  2. If Zinzino is a worthwhile MLM

Before that, I want to clear the air on something.

There are A LOT of people out there who bash all MLMs in any form. I am not one of those people.

Instead, I want to genuinely educate you about them so that you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.

If you’re unfamiliar with what MLMs actually do:

They’re businesses in which you pay money to a company for the ability to sell their products.

Sometimes the products are actually kind of decent (I still remember my mom throwing pampered-chef parties when I was younger).

Other times the products are really poorly made and come with a high price tag.

Typically, the only way to really make money is to get people (mostly friends & family) to sign up with you for a recurring subscription.

If the product is 100% legitimate & valuable, it’s entirely possible to get people to sign-up and continue paying you.

If the product is subpar, you’ll usually burn those bridges kinda quickly and end up with $0 coming in each month.

The biggest issue I’ve seen is that this puts significant stress on your personal relationships, as you’re reliant on selling to your “network.”

Think about it: if you KNEW that every time your friend Sally called, she’d be trying to sell you on one of her products… you’d eventually stop answering Sally’s calls.

Now, this doesn’t mean MLMs are outright bad… it means you need to know what type of MLM you’re getting yourself into before you sign up.

Again, some MLMs provide real value to people, but MOST don’t – and so in this article, I’m going to explore what the case is with Zinzino.

But before that, I want to ask you a question: what if there was a way to build actual recurring, semi-passive income?

Income that:

  • Doesn’t have inventory
  • Doesn’t make you sell to your friends & family
  • Doesn’t force you to recruit people onto your “team”

Something that you could make anywhere from $2,000 – $10,000 with consistently, month after month?

A stream of income that you can build as high (or low) as you feel like building it?

If that sounds interesting, you might want to think about using the Digital Rental Method.

Their health coaches can turn their passion for health into profits by working with their customers or qualified leads to help them gain control of their bodies, save money, and reduce their body weight using the Zinzino company business model.

The weight loss solutions sold by Zinzino are aimed at those looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing. One of their health coaches can guide you through a weight-loss program if you want.

The goal of Zinzino products is that you as the customer can establish a healthy habit or two and achieve a healthy weight.

Zinzino distributors are taught to land a “premier customer” because those customers easily help them get some monthly commissions and maybe free products!

Zinzino is a publicly-traded company that offers the ability for you to become a coach as well. When you become a coach, you will buy their “Starter Kit,” which will help kick start you off by selling Zinzino products like meal replacements and smoothies.

Is Zinzino Network Marketing?

Zinzino is a network marketing company since it has its product, such as Zinzino Balance Oil. You can check whether you’ve improved your balance after using it for a long. They promote their items in a normal MLM or direct sales.

They call their sales guys “health coaches,” but at the end of the day, that’s just a fancy name for “sales guy.” They do the ol’ wholesale and retail price game.

Income Potential Review: Can You Really Make Money With Zinzino?

Digital Landlord Better Than Zinzino

Any MLM needs you to be able to sell their products and recruit people into the company. Both of these systems are more difficult than they seem on the surface, and it’s got a lot to do with the fact that most network marketers fail.

Selling high-priced health and wellness items will probably be more challenging than selling other MLM products in the long run. For starters, some folks can get better-quality things at a lower price elsewhere.

People between the ages of 18 and 65 will be your primary clientele. The number of active customers you’ll be able to service is substantially decreased since children and teens are excluded.

Health and Wellness niche is also more of a saturated concept. Sure, some people would be interested in it, but many others would not. The majority of people who will want to be fit and healthy are already, and those who aren’t yet may find the price prohibitive.

All of these factors severely restrict the number of customers you could sell to. As a result, the chances of making money are drastically reduced. How many of your social contacts, realistically, would actually consider switching to more expensive meal replacements?

Sure, you could get somewhere if you know the right people or are a good networker, but most people won’t.

Most MLM companies advertise misleading income claims; is Zinzino one of them?

Can You Generate Reliable Income With Zinzino?

In the long run, Zinzino may prove to be a reliable source of revenue. You might find an advantage or a downside in the odd health products.

Because, after all, customers want to buy the latest and greatest things. Health and wellness goods that aren’t outdated and pricey.

The downline is another thing. Your revenue is very reliant on your downline, which is a problem for any MLM. This means that your earnings (and rank) will fluctuate depending on how well others do. In most people’s opinion, that is one of the worst aspects of an MLM. It means that you will never have complete control of your income.

The Zinzino Compensation Plan

The Zinzino Compensation Plan

You must be a “distributor” for Zinzino if you want to sell the product. Customers must pay you to get the products you are selling.

That’s a relatively standard way to put up a compensation plan.

You’re responsible for getting people to sign up for products on retainer from one of Zinzino’s product lines. From there, you manage the whole distribution operation. Since you get paid for sales and not hourly, your qualified leads must be, at the very least, interested in learning about their products seriously.

Therefore, working for Zinzino does not eliminate any legwork associated with traditional network marketing companies, unfortunately. You will need space for product inventory to keep on hand, auto-ship, closing transactions, and payment processing.

Here are the ways you can earn money from the company:

Make Money From Sales

Make Money From Sales

MLMs tend to follow trends when it comes to product offerings. You’ll constantly find the same things from various firms, whether you shop for cosmetics or skin care. This is not the case with Zinzino. To break the norm instead, it seems that this company is trying to focus on health and wellbeing.

Zinzino health coaches actually serve as a type of middleman. Customers are simply referred to the products which seem to be the right fit for them.

There’s nothing wrong with that concept, but it may limit your earning ability. After all, the more groups there are in a supply chain, the lower the profit margin for those in the lower rank.

At first sight, Zinzino’s income structure seems to be great. They divide commissions, so distributors receive 10-30% of the sale.

You’re also just only getting a cut of Zinzino’s profit. Zinzino is getting the bulk of the profit.

There’s another stumbling block. Only in cases in which Zinzino health coaches sell products to others do they get paid. Essentially if they have some clients but not enough to hit a certain volume for a bonus…they won’t get credit if they buy the products themselves to get there.

Sellers reap an average commission of about 20%, but very few people that work for multi-level marketing companies like this make money. In fact, according to the FTC, 99% of people only break even with an MLM venture. Most people lose money in the long run with MLMs, unfortunately.

With numbers like that, it’s not super confidence-inspiring.

Make Money Building A Team

Make Money Building A Team

Zinzino’s team-building method begins with a tiny percentage of sales income for each salesperson you bring on board. With low-cost goods, you’ll still obtain some of the profit. In comparison, if you were selling the things yourself, your profit margins would be from 10% to 30%.

Earning a small % of the direct recruits’ earnings is good, but keep in mind that this figure is still dependent on their earnings. It’s difficult to say what this looks like because sales are expected to vary greatly from one sale to the next.

The next step, referred to as “Leveraged Revenue Sharing,” is the next phase. This allows you to earn from up to six levels inside your marketing team. Though the brand does not use conventional terminology, they follow a typical uni-level team structure.

The percentages are reasonable, but take a look at the far right column. To advance in the business, you’ll need to recruit many people. Recruiting five new consultants will most likely be difficult, as selling expensive health and wellness products is quite challenging.

But as you can probably tell…

To make real money with this MLM, you have to recruit others and then motivate them to recruit…a vicious cycle. Why not try other internet marketing businesses?

What Customers Are Saying

What Customers Are Saying

Some people ask, “is Zinzino a pyramid scheme?”. The truth is that they are not. They are a multi-level marketing company. However, they don’t seem to have that good of a public reputation, according to reviews on the Trust Pilot.

Trust Pilot Customer Reviews

“I have signed up for a 6 month period for my two daughters. Not cheap, but worse a tray. Unfortunately I have paid for 4 deliveries, but only received one delivery. A lot of money (4300 DKK) without any products. On top I can not change the order or get out of this contract. I do not appreciate these methods. At this point I do not trust Zinzino.”

-Luise Bang

“The Zinzino products are excellent, and I believe best in class. I`ve been taking the balance oil for a year now. I had serious joint problems which were restricting my activities, and my initial test showed that my Omega 3 level was deficient and my Omega 3/Omega 6 balance was way too high.”

“That has now been normalized. I don`t think any other Omega product comes with an independent test to show whether the product is effective, and I have seen criticism that the product is expensive, but when I compared Balance Oil with other popular products on a like for like basis(3000mg EPA=DHA), Balance Oil was actually the cheapest.”

“I`ve always found the people at Zinzino helpful and understanding and have no hesitation in recommending Zinzino and their products based on my own experience, and the results of my before and after tests.”

-Bob Suggitt

“Given the cost and the fact I am using the amounts of the product as prescribed I am disappointed that I have already run out of the powder weeks ago and everything else now with still no sign of the next batch I’ve already paid for. Thinking of ditching although I still want to give it long enough to work if I can.”

-Anne Phillips

“I have ordered product from this company on a recommendation from a friend. Paid £100 for supplements and now had £25 taken out of my account and i am apparently in a 6 month contract for that amount to be debited each month. I have spoken with my banks fraud team and feel i have been completely ripped off.”

“At no time anywhere does it clearly explain what you are about to enter into at all, let alone an ongoing contract. It is completely fraudulent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ITS PRODUCTS and contact your credit card dispute team.”

-Andy

As you can see, it was hard to find positive feedback in these reviews compared to other MLM companies.

Are There Alternatives To Zinzino?

Other Business Models To Choose From

Yes, there are plenty of MLM companies to choose from if you want to pursue this business model.  Here are just a few:

Is Zinzino A Scam?

Is It A Scam

So, time for the $1,000,000 question: is Zinzino a scam?

No, not technically. They aren’t going to run off with your money and not give you what you paid for. It’s 100% possible to make money with this program.

That being said, it’s not nearly as simple as they want you to think it is.

There’s A LOT of work to be done upfront and no guarantee that you’ll be successful. The commissions are also fairly small.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for doing hard work now, so that I can reap the benefits later.

But if you’re going to work really hard for 3 months, and your reward is a $100 check… it’s not really a great opportunity.

If I’m gonna do that, I want the rewards to be HIGH and virtually guaranteed.

I’d rather put in that same 3 months of work (in my spare time) & build a handful of Digital Rental Properties that each produce $500-$2,000 checks every single month afterward (AKA recurring income).

And the cool part is that you can do it in a lot less time than 3-months (I personally did it in my first 2 weeks of using the Digital Rental Method).

Unlike with MLMs, you can do it from anywhere in the world, so it’s a genuine “laptop-lifestyle” business.

All you need is an internet connection.

Did Zinzino Make The List?

Some of my friends are Digital Rental Method that run their 6-figure businesses from:

  • Camping trips at national parks
  • Beachfront in Hawaii
  • On the road in a camper van (with a pet pig!)

They focus on living an enjoyable life first, and focus on income second. All thanks to this program

They can take weeks or months off, and money keeps rolling in.

Living happily is the top priority.

If the thought of living perpetually at your dream vacation spot interests you, using the Digital Rental Method might be for you!

What Is My #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online?

Make Money Online With Digital Landlord

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

  • I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
  • I’ve dropshipped a toilet bowl putting green on Shopify
  • I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing

And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.

I’ve also been on the other side of old friends trying to sell me their fancy new MLM products.

That being said, my #1 recommendation for making real money online is, hands-down: being a Digital Landlord.

Whether you’re a complete newbie, or you’ve been around the block before but have never had that “big win” to propel you forward, using the Digital Rental Method is for you.

Why?

Time: If you’ve got a spare hour or two each day, you can do this. If you want to drop everything and go all-in, you can do this. More time obviously means faster results, but even putting in a few hours per day is enough to see real success.

And because of that flexibility, you don’t need to trade your time for money. Once the income starts, it’s recurring.

That means you can take a month off, travel the country, pursue a passion project, chill on the beach, or charter a boat across the world.

But you can only do that once you’ve created an income stream that doesn’t require YOU to be there all day, every day.

Ownership & Control: With MLMs, you don’t really “own” anything – everything belongs to the MLM.

If you read the contracts, they can kick you out at any time, or change your commission at any time (it’s happened in a few high-profile MLM cases recently).

Why pour your soul into a business that could be taken away from you at the drop of a dime?

With the Digital Rental Method, you literally own all of the assets, which means you have ultimate control.

Big Margins: With MLMs, you’re often going to have really slim margins. That means you need to have a VERY large network to make serious money. This usually entails spending A LOT of money on ads and other methods for recruiting members.

using the Digital Rental Method, your profit margin is nearly 100%. Watch here to learn how.

Just a reminder: these Digital Rental Properties are worth (at a minimum) $500/mo in semi-passive income. And each time you create another one, your income increases, and the effort put into creating the next property decreases.

Best-case scenario, you have properties bringing in over $3,000+/mo on auto-pilot.

It’s Effectively Copy-Paste: Here’s my favorite part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up, you can literally copy-paste another version of it and find another willing “renter” in a few days. DOUBLING your income doesn’t get much easier than that…

If you wanted to double your income with an MLM, you would need to sell twice as much inventory. And I can guarantee you, that’s a lot harder than a few clicks & a phone call.

You’re Helping REAL People: My biggest gripe with MLMs is that you’re likely going to ruin your personal relationships.

The MLM may have convinced you that you’re actually helping people, but it’s often not really true.

But With the Digital Rental Method, you’re helping solve REAL problems that people are ASKING for help with:

Small local businesses around the world need one thing: customers. Without them, their business would fall apart. If you can provide those customers, they’re going to be really happy – and they’re going to pay you for it.

You’re helping a struggling mother or father put food on the table for their families, put their kids through college, or simply live life a little bit more comfortably.

Having this type of impact on the world is what will help you sleep soundly at night.

So, the rest is up to you. You could keep looking at other MLM programs like Zinzino, which might make you money 12 months from now.

You could keep researching and researching for the next few months (or few years), never making a concrete decision.

OR, you can look deep inside, think about those dreams, hopes, & desires, and make the decision to ACTUALLY make it happen, just like it has for thousands of other students before you.

Making a fortune while actually helping real people that need it.
