Entrepreneur Dean Graziosi is an author, an investor, and a self-made millionaire.
By now, you undoubtedly think whether Dean programs are a ripoff.
This review will provide an answer to that question.
You’ll find everything you need to know about this marketer, including background information, the enrollment cost, a peek at his courses, and much more.
By the end of this review, you will know if he’s worth buying from.
Let’s get started!
This review will go over Dean Graziosi to see if it really is the best money-making course out there.
You’ll learn whether mindset training is the right online business for you.
Alright, so Dean Graziosi doesn’t exactly fit into a nice category.
At the end of the day, mindset training is a… unique way to think about making money.
It’s certainly possible to make money with off-the-wall businesses like this, but unless you’re interested in taking years out of your life to experiment with an unproven business model, I would look elsewhere.
My #1 personal recommendation if we’re talking about starting a fully-online business has got to be the Lead Generation & Ad Agency business models.
There are a handful of programs that teach you the ropes, but my #1 choice that combines both of those business models into one is the Digital Landlords program
But, if you’re hard pressed to jump head-first into an off-the-wall business model, let’s continue on to my full breakdown of Dean Graziosi.
Dean Graziosi Review Summary
Products: Millionaire Success Habits, Dean’s Inner Circle, KBB Blueprint, Underground Millionaire Mastermind
Cost: Price varies
Who Is Dean Graziosi?
You’ve undoubtedly seen Dean before if you reside in the United States. Many of his TV appearances have been as the presenter of his programs and guesting on others’.
Every day, he appears on at least one television program. Reports show he has reportedly been on one schedule a day since 1999. At the time of this writing, there had been 22 years of daily television appearances!
A lot of what he does is geared toward the real estate market (he is heavily invested in real estate), but every now and then, he talks about altering your thinking to become a little bit more successful. As a result, Dean’s knowledge may be applied to almost any business.
Dean provides his skills in a variety of ways. He has books (over 1,000,000 copies sold! ), podcasts, seminars, individual tutoring, and his courses, which we will focus on today.
His most recent book, Millionaire Success Habits, purports to teach you how to get from where you are currently to where you want to be in life.
The book contains basic tools that will assist you in opening new doors in your life. It’s excellent if you want to shift your thinking, which some of us require.
This guy is a good investor who owns a lot of property. Thus, there is no way this guy isn’t a millionaire. He has had a lot of success.
Dean Graziosi Background And Net Worth
Dean Graziosi is a real estate investor, author, and television guest.
More than two decades of almost daily TV appearances are evident in his resume.
Dean is the son of Paul Graziosi and Gloria Post. A native of Marlboro, New York, Dean comes from a family of modest means.
Dean has a lot of number one best-selling books and has made some wise investments, which have given him a net worth of $30 to $50 million.
The FTC Issue
As much as I’d prefer to concentrate on Dean Graziosi products, I can’t avoid bringing up his recent run-in with the FTC. The FTC is presently investigating Dean.
This will be a quick discussion of the FTC case against Dean before I go into his books and courses.
Right now, Dean is the subject of an important legal dispute.
The government claims Dean was involved in a real estate investment scam that defrauded consumers of $400 million.
This fraud appears to have lured users to purchase real estate training packages by presenting bogus money-making promises.
According to FTC, it exploited bogus money-making claims to get customers to purchase real estate training packages that may cost tens of thousands of dollars. The agencies said that “free” training seminars were the initial stage in Nudge’s multi-step sales funnel, which included sales pitches for expensive training and tailored coaching plans marketed via fraudulent telemarketing calls.
Dean appeared to be well aware of the hoax and actively advertised the offer to others.
Ultimately, he made millions of dollars by supporting and facilitating this real estate investment rip-off.
Per the FTC report, he was aware of Dean Graziosi’s complaints yet continued with the scam.
He even actively collaborated with the scam’s creators to post favorable evaluations on Yelp and Consumers Affairs to counteract the negative reviews.
This is a serious concern for me and a massive red flag.
Nudge LLC And Dean’s Involvement
Complaints claiming the Utah-based company cheated consumers out of more than $400 million were filed with the FTC in November 2019.
Both the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Utah Division of Consumer Protection have filed complaints against Nudge LLC and its affiliated businesses.
The FTC uses a screenshot from Dean Graziosi’s landing page to illustrate the scam in their official news release.
Nudge LLC and Dean made fraudulent promises and offered millions of people false hope. They persuaded customers to make money by “flipping” houses and duped them into paying thousands of dollars for real estate training courses.
The company promotes its courses through real estate industry personalities (talking about Dean here). During their seminars/webinars, these celebrities claim to release secret tactics that will yield incredible riches. The seminar, on the other hand, is primarily intended to upsell more training packages and courses. They are not made to instruct or assist the buyer in any way.
When the FTC analyzed the data from the court filings, they discovered that 95 percent of customers spent more money on the courses than on the real estate career itself.
Dean Graziosi, Nudge LLC, and numerous other businesses made bogus promises to customers and left them in debt.
Nudge has been marketing such courses since 2012, and in only three short years (2014-17), Nudge LLC earned more than $400 million.
Dean’s Books And Courses
For the last 15 years, Dean has been writing books and designing money-making courses.
More than a million copies of his novels have been sold.
Here are some of his best-selling books and courses:
Millionaire Success Habits
Millionaire Success Habits is the author’s most recent book.
This is more of a productivity book than a guide to making money.
You’ll learn how to cultivate a positive mindset and how millionaires develop habits.
This book has sold over 300,000 copies.
The Underdog Advantage
“The Underdog Advantage” tells the story of how to improve your life, particularly when beginning from the bottom.
Because he never attended college and his parents were not well-off, Dean has a unique perspective on this issue.
This book will provide you with more mindset training to help you overcome obstacles.
The Knowledge Broker Blueprint (KBB) Course
The KBB Course is a collaboration between Dean and Tony Robbins, a well-known self-improvement guru.
This course is similar to Dean’s books in that it focuses on self-improvement and changing your existing situation.
It’s a six-module course that claims to help you achieve success through meaningful work.
Here’s a breakdown of what each module includes:
Module 1: This module discusses how to form a mastermind group or how to gather a group of like-minded individuals to help you become successful. You’ll also discover where to find your expertise and how to sell it.
Module 2: This module discusses marketing strategies for selling your services.
Module 3: Module 3 expands on what you studied in Module 1. You will learn more about building a mastermind group and organizing an event.
Module 4: This module will show you how to get the most out of your mastermind and how to use the knowledge of others to your advantage.
This course also comes with a few freebies, which include:
- Mentorship from people who are specialists in all of the topics covered in this course
- Additional expert training is available as a bonus
- Private Facebook Group where you can talk w/ other course participants
- Three months of free Mastermind.com software
- Novelties include a shirt, diary, cup, pen, and other items
This training, however, is pricey, costing $1,497.
The Underground Millionaire is a similar course to The KBB Course.
Like the previous course, Tony Robbins is involved in this course, which focuses primarily on mentorship/mindset training.
However, Underground Millionaire primarily focuses on folks with a product or service to advertise.
It will enable you to profit more and achieve better results.
This will either cost you $7 per month or a one-time price of $59.
However, there are multiple upsells available after you purchase.
These will set you back hundreds of dollars each, and I assume the low price of Underground Millionaire is intended to entice you to purchase these upsells.
Dean’s Inner Circle
Dean’s Inner Circle is the final course I’ll go over.
Like most of Dean’s courses, this course focuses on self-improvement and mentorship.
You’ll learn about persuasion, productivity, dealing with anxiety, and networking.
This will cost you $397 per month or $47 per month.
Below are the prices for Dean’s courses:
- Millionaire Success Habits Monthly ($297/year)
- Real Estate Millionaire Monthly ($97/mo)
- The New Way To Real Estate Wealth ($997)
- The Set For Life Blueprint! ($497)
- The Automation Blueprint ($1,035)
- The Real Estate Profit System 2.0 ($497/mo)
Dean Graziosi Reviews: Refund Policy
Customers have stated that Dean Graziosi does not issue refunds in dozens of reviews.
Despite Dean’s website’s “refund policy,” he and his colleagues never seem to return the money. In some circumstances, I’ve seen reimbursements given if you complain on public sites, but that, in my opinion, is just terrible customer service.
If you purchased one of Dean Graziosi’s courses and didn’t like it, please contact customer service and request a refund. If Dean and his team refuse to refund your money, file a complaint on every website you can find…it’s sad, but it’s almost as if it’s your only option.
Dean’s Courses And Books Are Almost The Same
One thing I don’t like about Dean’s products is that they are all almost identical—he even works with the same folks often.
Dean’s writings primarily cover confidence building, mindset training, and leveraging that to create money.
Dean’s classes are nearly identical, despite the supposedly personalized coaching programs that were marketed.
They all emphasize self-improvement, mentorship, and similar topics.
To me, it appears that Dean Graziosi repackages the same message (with slight modifications) and sells it repeatedly.
I wouldn’t buy numerous courses or books from Dean if you can get the gist with only one.
Is Dean Graziosi Legitimate?
Based on our Dean Graziosi reviews, I can say that the guy is pretty legit because of the simple fact that you get something (products and courses) in exchange for money. Of course, just beware of any false money-making promises they offer.
But, when it comes to building a business, you have plenty of options.
And even if you’re dead set on becoming a millionaire with real estate investing, you’ve got way better options than Dean Graziosi.
Keep in mind, I don’t get paid to promote any of the programs I review. I personally think mindset training is a great business model, but you could end up leaving way too much money on the table.
Can You Make Money With Dean Graziosi?
Yes, you can make money with his courses.
There’s a lot that comes along with mindset training that many people struggle with.
Now, don’t get the wrong idea…
It’s not impossible to make money with mindset training, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you’re learning the ropes.
The program that helped skyrocket many online businesses to over $40,000+ per month is so simple that making money really does become second nature.
Are There Alternatives To Dean Graziosi?
Yes, there are plenty of other business models to choose from if you want to pursue this making money online. Here are just a few:
Is Dean Graziosi A Scam?
Time for the $1,000,000 question: is Dean Graziosi actually a scam?
I wouldn’t technically call it a scam, though others might.
It’s technically possible to make money with this program, so in that sense, it isn’t a scam.
No one is riding off into the sunset with your money, leaving you empty-handed… technically speaking.
But the second, more important question is: is Dean Graziosi actually worth the investment?
My honest answer is that for most people out there, probably not.
There are countless other business models that are proven & easily scalable, so why risk it for… not an incredibly huge payoff?
I’d rather have a program with thousands of successful students & plenty of room for others to join.
If you’ve followed my blog for long, you know I recommend a few different programs depending on your skills & goals.
My current top choice is becoming a Digital Landlord, because you have a proven, systematic path to 6-figures, and you can do it from anywhere you want.
I’ve got friends in there posting deals from the middle of the woods in a camper-van with their pet pig… which is kinda cool.
What Is My Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2022?
Alright, time for me to get real with my lovely readers for a moment:
I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:
- I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
- I’ve drop-shipped a toilet bowl putting green on Shopify
- I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing
And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.
THAT BEING SAID: I would at least recommend you implement something that is tried and true, because I’ve seen TOO MANY people (including friends and family) get burned by stuff like Dean Graziosi.
They come out of left field with some random idea, make it seem attractive, and then make themselves a quick buck by luring in unsuspecting people.
I’m not saying Dean Graziosi itself is a piece of trash, I’m just saying you need to be very, very careful.
This is a big reason why I only recommend proven, tried and true business models, like Lead Generation & Ad Agencies.
There are a bunch of programs out there that teach you those skills, but my top choice is the Digital Landlords program.
Why? It has proven leaders with their own 7-figure businesses implementing exactly what they teach you.
I’ve also got over a dozen personal friends in there, so I feel comfortable telling you it works.
Whether you’re a complete newbie, or you’ve been around the block before but have never had that “big win” to propel you forward, their program works.
1)Time: If you’ve got a spare hour or two each day, you can do this. If you want to drop everything and go all-in, you can do this. More time obviously means faster results, but even putting in a few hours per day is enough to see real success.
And because of that flexibility, you don’t need to trade your time for money. Once the income starts, it’s recurring (for the most part).
That means you can take a month off, travel the country, pursue a passion project, chill on the beach, or charter a boat across the world.
But you can only do that once you’ve created an income stream that doesn’t require YOU to be there all day, every day.
2)Big Margins: With most businesses, you’re often going to have really slim margins. That means you need to hit a serious scale to make serious money.
Being a Digital Landlord, your profit margin is nearly 100%. Watch here to learn how.
Just a reminder: these Digital Rental Properties are worth (at a minimum) $500/mo in semi-passive income. And each time you create another one, your income increases, and the effort put into creating the next property decreases.
Best-case scenario, you have properties bringing in over $3,000+/mo on “auto-pilot.”
3)It’s Effectively Copy-Paste: Here’s my favorite part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up, you can literally copy-paste another version of it and find another willing “renter” in a few days. DOUBLING your income doesn’t get much easier than that…
If you wanted to double your income with mindset training, you would need to exert time and effort. And I can guarantee you that’s a lot harder than a few clicks & a phone call.
4)You’re Helping REAL People: My biggest gripe with mindset training is that you’re basically only helping yourself.
But when you’re a Digital Landlord, you’re helping solve REAL problems that people are ASKING for help with:
Small local businesses around the world need one thing: customers. Without them, their business would fall apart. If you can provide those customers, they’re going to be really happy – and they’re going to pay you for it.
You’re helping a struggling mother or father put food on the table for their families, put their kids through college, or simply live life a little bit more comfortably.
Having this type of impact on the world is what will help you sleep soundly at night.
So, the rest is up to you. You could keep looking at other off-the-wall business models like mindset training and maybe hit it big one day.
You could keep researching and researching for the next few months (or few years), never making a concrete decision.
OR, you can look deep inside, think about those dreams, hopes, & desires, and make the decision to ACTUALLY make it happen, just like it has for thousands of other students before you.
Making a fortune while actually helping real people that need it.
