Welcome to my Low Content Publishing 101 review. My goal is to answer common questions like: how much it costs, if it's a scam, & if you can actually make money with it. The end goal is to help you understand if it's a good fit for you personally, and if there are any better alternatives out there.
Low Content Publishing 101 Review

This Low Content Publishing 101 review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available online to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

What I Liked

What I Didn't Like

Before we get into it... who am i?

Always good to put a name to a face, so firstly, my name is Hope!

Like you, I was stuck working 8-10 hour days building someone else’s dream.

I worked at one of those cool tech companies that has omelet stations for breakfast & craft beer on tap for after hours.

To a lot of people that’s a dream, but to me… something was missing.

All I really wanted, was to actually enjoy life – more vacations, less stress, buy myself nice things without worrying about the cost… but that was something my 9-5 couldn’t provide me.

That was until a few years ago when I discovered a way to make money online by actually helping real people.

People in this case were local business owners across the US.

Me and My Puppy

The page above is an example of how I do it. That one-page site generates $1,500/mo and I haven’t even touched it since it was put up.

That’s an $18,000/year raise from just one page.

That’s why local lead generation is my #1 business recommendation for recurring, semi-passive income. If you want to learn about that business model, click here.

Why Does That Matter?

A lot of course reviewers have no experience with any of the business models or programs they review, and so they’re just making stuff up.

They do that because they want you to click through their link to buy from the person that the review is about!

They have no clue what it’s actually like to run the type of business Low Content Publishing 101 is teaching you to do.
I have absolutely no relationship with Low Content Publishing 101, so you can rest easy knowing that I’m going to give you my honest opinion
This review is written based on my own experiences with this business model.

All that being said, let’s jump into things.

Do you want to earn money on publishing without spending much time or money on writing and outsourcing?

Do you mean there’s no writing involved at all? What Low Content Publishing 101 guarantees is a promise.

Are low-content books still profitable on Amazon? Alternatively, are you too late in the game to participate?

Caroline from My Freedom Empire is optimistic that you can be profitable as long as you put in the effort.

If you’re curious and want to learn more, let’s dig in deeper!

Alright, so Low Content Publishing 101 doesn’t exactly fit into a nice category.

At the end of the day, content publishing is a… unique way to think about making money.

It’s certainly possible to make money with off-the-wall businesses like this, but unless you’re interested in taking years out of your life to experiment with an unproven business model, I would look elsewhere.

My #1 personal recommendation if we’re talking about starting a fully-online business has got to be the Lead Generation & Ad Agency business models.

There are a handful of programs that teach you the ropes, but my #1 choice that combines both of those business models into one is the Digital Landlords program

But, if you’re hard pressed to jump head-first into an off-the-wall business model, let’s continue on to my full breakdown of Low Content Publishing 101.

What Is Low Content Publishing?

What Is Low Content Publishing

Caroline from My Freedom Empire addresses some of the most frequently asked questions about Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (also known as KDP) on low content book publishing.

How do you define low-content books? Anything has a minimal amount of written or graphic content.

Examples are journals, calendars, trackers, recipe books, coloring books, and other such items.

Is It Difficult To Publish Low Content Books?

Is It Difficult To Publish Low Content Books

Is it tough to publish a low-content book on Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing? Caroline was certain that it wasn’t.

Though ranking a book is tough in certain areas, some good possibilities exist to evaluate them.

Can You Edit The Title After Publishing?

Can You Edit The Title After Publishing

No, you won’t be able to modify the title or subtitle after publishing low-content books.

If you find a mistake in your title or subtitle, please contact KDP support so they can correct it.

They’re usually fairly adept at resolving such issues for you.

Otherwise, create a new book listing with the modified title and subtitle, unpublish, and delete the old one.

Let’s see what else is there on having your own business in KDP.

Self Publishing On Amazon KDP

Self Publishing On Amazon KDP

How easy is it to publish a book on Amazon KDP with very little material? Is the publishing process difficult?

Caroline stated that it’s not as simple as she’d hoped.

This isn’t a get-rich-quick scheme like other online businesses; KDP is a lot of work. That’s true whether you are releasing high-content or low-content books.

There have been a lot of people who have just jumped on board with this business model. Therefore, there are many more people competing for space on the Amazon marketplace.

And everyone is imitating each other, so you’ve got a lot of work ahead of you.

Choosing Images For Cover

Choosing Images For Cover

How do you determine whether a stock picture may be used as the cover for a low-content book?

You should check the image licensing. For example, if it has a Standard license on iStock, you’re okay to go.

However, if it states Editorial use only, you can’t use it for commercial purposes.

How Many KDP Accounts Can You Have?

How Many KDP Accounts Can You Have

Does KDP allow you to establish multiple accounts?

Only one per person is allowed, and if your KDP account is deactivated, your only option is to create a new one from scratch.

Is it possible for you to sell your low-content books outside of Amazon or Kindle?

Sure, as long as you get an ISBN and don’t utilize the free one provided by KDP. You can find out where to buy them if you Google it.

Remember that you’ll need a separate ISBN for each format of your low-content book.

Increasing The Sales Of Your Publishing Business

Increasing The Sales Of Your Publishing Business

When it comes to low-content books, how can you enhance sales?

Even if you set up a low-content journal and then offer it on Amazon, it’s not as easy as making a fortune.

You must start the snowball rolling down the hill before Amazon can aid you.

You can accomplish this by directing visitors to your book’s purchase page directly from social media.

There are Facebook or Reddit communities; you can establish an email list, pay influencers to promote it, and run PPC advertisements. Really, anything goes.

Making Money On Low Content Books

Making Money On Low Content Books

How many must be published to break even on a book of minimal substance? Even in the most profitable niches, there is no magic number or guarantee.

You’re better off concentrating on quality and niche research because if you nail all parts of your low-content book, even just one book might make more money than most experienced publishers. There are many free tools available online to help you in publishing low-content books.

Can you solicit reviews? Yes, from sincere people. But you can’t ask for favorable feedback, five-star ratings, or anything like that.

Are There Alternatives To Low Content Book Publishing?

Other Business Models To Choose From

Yes, there are plenty of other business models to choose from if you want to pursue this making money online. Here are just a few:

Is Low Content Publishing A Scam?

Is It A Scam

Time for the $1,000,000 question: is Low Content Publishing 101 actually a scam?

I wouldn’t technically call it a scam, though others might.

It’s technically possible to make money with this program, so in that sense, it isn’t a scam.

What I’m saying is: after buying, someone will, in fact, send you a login to a website where you can actually view their material. No one is riding off into the sunset with your money, leaving you empty-handed… technically speaking.

But the second, more important question is: is Low Content Publishing 101 actually worth the investment?

My honest answer is that for most people out there, probably not.

There are countless other business models that are proven & easily scalable, so why risk it for… not an incredibly huge payoff?

I’d rather have a program with thousands of successful students & plenty of room for others to join.

If you’ve followed my blog for long, you know I recommend a few different programs depending on your skills & goals.

My current top choice is becoming a Digital Landlord, because you have a proven, systematic path to 6-figures, and you can do it from anywhere you want.

I’ve got friends in there posting deals from the middle of the woods in a camper-van with their pet pig… which is kinda cool.

What Is My Top Recommendation On Making Money Online In 2022?

Make Money OnLine With Digital Landlord

Alright, time for me to get real with my lovely readers for a moment:

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

  • I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
  • I’ve drop-shipped a toilet bowl putting green on Shopify
  • I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing

And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.

THAT BEING SAID: I would at least recommend you implement something that is tried and true, because I’ve seen TOO MANY people (including friends and family) get burned by stuff like Low Content Publishing 101.

They come out of left field with some random idea, make it seem attractive, and then make themselves a quick buck by luring in unsuspecting people.

I’m not saying Low Content Publishing 101 itself is a piece of trash, I’m just saying you need to be very, very careful.

This is a big reason why I only recommend proven, tried and true business models, like Lead Generation & Ad Agencies.

There are a bunch of programs out there that teach you those skills, but my top choice is the Digital Landlords program.

Why? It has proven leaders with their own 7-figure businesses implementing exactly what they teach you.

I’ve also got over a dozen personal friends in there, so I feel comfortable telling you it works.

Whether you’re a complete newbie, or you’ve been around the block before but have never had that “big win” to propel you forward, their program works.

Here’s why:

1)Time: If you’ve got a spare hour or two each day, you can do this. If you want to drop everything and go all-in, you can do this. More time obviously means faster results, but even putting in a few hours per day is enough to see real success.

And because of that flexibility, you don’t need to trade your time for money. Once the income starts, it’s recurring (for the most part).

That means you can take a month off, travel the country, pursue a passion project, chill on the beach, or charter a boat across the world.

But you can only do that once you’ve created an income stream that doesn’t require YOU to be there all day, every day.

2)Big Margins: With most businesses, you’re often going to have really slim margins. That means you need to hit a serious scale to make serious money.

Being a Digital Landlord, your profit margin is nearly 100%. Watch here to learn how.

Just a reminder: these Digital Rental Properties are worth (at a minimum) $500/mo in semi-passive income. And each time you create another one, your income increases, and the effort to create the next property decreases.

Best-case scenario, you have properties bringing in over $3,000+/mo on “auto-pilot.”

3)It’s Effectively Copy-Paste: Here’s my favorite part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up, you can literally copy-paste another version of it and find another willing “renter” in a few days. DOUBLING your income doesn’t get much easier than that…

If you wanted to double your income with content publishing, you would need to exert time and effort. And I can guarantee you, that’s a lot harder than a few clicks & a phone call.

4)You’re Helping REAL People: My biggest gripe with content publishing is that you’re basically only helping yourself.

But when you’re a Digital Landlord, you’re helping solve REAL problems that people are ASKING for help with:

Small local businesses around the world need one thing: customers. Without them, their business would fall apart. If we can provide those customers, they’re going to be really happy – and they’re going to pay you for it.

You’re helping a struggling mother or father put food on the table for their families, put their kids through college, or simply live life a little bit more comfortably.

Having this type of impact on the world is what will help you sleep soundly at night.

So, the rest is up to you. You could keep looking at other off-the-wall business models like content publishing and maybe hit it big one day.

You could keep researching and researching for the next few months (or few years), never making a concrete decision.

OR, you can look deep inside, think about those dreams, hopes, & desires, and make the decision to ACTUALLY make it happen, just like it has for thousands of other students before you.

Making a fortune while actually helping real people that need it.
