Shurpas is pretty much your standard dropshipping course.
If you’ve followed my blog for long, you know that I don’t like dropshipping as a business model for a few different reasons.
That being said, it IS possible to make money with it, so I want to give you an honest review of this particular program.
But first, let me clear the air on one important thing:
Dropshipping has never been – and will never be – a passive, recurring business. No matter what the guru might tell you, it requires constant work.

Dropshipping might be for you if you’re looking for a business that you’ll need to be super active in.
If you want to make money while you sleep and travel the world, dropshipping just isn’t it.
The main reason?
To have real success with dropshipping, you need a bulletproof system for finding the hottest new products before anyone else.
In the very best-case scenario, you have a relationship with your supplier, where they give you a heads up on products that are about to pop. These relationships don’t typically come around until you’ve done 6-figures in business with the supplier.
In the worst-case scenario, you’re testing a bunch of products with ads, losing money until you find that one winner.
I’m not saying dropshipping is a bad idea based on that alone… most businesses require you to lose money before you actually make money, so it’s somewhat normal.
But let’s assume you do have the next fidget-spinner craze product months before anyone else knows about it…
That’s great! But now you’re gonna need to get people to buy it.
Translation?
- Tens of thousands of dollars in ads
- Tons of time spent split testing to find the best landing page variations, best product descriptions, best ad copy, best ad videos, etc.
Again, some people thrive on that and love it. So if you’re looking for that level of constant testing and gambling, it might be a good fit.
It’s also worth calling out that Facebook has a track record of banning you FOR LIFE from advertising on their platform for dropshipping.
Think about it: it ruins a user’s experience with Facebook when a product shows up 45 days after they’ve ordered it and is nothing like the product they thought they were buying.
So Facebook would rather ban you from their platform than risk a bad user experience.
Suffice to say, it’s a lot of stress for not a lot of payback.
As someone that actually ran a dropshipping business, I can tell you from personal experience that your time can be better spent with other business models.
If you’d prefer a business model that generates recurring, semi-passive income, you may be interested in using the Digital Rental Method.

No Competition.

Consumers want to spend their money with well-known, well-respected companies they believe in. As a result, branding your items and doing all you can to develop your personal brand over time is essential. Profiting from this will be a lot easier.
Who Is Ryan Mathews?
This San Diego-based football player goes by the name of Ryan Mathews. It’s possible that Shurpas and My Millionaire Mentor Ryan Mathews, who claims to be from San Diego and an influencer marketing guru, is a fake. In the phone book or on Facebook or LinkedIn, you won’t be able to locate him.
Although Shurpas currently has a profile in Trustpilot with an average score of 4.5 stars, they haven’t verified additional company details yet to this writing, and their Trustpilot account shows that they claimed their Trustpilot profile only in October 2021.
I can gather from online research that Ryan Mathews is also the owner of My Millionaire Mentor.
What Is My Millionaire Mentor?
My Millionaire Mentor has multiple landing pages. They are not all identical, but they do have a common theme.
According to the Millionaire Mentor plot, a character identified as Ryan Matthews became a millionaire in 12 months by employing a unique system. Now he’s promising to help a select few become millionaires. What good luck for the select few, right?!
Mr. Matthews professes to have spent his life helping others, but it seems that in order to get his generous help, you must first pay $49. And, as I’ll explain later, drinking the Kool-Aid might cost you more than $50,000!
Mr. Matthews seems to have devoted his life to stealing other people’s money.
Millionaire Mentor Review: Exactly What Does My Millionaire Mentor Claim To Do?
An online sales video by Ryan Mathews says there are 21 stages to earning $1000 per day in commissions, but he doesn’t explain what those levels are. In any case, it’s likely to be part of your My Millionaire Mentor subscription.
However, there is a small issue: there is no My Millionaire Mentor, hence no such package! It’s a pretty difficult issue.
Ryan Mathews, it seems, doesn’t need the $49 you are paying to join Millionaire Mentor. He could have given you the program for free, but in his experience, people are not serious about anything they get for free.
So, just to make sure you’re serious, he’s asking for $49. He guarantees that you will earn money within the first 30 days, and he will give you a full refund if you don’t.
Now let me fast-forward to the next question about My Millionaire Mentor…
But How Does My Millionaire Mentor Really Work?
There was once a program called My Millionaire Mentor. It just no longer exists.
Its major goal while it was active was to get members to purchase the MOBE reseller’s license. Because the program no longer exists, you are sent to My Online Business Empire as soon as you click the checkout button.
You will be forced to purchase a slew of incredibly redundant products while in MOBE. Despite being very redundant, they are ridiculously costly, with some costing up to $30,000. After purchasing the products, the only way to make money is to resell these costly redundant products.
However, there is a little snag: in order to resell these items, you must first obtain the MOBE reseller’s license! How much does this reseller’s license cost? Approximately $2500.
Take note of how none of these costs are optional. If you want to make money with this program, you must first buy the products, get a reseller’s license, and find ways to sell the products.
Now I’m talking about a massive $35,000, plus or minus, that you must spend before you can generate any money. This is a big cry from the first $49 you signed up for!
Even if you had $35,000 to gamble with, how do you think you’ll find somebody to sell these worthless things to at the absurd amounts you paid for them?
Also, keep in mind that you will need to produce a few sales to recover your investment, and you will need to do so constantly if you want to earn a living from this.
Because MOBE adheres to the multi-level marketing model, you will not get the full benefits of your efforts if you are fortunate enough to make a sale.
MOBE is a game of chance, and $35,000 seems like excessive money to risk away.
And about the 30-day Guarantee, they constructed their terms and conditions such that you would have to produce evidence that you had followed all of their instructions (including purchasing all of the upsells) before you qualify for a refund of the original $49 you purchased.
What’s Inside Shurpas?
The website of Ryan and Hayden has a few training programs. With the launch of Uplevel POD, they’ve created a beginner’s course for those who want to get started with Print On Demand using proven strategies and methods. When it comes to these individuals, it’s all about emulating the actions of others.
They claim that you may copy what other successful Shopify store owners do and apply it to your own eCommerce store. This might work, but you shouldn’t just do what everyone else does blindly.
If you don’t add your own distinctive touch, you’re just replicating someone else’s hard work and effort, which has a smaller chance of reaching success.
The founders will present you with a tool called Commerce Inspector to assist you in finding products that are currently selling successfully.
It’s also utilized to figure out which Shopify themes are being used by other successful eCommerce stores.
Nextlevel POD is the name of the second program on the Shurpa platform. It focuses on growing your eCommerce Print On Demand online business after you’ve mastered the fundamentals and are making money.
Each training has its own price, but none are made public.
How Much Is The Ryan Mathews Price?
They haven’t made their pricing public. To find out how much a product costs or “learn more about the business,” a sales team generally waits on the other end of the telephone. The objective of the sales team is to excite you and get you to invest thousands.

Now, don’t get the wrong idea…
It’s not impossible to make money with dropshipping, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you’re learning the ropes.
Is There A Better Way To Making Money Online?
Print On Demand is designed for creative individuals who wish to put their work on various commodities, products, and goods.
This business model was made for you if you’re into that type of thing. However, if you’re a newbie trying to get started, you may want to look at other options.
You can avoid paying thousands of dollars worth for training, and you don’t even have to produce your own products and services if you don’t want to.
What Are Their Customers Saying?
Out of the 19 Shurpas customer reviews in Trustpilot, 89% gave them an excellent rating, and 11% gave them a Great rating.
Is Joining Shurpas Worth It?
The answer is a no-brainer. Stay away from Shurpas. Based on his Facebook and Instagram accounts, Ryan Mathews doesn’t seem to be a genuine person.
When it comes to building a business, you have plenty of options.
And even if you’re dead set on becoming a dropshipper, you’ve got way better options than Shurpas.
Remember that I don’t get paid to promote any of the programs we review. I think dropshipping is a great business model, but you could leave way too much money on the table.
Are There Any Alternatives To Shurpas?
Yes, there are plenty of Dropshipping programs and resources to choose from if you want to pursue this business model. Here are just a few:
Is Shurpas Legit? Or Is It A Scam?
So, time for the question you’ve been waiting for: is Shurpas a scam?
No, not technically speaking. They aren’t going to take your money and ride off into the sunset without delivering you access to their course.
It’s 100% possible to make money with this program, but it’s not nearly as simple as Ryan Matthews wants you to think it is.
There is A LOT of upfront work to do and no guarantee of success.
Don’t get me wrong – I’m all for doing hard work now so that I can collect checks in the future.
But if I’m going to spend 3 months of my life working super hard & spending thousands of dollars, just to break even… it’s just not worth it (in my opinion).
Think about it: what if you worked that same 3 months with just an hour or two per day, and in return, you could collect a $500-$2,000 check that continues to come in every month?
Even better, what if you could actually get that first check in as little as a week?
And what if you could double or triple it over the next month or two?
That’s what you get when you use the Digital Rental Method.
All you really need is a laptop and some internet.
