Welcome to my Shurpas review. My goal is to answer common questions like: how much it costs, if it's a scam, if you can actually make money with it, & who Ryan Mathews really is. The end goal is to help you understand if it's a good fit for you personally, and if there are any better alternatives out there.
Ryan Mathews Shurpas Review

This Shurpas – Ryan Mathews review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available online to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

What I Liked

What I Didn't Like

Before we get into it... who am i?

Always good to put a name to a face, so firstly, my name is Hope!

Like you, I was stuck working 8-10 hour days building someone else’s dream.

I worked at one of those cool tech companies that has omelet stations for breakfast & craft beer on tap for after hours.

To a lot of people that’s a dream, but to me… something was missing.

All I really wanted, was to actually enjoy life – more vacations, less stress, buy myself nice things without worrying about the cost… but that was something my 9-5 couldn’t provide me.

That was until a few years ago when I discovered a way to make money online by actually helping real people.

People in this case were local business owners across the US.

Me and My Puppy

The page above is an example of how I do it. That one-page site generates $1,500/mo and I haven’t even touched it since it was put up.

That’s an $18,000/year raise from just one page.

That’s why local lead generation is my #1 business recommendation for recurring, semi-passive income. If you want to learn about that business model, click here.

Important: I am not an affiliate

for Shurpas - Ryan Mathews

Why Does That Matter?

A lot of course reviewers have no experience with any of the business models or programs they review, and so they’re just making stuff up.

They do that because they want you to click through their link to buy from the person that the review is about!

They have no clue what it’s actually like to run the type of business Shurpas – Ryan Mathews is teaching you to do.
I have absolutely no relationship with Shurpas – Ryan Mathews, so you can rest easy knowing that I’m going to give you my honest opinion
This review is written based on my own experiences with this business model.

All that being said, let’s jump into things.

What was your initial thought when you heard about Print on demand (POD)? If your question was, “Is this profitable?” or “Will it give me financial freedom?” You’re in luck.

I wrote this article to review a company specializing in training people on how to earn online with the POD (Print On Demand) business model!

It can be hard to answer this question because of some factors, so keep reading to learn more about whether POD is still profitable in 2022. You’ll also find out if Shurpas and their POD training program are worth investing in.

Now, I want to be completely honest here, so…

Shurpas is pretty much your standard dropshipping course.

If you’ve followed my blog for long, you know that I don’t like dropshipping as a business model for a few different reasons.

That being said, it IS possible to make money with it, so I want to give you an honest review of this particular program.

But first, let me clear the air on one important thing:

Dropshipping has never been – and will never be – a passive, recurring business. No matter what the guru might tell you, it requires constant work.

I’m telling you this from my own experience running several dropshipping stores on Shopify AND Clickfunnels.

Dropshipping might be for you if you’re looking for a business that you’ll need to be super active in.

If you want to make money while you sleep and travel the world, dropshipping just isn’t it.

The main reason?

To have real success with dropshipping, you need a bulletproof system for finding the hottest new products before anyone else.

In the very best-case scenario, you have a relationship with your supplier, where they give you a heads up on products that are about to pop. These relationships don’t typically come around until you’ve done 6-figures in business with the supplier.

In the worst-case scenario, you’re testing a bunch of products with ads, losing money until you find that one winner.

I’m not saying dropshipping is a bad idea based on that alone… most businesses require you to lose money before you actually make money, so it’s somewhat normal.

But let’s assume you do have the next fidget-spinner craze product months before anyone else knows about it…

That’s great! But now you’re gonna need to get people to buy it.

  • Tens of thousands of dollars in ads
  • Tons of time spent split testing to find the best landing page variations, best product descriptions, best ad copy, best ad videos, etc.

Again, some people thrive on that and love it. So if you’re looking for that level of constant testing and gambling, it might be a good fit.

It’s also worth calling out that Facebook has a track record of banning you FOR LIFE from advertising on their platform for dropshipping.

Think about it: it ruins a user’s experience with Facebook when a product shows up 45 days after they’ve ordered it and is nothing like the product they thought they were buying.

So Facebook would rather ban you from their platform than risk a bad user experience.

Suffice to say, it’s a lot of stress for not a lot of payback.

As someone that actually ran a dropshipping business, I can tell you from personal experience that your time can be better spent with other business models.

If you’d prefer a business model that generates recurring, semi-passive income, you may be interested in becoming a Digital Landlord.

This means:

  • No sketchy suppliers
  • No razor-thin margins
  • No banned ad accounts
  • No super angry customers
  • No spending $10K testing an ad campaign

It’s something that you could make anywhere from $2,000 – $10,000 with consistently, month after month.

A stream of income that you can build as high (or low) as you feel like building it.

If that sounds interesting, you might want to think about becoming a Digital Landlord.

For the Shurpas review, let’s keep reading.

What To Expect From This Review

What To Expect From This Review

This review will go over Shurpas to see if it really is the best dropshipping course out there.

You’ll learn whether dropshipping is the right online business for you.

And at the end, you’ll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Shurpas and dropshipping in general.

But most importantly, you’ll see the exact system many others have used to build their own internet marketing business to over $40,000 a month in mostly passive income.

This system made them swear off digital marketing for good because it uses some of the same skills but in a much more powerful and profitable way!

Review Summary

Review Summary

Shurpas founders Ryan Mathews and Hayden Ditto have discovered the key to generating money online by selling low-competition products that people need.

You’ll learn how to create your own brand by selling print-on-demand goods that are only accessible in your online store.

They will show you how to target low-hanging keywords that people are looking for, but not many competitors are going for. This way, you can get more traffic (web users) without spending a lot of money on Facebook ads.

To put it another way, you might reach your target audience without spending a fortune on paid ads.

In fairness, though, you might have to spend some money on paid ads if you want to grow and scale quickly.

There are some requirements for their training program: You must be willing to deal with customer service issues, refund customers when necessary, and make sure that deliveries and responses are quick. And if you have at least $2,000 to invest in the program, then their training program may be for you.

Nonetheless, if you’re a newbie who doesn’t have any experience with making money online or starting a digital business, there are other ways to make money online that don’t require you to own and sell your own products.

What Is Shurpas?

Shurpas Is A Print On Demand Business Concept

It’s a training program that teaches individuals how to generate money online using the POD (Print On Demand) business concept. According to its creators, your firm must have three elements to be successful.

The 3 Components Are:

Products That People Want.

The first step is to choose a market niche suitable for your company. If you want to know what people want, you need first to find out what they are searching for.

No Competition.

Finding things in high demand and having no competition is almost impossible. The low-hanging fruit with a few rivals may not fulfill all of your demands, yet it is still worth looking for.

Consumers want to spend their money with well-known, well-respected companies they believe in. As a result, branding your items and doing all you can to develop your personal brand over time is essential. Profiting from this will be a lot easier.

Who Is Ryan Mathews?

Ryan Mathews Creator Of Shurpas

This San Diego-based football player goes by the name of Ryan Mathews. It’s possible that Shurpas and My Millionaire Mentor Ryan Mathews, who claims to be from San Diego and an influencer marketing guru, is a fake. In the phone book or on Facebook or LinkedIn, you won’t be able to locate him.

Although Shurpas currently has a profile in Trustpilot with an average score of 4.5 stars, they haven’t verified additional company details yet to this writing, and their Trustpilot account shows that they claimed their Trustpilot profile only in October 2021.

I can gather from online research that Ryan Mathews is also the owner of My Millionaire Mentor.

What Is My Millionaire Mentor?

My Millionaire Mentor By Ryan Matthews

My Millionaire Mentor has multiple landing pages. They are not all identical, but they do have a common theme.

According to the Millionaire Mentor plot, a character identified as Ryan Matthews became a millionaire in 12 months by employing a unique system. Now he’s promising to help a select few become millionaires. What good luck for the select few, right?!

Mr. Matthews professes to have spent his life helping others, but it seems that in order to get his generous help, you must first pay $49. And, as I’ll explain later, drinking the Kool-Aid might cost you more than $50,000!

Mr. Matthews seems to have devoted his life to stealing other people’s money.

Millionaire Mentor Review:  Exactly What Does My Millionaire Mentor Claim To Do?

Subscribe To My Millionaire Mentor

An online sales video by Ryan Mathews says there are 21 stages to earning $1000 per day in commissions, but he doesn’t explain what those levels are. In any case, it’s likely to be part of your My Millionaire Mentor subscription.

However, there is a small issue: there is no My Millionaire Mentor, hence no such package! It’s a pretty difficult issue.

Ryan Mathews, it seems, doesn’t need the $49 you are paying to join Millionaire Mentor. He could have given you the program for free, but in his experience, people are not serious about anything they get for free.

So, just to make sure you’re serious, he’s asking for $49. He guarantees that you will earn money within the first 30 days, and he will give you a full refund if you don’t.

Now let me fast-forward to the next question about My Millionaire Mentor…

But How Does My Millionaire Mentor Really Work?

How Does My Millionaire Mentor Really Work

There was once a program called My Millionaire Mentor. It just no longer exists.

Its major goal while it was active was to get members to purchase the MOBE reseller’s license. Because the program no longer exists, you are sent to My Online Business Empire as soon as you click the checkout button.

You will be forced to purchase a slew of incredibly redundant products while in MOBE. Despite being very redundant, they are ridiculously costly, with some costing up to $30,000. After purchasing the products, the only way to make money is to resell these costly redundant products.

However, there is a little snag: in order to resell these items, you must first obtain the MOBE reseller’s license! How much does this reseller’s license cost? Approximately $2500.

Take note of how none of these costs are optional. If you want to make money with this program, you must first buy the products, get a reseller’s license, and find ways to sell the products.

Now I’m talking about a massive $35,000, plus or minus, that you must spend before you can generate any money. This is a big cry from the first $49 you signed up for!

Even if you had $35,000 to gamble with, how do you think you’ll find somebody to sell these worthless things to at the absurd amounts you paid for them?

Also, keep in mind that you will need to produce a few sales to recover your investment, and you will need to do so constantly if you want to earn a living from this.

Because MOBE adheres to the multi-level marketing model, you will not get the full benefits of your efforts if you are fortunate enough to make a sale.

MOBE is a game of chance, and $35,000 seems like excessive money to risk away.

And about the 30-day Guarantee, they constructed their terms and conditions such that you would have to produce evidence that you had followed all of their instructions (including purchasing all of the upsells) before you qualify for a refund of the original $49 you purchased.

What’s Inside Shurpas?

Whats Inside Shurpas

The website of Ryan and Hayden has a few training programs. With the launch of Uplevel POD, they’ve created a beginner’s course for those who want to get started with Print On Demand using proven strategies and methods. When it comes to these individuals, it’s all about emulating the actions of others.

They claim that you may copy what other successful Shopify store owners do and apply it to your own eCommerce store. This might work, but you shouldn’t just do what everyone else does blindly.

If you don’t add your own distinctive touch, you’re just replicating someone else’s hard work and effort, which has a smaller chance of reaching success.

The founders will present you with a tool called Commerce Inspector to assist you in finding products that are currently selling successfully.

It’s also utilized to figure out which Shopify themes are being used by other successful eCommerce stores.

Nextlevel POD is the name of the second program on the Shurpa platform. It focuses on growing your eCommerce Print On Demand online business after you’ve mastered the fundamentals and are making money.

Each training has its own price, but none are made public.

How Much Is The Ryan Mathews Price?

Is It Worth It

They haven’t made their pricing public. To find out how much a product costs or “learn more about the business,” a sales team generally waits on the other end of the telephone. The objective of the sales team is to excite you and get you to invest thousands.

If the price is less than $2,000, course owners don’t hire a sales team to sell them. The only way to know for sure is to make the appointment.

Is Joining Shurpas Worth It?

Stay Away From Shurpas

The answer is a no-brainer. Stay away from Shurpas. Based on his Facebook and Instagram accounts, Ryan Mathews doesn’t seem to be a genuine person.

When it comes to building a business, you have plenty of options.

And even if you’re dead set on becoming a dropshipper, you’ve got way better options than Shurpas.

Remember that I don’t get paid to promote any of the programs we review. I think dropshipping is a great business model, but you could leave way too much money on the table.

Are There Any Alternatives To Shurpas?

Other Dropshipping Programs To Choose From

Yes, there are plenty of Dropshipping programs and resources to choose from if you want to pursue this business model.  Here are just a few:

Is Shurpas Legit? Or Is It A Scam?

Is It A Scam

So, time for the question you’ve been waiting for: is Shurpas a scam?

No, not technically speaking. They aren’t going to take your money and ride off into the sunset without delivering you access to their course.

It’s 100% possible to make money with this program, but it’s not nearly as simple as Ryan Matthews wants you to think it is.

There is A LOT of upfront work to do and no guarantee of success.

Don’t get me wrong – I’m all for doing hard work now so that I can collect checks in the future.

But if I’m going to spend 3 months of my life working super hard & spending thousands of dollars, just to break even… it’s just not worth it (in my opinion).

Think about it: what if you worked that same 3 months with just an hour or two per day, and in return, you could collect a $500-$2,000 check that continues to come in every month?

Even better, what if you could actually get that first check in as little as a week?

And what if you could double or triple it over the next month or two?

That’s what you get when you rent digital properties as a Digital Landlord.

All you really need is a laptop and some internet.

Some of my friends are Digital Landlords that run their 6-figure businesses from:

  • Camping trips at national parks
  • Beachfront in Hawaii
  • On the road in a camper van (with a pet pig!)

They focus on living an enjoyable life first, and focus on income second. All thanks to this program

They can take weeks or months off, and money keeps rolling in.

Living happily is the top priority.

If the thought of living perpetually at your dream vacation spot interests you, being a Digital Landlord might be for you!

What Is My Top Recommendation For Making Money In 2022?

Make Money Online With Digital Landlord

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

  • I’ve drop-shipped a toilet bowl putting green on Shopify
  • I’ve drop-shipped jade rollers via Clickfunnels
  • I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
  • I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing

And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.

That being said, my #1 recommendation for making real money online is, hands-down: being a Digital Landlord.

Whether you’re a complete newbie or you’ve been around the block before but have never had that “big win” to propel you forward, becoming a Digital Landlord is for you.

1)Time: You can do this if you’ve got a spare hour or two each day. If you want to drop everything and go all-in, you can do this. More time obviously means faster results, but even putting in a few hours per day is enough to see real success.

And because of that flexibility, you don’t need to trade your time for money. Once the income starts, it’s recurring.

That means you can take a month off, travel the country, pursue a passion project, chill on the beach, or charter a boat across the world.

But you can only do that once you’ve created an income stream that doesn’t require YOU to be there all day, every day.

2) Ownership & Control: You don’t actually own anything with dropshipping. You can’t control your product quality or even what the package looks like when it shows up.

Technically you own your Shopify site… but ad platforms could shut you down at a moment’s notice… so you don’t really have much control there.

Why pour your soul into a business that could be taken away from you at the drop of a dime?

When you’re a Digital Landlord, you literally own all of the assets, which means you have ultimate control.

3) Fulfillment: Alright, so you don’t have any inventory… but that worry has been replaced with the pains of overseas fulfillment.

That means your customer is going to have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive their order.

Then add in the current global supply chain woes… and you’re looking at 5-6-7 weeks!

Then the customer slaps you with a refund, and all of that time spent testing and spending money on ads was for nothing.

You don’t have to worry about any of that when you’re renting out digital properties.

4) It’s Effectively Copy-Paste: Here’s my favorite part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up, you can literally copy-paste another version of it and find another willing “renter” in a few days. DOUBLING your income doesn’t get much easier than that…

If you wanted to double your income with dropshipping, you would need to sell twice as much inventory or double your profit margins. And I can guarantee you (from my Shopify dropshipping days) that it’s a lot harder than a few clicks & a phone call.

5) Big Margins: With dropshipping, you’re often going to have really slim margins. That means you need to hit a serious scale to make serious money. This usually entails spending A LOT of money on ads and other methods for growing traffic to your product.

Being a Digital Landlord, your profit margin is nearly 100%. Watch here to learn how.

These Digital Rental Properties are worth (at a minimum) $500/mo in semi-passive income. And each time you create another one, your income increases, and the effort put into creating the next property decreases.

Best-case scenario, you have properties bringing in over $3,000+/mo on auto-pilot.

6) You’re Helping REAL People: My biggest gripe with dropshipping is that you’re usually finding some product that’s complete garbage and are tricking people into buying it. It provides no real value to them or the world in general.

It’s cool in the short term to make a quick buck, but it gets really old, really fast in the long term.

But when you’re a Digital Landlord, you’re helping solve REAL problems that people are ASKING for help with.

Small local businesses around the world need one thing: customers. Without them, their business would fall apart. If you can provide those customers, they’re going to be really happy – and they’re going to pay you for it.

You’re helping a struggling mother or father put food on the table for their families, put their kids through college, or live life a little bit more comfortably.

Having this type of impact on the world is what will help you sleep soundly at night.

So, the rest is up to you. You could keep looking at other dropshipping programs like Shurpas, which might make you money 12 months from now.

You could keep researching and researching for the next few months (or few years), never making a concrete decision.

OR, you can look deep inside, think about those dreams, hopes, & desires, and make the decision to ACTUALLY make it happen, just like it has for thousands of other students before you.

Making a fortune while actually helping real people that need it.

If this sounds like you, click here to see how it all works.
