This Sean Kochel review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available online to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

Before we get into it... who am i?

Always good to put a name to a face, so firstly, my name is Hope!

Like you, I was stuck working 8-10 hour days building someone else’s dream.

I worked at one of those cool tech companies that has omelet stations for breakfast & craft beer on tap for after hours.

To a lot of people that’s a dream, but to me… something was missing.

All I really wanted, was to actually enjoy life – more vacations, less stress, buy myself nice things without worrying about the cost… but that was something my 9-5 couldn’t provide me.

That was until a few years ago when I discovered a way to make money online by actually helping real people.

People in this case were local business owners across the US.

Me and My Puppy

The page above is an example of how I do it. That one-page site generates $1,500/mo and I haven’t even touched it since it was put up.

That’s an $18,000/year raise from just one page.

That’s why local lead generation is my #1 business recommendation for recurring, semi-passive income. If you want to learn about that business model, click here.

They have no clue what it’s actually like to run the different types of businesses they write about.

I have absolutely no relationship with this program, so you can rest easy knowing I’m going to give you my honest opinion.

This review is written based on my own experiences with this business model.

All that being said, let’s jump into things.

Table Of Contents

I’m glad you decided to read my review on Sean Kochel and Social Ad Tribe. I intend to address frequently asked questions, such as how much it costs, whether or not Sean is a scammer, whether or not you can genuinely earn money with it, and who Sean Kochel and Joshua T. Osborne are.

The end goal is to help you understand if it’s a good fit for you personally and if there are any better alternatives out there.

Sean Kochel & Social Ad Tribe teach you an online business model known as “lead generation.” In my personal opinion, this is probably the top business model out there.

While Sean Kochel & Social Ad Tribe have their merits, it’s NOT my top recommendation if you’re interested in Lead Generation.

My top program in the lead generation category is going to be Josh Osborne & Sean Kochel’s Digital Landlords program.

The thing is: there’s a good way and a bad way to run a lead generation business.

The bad way is using outdated SEO tactics and sketchy “black-hat” Google My Business listings to send phone calls to local businesses.

This leaves you at the mercy of Google’s search algorithm updates, which has a history of ruining lead generation empires in a single day.

I have friends that have gone from $50K/mo in passive income down to nearly $0 because their listings got suspended (and they never got them back!)

Every guru out there has “their secret method” to “ensure” Google doesn’t slap you down with a huge penalty. Well, to that, I say good luck fighting a $200 billion per year tech giant.

The good way to do lead generation, is building assets that YOU own, while playing by the rules and giving companies like Google and Facebook what they desire most – relevancy.

In this model, you build high-converting digital assets (like a landing page) and push high-quality customers through them. You then flip these customers to a client willing to take them, and charge a fee for making the connection.

You’re kind of like a… lead dealer.

If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know that I recommend this lead generation program, because it helps my boyfriend and I personally make over $20,000/mo on autopilot.

The cool part is that it shows you pretty much exactly what to do to create a recurring revenue stream, that can bring you in anywhere from a few thousand, to $10,000+ per month.

I really like how you can build it with only an hour or two each day, and you can grow it as big (or small) as you want to.

If that sounds interesting to you, check out the Digital Landlord program here

That being said, let’s continue on to the Sean Kochel & Social Ad Tribe review.

Who Am I?

Who Am I

Knowing your audience is essential; I evaluate from an objective perspective.

It’s not just you; I, too, had to put in long hours at the office only to help someone else’s ambition.

I had jobs at some hip IT firms that provided amenities like omelet bars and a stocked bar with local brews for employees to enjoy during downtime.

That may seem like paradise to some, but for me, I always felt like something was missing.

All I really wanted was to enjoy life – more vacations, less stress, and buy nice things without worrying about the cost… but that was something my 9-5 couldn’t provide me.

Why Does That Matter?

Many course reviewers have no experience with any business models or programs they review, so they’re just making stuff up.

They do that because they want you to click through their link to buy from the person the review is about!

They have no clue what it’s actually like to run the type of business Social Ad Tribe is teaching you to do.

I have absolutely no relationship with Sean Kochel, so you can rest easy knowing that I’m going to give you my honest opinion.

This review is written based on my own experiences with ad agencies.

All that being said, let’s jump into things.

Depending on where you get your information from these days, you may  have heard one of two very loud “camps” of gurus online claiming:

Or the other camp:

Ads are the only way!

Like with most things in life, the correct answer usually lives somewhere in the middle

So, are ads really dead, or is an ad agency still a profitable business in 2023?

That is precisely the question I aim to answer in this review!

But before I dive headfirst into this Social Ad Review & talk a little bit about who exactly Sean Kochel is, I’d like to back up for a moment and discuss why I see so many gurus hating on Facebook and Google Ads.

To put it plainly, A LOT of people out there were simply never good at them, so now they just talk smack about them all the time.

Back 5-10 years ago, a monkey could slap on a keyboard and pop out a Facebook ad that would perform decently well.

That “ease” of profits brought many more people to the game, and some rose to the top as experts.

The others? They put together courses talking about how organic was the only way and that “ads were dead.”

So to answer the question directly: are ads / an ad agency better than organic / an SEO agency – the answer is that they both have pros and cons.

For purposes of this article, though, I will say that an Ads Agency has A LOT more potential for income growth, so I would declare it a winner in that sense.

If you’ve followed my blog for long, you know that my two favorite business models are ad agencies and lead generation businesses.

So naturally, this Social Ad Tribe review is right up my alley because that program is a hybrid of both!

So without further ado, let’s jump in and discuss Sean Kochel.

Who Is Sean Kochel?

Who Is Sean Kochel

Agency owner Sean Kochel’s main area of expertise is helping his customers generate leads via paid social media and search engine marketing.

As someone born on October 18, 1991, he is a striving young businessman.

When Sean was a kid, his family moved to a little New Jersey seaside town. When he was a youngster, Sean enjoyed the same things many kids did: playing sports and video games.

However, he always wanted to make it big somehow and have a lasting impact on the world.

After he graduated college and got a job, he realized he hated the 9-5 grind. Absolutely hated it! So, he decided to become a self-taught developer and transitioned into adTech.

The dude knows his shit.

Before his own course, Social Ad Tribe, Sean worked on the tech side of the world’s largest Facebook Marketing partner!

Eventually, he transitioned into the account strategy & execution for some of the largest companies in the world!

And while I can’t exactly say the companies he’s worked with, let’s just say you’ve definitely used them at one time or another on a Friday night or for a weekend getaway.

You know, maybe for when you needed a designated driver or a house on spring break with the boys or girls?

Maybe I’ve said too much, ANYWAY…

Sean Kochel has managed MILLIONS of dollars in ad spend for his clients, who just so happen to be Silicon Valley giants.

He’s a targeting and conversion master, and now he wants to help teach you his exact methods.

You can’t learn this kind of stuff in any college marketing class from a second-rate professor…

He’s been in the industry for 5 years, and although he’s been very successful so far…there’s only more to come!

6: 30+ “Done For You” Niche Funnels (Ad copy, targeting, and landing page)

Sean’s group has less than 500 people, so you can rest assured the goodies are exclusive to you! On top of that, other courses don’t offer the targeting and landing page as he does!

7: Bunch Of Bonuses!

8: Weekly Live Streams

Weekly Live Streams

Twice a week, Sean hosts live videos for his exclusive Facebook group. There are days when he prioritizes sales and other days when it’s fulfillment.

Are There Alternatives To Social Ad Tribe?

Other Business Models To Choose From

Yes, there are plenty of other business models to choose from if you want to pursue this making money online. Here are just a few:

Is Social Ad Tribe A Scam?

Is It A Scam

Alright, time for the $1,000,000 question: is Social Ad Tribe actually a scam?

No, it’s not a scam, technically speaking. They aren’t going to take your money and run off, leaving you empty-handed. It’s actually a halfway decent lead generation course.

It’s just not my top choice.

The Digital Landlords program is unique. They give you over 30 proven templates (ad copy, targeting, keywords, exact landing pages, etc.) so that you can hit the ground running.

The people that run the program actually have an agency that does 7-figures per year, which is a major advantage over most other lead generation courses.

Think about it: what if you could put in a few hours of work each day (whenever you feel like it), and you were rewarded with a recurring $500-$2,000 payment for each site you put up?

And what if it only took you a week or two to get that first payment?

And what if you could double or triple that payment over the following month or two?

That’s what you get when you’re a Digital Landlord.

All you really need is a laptop and some internet.

Some of my friends are Digital Landlords that run their 6-figure businesses from:

  • Camping trips at national parks
  • Beachfront in Hawaii
  • On the road in a camper van (with a pet pig!)

They focus on living an enjoyable life first, and focus on income second. All thanks to this program

They can take weeks or months off, and money keeps rolling in.

Living happily is the top priority.

If the thought of living perpetually at your dream vacation spot interests you, being a Digital Landlord might be for you!
