How To Find Your Motivation

What if there is a new way of thinking that will give you a solution to most of your life problems and improve your well-being?

Before we get into it... who am i?

Always good to put a name to a face, so firstly, my name is Hope!

Like you, I was stuck working 8-10 hour days building someone else’s dream.

I worked at one of those cool tech companies that has omelet stations for breakfast & craft beer on tap for after hours.

To a lot of people that’s a dream, but to me… something was missing.

All I really wanted, was to actually enjoy life – more vacations, less stress, buy myself nice things without worrying about the cost… but that was something my 9-5 couldn’t provide me.

That was until a few years ago when I discovered a way to make money online by actually helping real people.

People in this case were local business owners across the US.

Me and My Puppy

The page above is an example of how I do it. That one-page site generates $1,500/mo and I haven’t even touched it since it was put up.

That’s an $18,000/year raise from just one page.

That’s why local lead generation is my #1 business recommendation for recurring, semi-passive income. If you want to learn about that business model, click here.

They have no clue what it’s actually like to run the different types of businesses they write about.

I have absolutely no relationship with this program, so you can rest easy knowing I’m going to give you my honest opinion.

This review is written based on my own experiences with this business model.

All that being said, let’s jump into things.

What if there is a new way of thinking that will give you a solution to most of your life problems and improve your well-being?

Maybe you are looking for a purpose to get motivated in life?

We are happy to share what we know about one of the most important things you can learn.

It may sound a little crazy, but it’s possible.

We all need to know that the way we think affects most of our life.

The problem we experience in our life is that beyond our basic needs is crafted by our minds only. It is important to know that your mind is not playing tricks on you.

Let me explain it in another way.

You are not broken. But your way of thinking might be. When you chang your thinking, you will start to realize that you have the ability to have the life you always wanted.

You are the captain of your soul, mind, and life. And it will spark motivation in you. What is Motivation?

Motivation is a common word you might hear most of the time, but what does it really mean? What are the elements of motivation?

The dictionary defines motivation as “the reason or reason one has for acting or behaving in a particular way. This is a starting point for us to deeply understand motivation and how we can use it to cultivate a millionaire mindset.

From your values, goals, aspirations, and personal discipline is where your motivation comes from. It’s not about what you want to achieve but on what path you will take to get there.

What reasons do you have for your financial goals? Why do you like changes in your diet or lifestyle?

Everyone will benefit from mastering the skill set of Motivations, it’s not easy, but it is doable. And you know what? It’s challenging to motivate yourself and other people, but you can find motivation in everything around you, from people to environments and even life events.

But what does motivation mean? Why do many souls are struggling with this?

Mostly, it’s a lack of discipline. Staying motivated each day needs constant effort, and without discipline, motivational habits fadeaways.

There is a saying: Persistence gets you there, but consistency keeps you there. Having poor self-image, lack of planning, not setting goals, lack of sleep, and even unhealthy eating habits can influence your motivation.

Find Your Why In Life

Why in life leads to our what and our how. Once you know your Why you can use it to stir your motivation when tough times and challenges come, do you understand what I’m talking about?

If you know your why, it will be the place in your thoughts where you can find motivation when things get tough.

Why you do, what you do, will push you out of your bed every morning to do things better and better and to avoid you from being reluctant and having self-doubt.

Keep in mind that you’re doing what you’re doing, and you will eventually get there.

How to Develop Your Motivation

Here are some of the steps to develop motivation in your life.

First, read books by those who are accomplished similar goals and by motivational speakers and life coaches. Here are some of the t books.

  •  Stephen R. Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”
  •  Charles Duhigg’s “The Power of Habit”
  • Mel Robbins’ “The 5 Second Rule”
  •  Tony Robbins’ “Awaken the Giant Within”

Secondly, Remind yourself daily of your why. What are the goals you want? Use post-it notes, or put them in your calendar to remind you every day. Always makes it easily visible and do whatever it takes.

Circle yourself with people who will motivate you and become your support network to accomplish your goal

Attend motivational events that will help you to be inspiring and help you to discipline yourself.

Start to master discipline, for this is a beneficial tool for your self-motivation

One reason why most people don’t achieve what they want is that they don’t really know what they want. The dreams and vision must be clear and concise in your mind for you to achieve them.

How you desire you live your life? How do you want to run the race? Will you run for a better life? Are you going to live life to the fullest? it’s all your choice.

Personal Values and How They Shape Motivation

For many people, life values served as the main motivator. Moral and values have a big part in who you are and these play an important purpose in how to find motivation in life.

Here’s the thing:

Knowing your personal values means you need to look at yourself first.

Begin by asking yourself some questions like, “When was I the happiest in what I am doing? Who I was with? What makes me so happy?” and, “When I was so satisfied, proudest, and so fulfilled? What values I have during those life activities?

Here are some values that you may have:

  1.  Honesty
  2.  Happiness
  3.  Financial Stability
  4.  Strength
  5.  Consistency
  6. Responsibility
  7.  Loyalty
  8.  Community
  9. Accountability
  10.  Freedom of Choice

Anything you strongly believe in is considered valuable, if you don’t know where you will begin, first chat down your purpose and all that is important to you.

It can be simple things or general ideas like family, friends, success, work, studies, and even a place or service. These are your core values and the outcome might amaze you.

Adapting Your Core Values

Once you have written down your values, these can pump up your motivation and serve as encouragement. if honesty is one of the values that you value. own it and make it work to be a motivator of your personal growth.

Motivation helps us improve and make us better throughout our lives. Personal values may change in time, so reevaluating your values from time to time will be helpful. if your values don’t fit to your goals, make a correct adjustment

How to Stay Motivated

Motivating yourself is hard to do if you don’t have focus and discipline. Why? Because Focus along with discipline is the center of motivation. When you match focus and discipline with personal values and goals, it produces powerful energy that will empower you. this energy can last for a lifetime if you do it right.

Being motivated is one of the hardest things to do. There will be a time when you are having a tough time and you can’t find any motivation. Is that ok? Always keep in mind: you won’t be always be motivated, so you must know and learn to be disciplined.

Here are some tips for maintaining your motivation when things get tough:

  •  Take responsibility for your choices, whether it’s good or bad. Accountability will develop a sense of self-awareness, this is essential for growth and staying motivated to move forward.
  • Don’t associate with persons who are negative and low-thinking. for sure you will meet persons who don’t have any motivation to be better or even achieving great things in life. That’s their ways of thinking, being with them, you will just feel unsupported. This old saying is correct, “misery loves company.”
  •  Read motivational books, articles, and magazines & watch and listen to motivational videos and content from successful people or those who can uplift your motivation. This activity offers a sense of community, that makes you feel you are never alone. There are many people taking control and changing their life by self-motivation.
  •  Meditate the dream. Always put in mind your daily values, why you begin, and where you want to be. Remembering those values is necessary to your success when things get tough.
  • Monitor your progress. By looking at your achievements, you will have a sense of fulfillment. Seeing the things you have accomplished will boost your self-esteem and confidence. it will help you in hard times and you will keep pushing for you have come so far.
  • Yourself is your worst critics. It is important to maintain stability between accountability and insults. There are times, you need to kick your own butt for not hitting a goal or missed a deadline. though don’t be too harsh. Don’t create a habit of putting yourself down. It’s okay to fail, for failure is not an end but a start of setting the momentum for success. Henry ford said, “Failure is simply the opportunity to start again, this time begin more intelligently.” Don’t let failure or even thought of failing stops you.
  • Have a break now and then. Pushing yourself 110% for days is exhausting. Taking care of yourself is important to achieve your goals. It is necessary to take a break. Taking a rest is ok, and once you are in shape get back to grind again.
  •  Avoid procrastination. Procrastination kills motivation. if ever you have something that needs to be done, do it now. Waiting for the deadline only constructs pressure and stress. Do it now. Sometimes later becomes never.

Self-motivation takes time to perfect, but doing these tips will set everything in maintaining your motivation in the future. With hard work, creativity, and willpower, you can have the time and energy to accomplish your dreams.

If You Have Lost Motivation What To Do?

What should you do when you have lost your motivation? If this occurs, you have to return to the basic principles. Question yourself:

  • What goal was I attempting to do?
  • Exactly why did I need to achieve that goal?
  • What is beyond that goal?
  • How was I going to get there?
  • So why do I’ve zero motivation?
  • Above all, where did I go wrong?

Many times, we lose motivation because we’re setting unrealistic expectations or goals. For example, if you desire to lose weight, you have to understand that losing 20 pounds in one week isn’t possible or healthy to attempt. Or, possibly you want to move up in your corporation, but you don’t have the skills just yet, it will take time and effort to do what you need to get there.

Keeping goals realistic and manageable can help you avoid setbacks and make the overall goal easier to get to.

One way to achieve your goals easier to accomplish is by breaking them down into sub-goals. Concentrate on each sub-goal as you work toward the entire goal. Reaching that sub-goals can fuel your motivation and improve your self-esteem and a sense of purpose. Occasionally, it is only preferable to address things on a smaller scale. Often, thinking small leads to significant achievement.

Getting help from the people close to you is also an option when you lose your motivation.

It is OK to ask all those motivated and positive people in our life for help. Who knows what someone could do or even say, turning things around for the superior.

Looking back is the primary key to reigniting your fire, but do not allow it to dissuade you. Check out what triggered you to reduce motivation, but do not obsess with it. Self-Reflection is so crucial and is a practice you need to have time to develop.

Narrowing down the reason you are unmotivated should help you uncover the problem at its core rather than wanting to know the reason you cannot have your ass off the couch. Take a long, close look at the situation of yours and figure it out there.

How Your Mindset Affects Motivation

To drive yourself to the roadway of success, Mastering your mind is the powerful thing you can do.

How you see your life, your yourself, and your goals affect you directly. Rich people have different ways of thinking than others. When you are thinking like a millionaire, you can become one. It’s simple. Everything is vague until you get there.

Most of our problems come from how we see the problem. If something is holding you back, look on it closely. have time to think. is the thing you are focused on is really the one that holds you back? Is the way you think about the walls and how you look for the answer make you fall? It’s time to change your lens, and you will change your life. Mindset is everything.

How to Find Motivation

1. Just Start

Urgh. Do you hate the advice?

Nevertheless, there is a reason we have all heard it a thousand times: it can work wonders.

You do not constantly have to reason with your emotions or perhaps rationalize why you have to take action. You can cope with those negative thoughts later on, at the proper time. Instead, look at setting aside all the negative feelings & just Start.

As the famous author, Mark Twain, at one time said: “The secret of getting ahead is getting started.”

2. Break Tasks Down Into Small Steps

Woah… an additional portion of groundbreaking, never-heard-before advice?

Once again, there is a reason a lot of people suggest you make use of this strategy when attempting to encourage yourself – often, it is the easiest things done very well that work probably the best.

Remember, you cannot do these things right away. That is why the painter Vincent Van Gogh stated, “Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.”

Here is a technique to help you find motivation to get things done:

  1. Jot down whatever you have to accomplish on a notepad.
  2. Jot down each step you have to have to achieve it.
  3. Dismiss everything except the step you are working on.

Once in the course, you may just find it easier to continue with the next task.

3. Build a Positive Mindset

To be motivated is impossible if your focus on the situation is from a negative perspective. However, Positivity will energize and help you to motivate yourself.

So stop and reflect, “what’s good in this situation?”

Catherin Pulsifer said that “if we have the attitude that it’s going to be a great day it usually is.”

4. Build a Feeling of Gratitude

When you stuck yourself in a cycle, its impossible to motivate yourself. So before you do anything else, take a step back and try to appreciate your feelings.

When you feel appreciated, its easier to be motivated.

One of the fastest ways to have a good feeling about yourself is to practice gratitude. it’s absurd to feel down and grateful at the same time.

By starting writing down 3 things you are grateful for every day is a good practice of gratitude. These would be anything from your breakfast, your pet, or even the pen you are using.

Making this a part of your everyday routine will increase your mental health and you will find motivation every day.

5. Be Kind to Yourself

When you procrastinate or even make a miscalculation, it is not hard to beat yourself up. In reality, in case you are like most people, you might find you internally negatively talk to yourself.

if you see yourself doing this, try to pause and speak to yourself kindly. You will not talk about it that way to someone else, so why are you doing it to yourself? You also deserve your own kindness.

Make an effort to remember your actual value as a human being. Then, let yourself gently come to the task at hand.

6. Be Constructive

When you start to realize that you have made a mistake or having procrastination, you have a big opportunity to learn and progress.

Try to ask yourself, ‘Why did I make this mess? How can I avoid doing this same mistake again?”

When you do this and act on what you have learned, you will turn this mistake into an opportunity.

7. Cut Your To-Do List Down

A To-do list is a tool that will help us to organize our tasks and focus on the important things. But it can also overwhelm us that we may end up in procrastination.

So, if you are having a hard time to stay motivated, always look on your to-do list to set everything in a manageable way.

Make at least 3 tasks daily and put them on your to-do list. Just start on the first part and ignore the next until you finished the 1st one. As you are using this, you will be able to make a longer.

8. Set Attainable Goals That Excite You

If you have goals that are great and it seems unattainable, don’t fear. Fear and anxiety will just make you crippled.

if the goal paralyzes you, just let it go for a while. Instead, select the goals that excite you and help you motivate yourself, but not so big to dishearten you when you face them.

Theodore Roosevelt says that “Keep your eyes on the stars and your feet on the ground.”

9. Imagine Your Future If You Won’t Change

This tip can inspire you easily: Rather than concentrating on the modification, you would like, imagine the life you will have if you do not stay motivated.

Think about, “What will life resemble in one year, five years, and ten years?”

The option is yours.

10. Reflect on How Far You Have Come

How frequently do you pause, reflect, and also like how far you have come?

If you are like lots of people, you most likely do not give yourself enough recognition for all of the development you have been through.

Consider a couple of mins to close your eyes and remember the successes of yours, no matter how small – relive and also feel into them.

Do it frequently to help you stay motivated.

11. Remind Yourself of Your “Why”

Motivation arises from working on things we care about.

Take the time to jot down 3 reasons you wish to look for inspiration to get things accomplished. Do you wish to boost health, obtain an education, save money, or maybe begin a small business?

Why?

Keep coming with answers until you find the parts that will help you stay motivated.

13. Eliminate Distractions Mercilessly

Distractions are the opponent of your focus. You want to get motivated, discharge distractions.

The distinction between successful and highly effective people is that successful people say’ no’ to nearly anything.

They say it best, “You can earn anything you want. However, you cannot be given everything you want.”

So, switch your phone off and then leave it in another room. Shut the door. Turn the music off. Delete distracting apps.

Remind yourself you’re not punishing yourself – you are simply focusing on your goals. Next, remember everything you want in the long term.

12. Do 100% to the Opportunity You’re Making

Everything comes with a price.

if you want something, you have to give something in return. it may be time, effort, emotional discomfort, or hard work.

That’s the deal.

Take a minute you recognize and appreciate the deal you’re making. Then perform 100%. Maya Angelou, the poet, and activist, once said, “Nothing will work unless you do.”

14. Declutter and Tidy

Motivating yourself is difficult to do, and there is something about it that can make your mind explode.

There is an expression, “tidy space, tidy mind?”

How’s your surrounding and environment? is it clean, tidy, neat? Or cluttered and messy? Create an environment where you can work properly and helps you to stay motivated.

15. Change Your Inputs

There is a saying, “you are what you eat.” we consume different things every day – food, tv, social media, movies.

If it’s hard to motivate yourself…mix things up. Start to feed yourself with the motivational types of materials. For example: listen to a mentor or coach podcast or read a must-read book about the experience of a CEO or watch some inspiring movies.

This is a big help to energize and freshen you to have the motivation to get things done.

16. Look for People in Your Life for Motivation

Some people empower us, while others weaken us.

Jim Rohm once said, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”

Seek out motivated people like a mentor, coach, or some positive people. Let your life be bound with positivity that will imprint self-motivation in you.

if possible, look for enthusiastic, motivated people to spend time with. and you may start developing self-motivation, too.

17. Ask for Help From Friends and Family

Asking a family member or close friend for help is really helpful to overcome struggles in motivating yourself. They can be your inner circle that will be accountable to check your progress and growth.

Telling your goals to someone can help to make these goals more real. knowing someone will check in on your progress and follow through.

18. Follow Inspiring People Who Motivate You

Look for inspiring people who will help you to motivate yourself. Is there a teacher, businessman, CEO, musician, artist, or politician that you find inspiring?

You can learn from these people how they stay motivated and employ these lessons in your own life.

Brilliant people learn from everything and everyone, common people from their experiences, stupid people already have all the explanations.

19. Listen to an Upbeat Song

If you need quick motivation, apply these simple tips: listen to music you really want that is inspiring, upbeat ad full of energy.

match it up with some crazy dance at the same time.

As soon the music is finished, don’t stop, for directly to whatever you need to do. the day will come that this will be one of your favorite act to stay motivated

20. Remember Your Power and Potential

Keep in mind: You are power and you have unlimited potential within.

Don’t think you are just an average being. Make each action powerful with no fear.

You may not sense it sometimes, and you may even feel like I’m silly for saying it to you, but it’s true. it is in you.

The common reason why people give up their power is that they believe they don’t have any.

Take time to dig deeper and try to cling to unite your inner power and potential and you will see why.

Keep Calm.

Then listen to that quiet inner voice in your mind saying, “You can do this. You are powerful.”
