Customer service work is the primary focus of Arise. In other words, you’ll work in customer service or sales for various businesses. You’ll be their go-to person if they have questions about the products or services they’ve purchased.

Many well-known companies now outsource their customer service staffing needs and Arise has often been their first choice.

Rather than bothering to employ individuals directly, these businesses just contract through Arise, and Arise hires the employees and handles all of the onboarding.

The job you do will differ based on the client, though you can definitely expect telephone work and potentially even email/chat support.

Yes -chat and email jobs are very popular non-phone tasks that are difficult to come by, but Arise is one business with many customers who need assistance with exactly that.

How Much Does One Need To Pay As A Contractor?

You must first register your business to work with Arise. Yup, you read that correctly! You have to first set up a company because they only work with incorporated entities. The cost of doing so is about $100 or more. So what I’m saying is, you aren’t actually an Arise employee–you are an independent contractor.

Furthermore, you’ll find a ton of other expenses involved with getting started with Arise. They’ve provided an overall breakdown of what it’s going to cost you to begin (note that they’ve integrated the incorporation fee in this list):

• National Background Check Fee ($12.95 in many states, $25.95 within CA, NV, MA, CO, SD, or VT)
• Incorporation (around $100)
• High-Speed Internet Connection ($ 50/month)
• Dedicated Phone Line ($18-30/month)
• Phone Equipment ($35-100)
• Basic Certification Program CSP101 ($99)

All the above fees are given to 3rd parties, except the Basic Certification Program fee, which is given to Arise.

Just note, as you can see from their lis, that you need to get a separate telephone line to utilize only for working, so using your home telephone line isn’t an option. You’ll have to spend on a separate business account used entirely for work.

Additionally, Arise deducts a semi-monthly service cost of $19.75 from all independent business owner-employees. This fee won’t be deducted until you’re actually working and earning cash.

So why do they ask for this fee? Arise says it is due to the infrastructure they offer to you, including accounting services, scheduling system, and 24-hour help desk.

What Is The Work Schedule As A Contractor?

Contrary to what Arise claims, working for them does not allow you to set your own hours. You have to adhere to the fixed working hours they provide.

As a result, you’ll only be able to take advantage of your own personal time after work. If you’re on a small budget, don’t worry about it. But if you aren’t, you’ll use this benefit to look for additional side jobs to make more money.

One problem with Arise Virtual Solutions is they do not place limitations on hiring. Therefore, the area for job hours becomes competitive real quick. Attracting people is their way of obtaining income since courses are sold by them and they charge monthly fees for services.

That suggests it’ll seldom, if ever, become much less competitive.

Additionally, there are claims that jobs are restricted to inconvenient hours and basically only part-time.

If Arise were a no-cost opportunity, this would’t really concern me. Most people, including you, can just make a couple of extra bucks whenever possible.

But several extra bucks are not going to make it worth your time when you invest money upfront, every month.

• You are not just an Arise employee. The business requirements make you a legitimate business.
• Arise offers all the training that you might need to start your own customer service business–just make sure you have high speed internet access.
• You can hire an independent contractor to work for you.

What I Don’t Like:

• High start up costs. You also have to pay for training costs.
• There’s a $40 monthly maintenance fee.
• Not easy to get started.
• The rates that you will get are relatively lower when you factor in the costs.
• Arise is only available in the U.K., Canada, and the U.S.

Arise Work From Home Review – a Scam Or a Legit Opportunity?

Time for the $1,000,000 question: is Arise actually a scam?

I wouldn’t technically call it a scam, though others might.

It’s technically possible to make money with this program, so in that sense it isn’t a scam.

What I’m saying is: after buying, someone will in fact send you a login to a website where you can actually sign up and start working.

But the second, more important question is: is Arise actually worth the time investment?

My honest answer is that for most people out there, probably not.

There are countless other business models that are proven & easily scalable, so why risk it for… not an incredibly huge payoff?

I’d rather a program with thousands of successful freelancers & plenty of room for others to join.

This is what matters at the end of the day. As with any job, the pay varies depending on the client or employer.

Generally, Arise pays for the time spent dealing with customers if you are part of a customer support team. There are some reports that wages can go as much as $19/hour. However, the average range would be $10/hour, and that would be what I would assumed you’d be getting for a while.

Put simply, don’t assumed you’ll be making $19/hour at Arise.

The pay will be deposited directly to you twice a month.

My #1 Money Making Strategy Without Arise Work From Home

Alright, time for me to get real with my lovely readers for a moment:

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

• I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
• I’ve drop-shipped a toilet-bowl putting green on Shopify
