Community Influencer Review (2023): Is Aarin Chung Really Legit?

Businesses are becoming greatly dependent on digital lead generation to generate leads and market their products and services online.

For example, the Community Influencer Academy offers a no-fuss solution to generating leads online.

The owner of Community Influencer Academy, Aarin Chung, seems to think that generating leads online is the only way to continue making money in the real estate industry.

She seems to believe that in-person marketing is no longer relevant as we once knew it.

Is she correct?

Or is Aarin generating hype in order to promote and sell her business platform?

The legitimacy of Aarin Chung’s platform is being questioned more and more frequently.

So, let me look into Aarin Chung’s program to see what the buzz is all about.

Now, before I get into the details, I want to be totally up front here, so…

In this Community Influencer review, I will go deep into the upsides and downsides of the program.

But before I can say Community Influencer is good, I have to ask a very important question: is affiliate marketing even worth it?

Like other affiliate programs, we get pitched an ultimate dream…

Run an amazingly profitable business where you don’t have to worry about anything – no products, no inventory, no shipping, no customer service.

The only thing you need to worry about is putting this product in front of someone that wants to buy it, and the rest is money in the bank.

The best part?

“You can do it from anywhere in the world!”

Sounds pretty great… but is it?

It is 100% possible to make money with affiliate marketing – the real question is: is Community Influencer the best affiliate marketing program out there?

Well, the most difficult (and therefore most valuable) skill in the internet business is driving traffic AKA getting people to visit a website.

Later on, I’ll talk about why it’s so difficult to drive quality traffic.

But for now, let’s just say it isn’t exactly an easy process (unless you have a proven traffic source for the exact product you’re trying to sell).

If you break it down, is affiliate marketing much different from a 9-5 job? You work for someone else, sell their stuff, and they can fire you at any time.

You don’t really control anything, despite doing the most important part – driving traffic.

To be 100% clear, I’m not saying affiliate marketing won’t work. If you’ve followed my blog for long, you’ll know that I’ve made money myself as an affiliate marketer (selling women’s health products).

I have several friends that make over $20,000/mo as affiliate marketers.

What you don’t hear about is the $200,000 they had to invest UP-FRONT to start making that money.

But let’s suppose that you REALLY want to work that laptop-entrepreneur lifestyle.

Honey Bar Media started out with a tragic experience.

Chung was taken off a property in her own neighborhood due to her aggressive approach to real estate.

She took charge of the situation.

And this was when Honey Bar Media was born.

She enrolled in every online lead generation course she could find and quickly became an expert in the area.

She had spent more than $25,000 that year to learn more about the real estate business and improve herself.

The only way she can make money when she doesn’t have any interested buyers is to bring in clients who are also in realty into her office.

There are so many new clients now that she has to turn away many of them because she feels overworked.

Her solution was to start a blog to expand her audience.

She hopes other local real estate brokers will benefit from her strategies by documenting her methods and daily life in this blog.

As her blog’s audience grew, she realized that something needed to be done to support the global real estate sector.

She established Community Influencer Academy, a community and platform that educates real estate agents on attracting online leads for their firms.

Aarin claims that they have assisted thousands of agents and are the largest online learning community for real estate agents in the local and global markets.

She also has a channel on YouTube where she discusses the platform in great detail.

In this section of the review, let me discuss what the free training covers

From the start, she claims that she can teach you how to earn six figures in your real estate business without having to depend on commissions every time for your next payout.

This, according to Aarin, is possible if you commit to five critical shifts.

1. Never coerce people into doing business with you. Your top priority should always be integrity.

2. Generate as many leads as you possibly can. Generating them one by one is no longer feasible, and they cannot be scaled. Concentrate your efforts in the right places.

3. Create a sales funnel. Example: Facebook ad to gather leads, email follow-ups, close sales, rinse and repeat.

4. Don’t call your own leads because it intimidates them. Instead, use social media to communicate with them. Slowly engage them until they are ready to make a deal with you.

5. Invest in coaching programs. Mentors can help you with new ideas that frequently produce results.

As a result, they can meet dozens of new people daily, produce hundreds of warm leads each month, and make their first (or next) six-figure income yearly.

The school she recommends where you can learn how to generate real estate leads online, cultivate relationships, and take control of any local market is called Aarin Chung’s Community Influencer® Academy.

How Much Does Community Influencer Academy Cost?

The cost of the 8-week course that teaches you how to use social media for business is roughly $1,500.

There’s a good chance it won’t go over $1500.00. However, there will undoubtedly be many upsells.

Aarin Chung’s platform is advertised and structured, so you first visit the page, enter your information, and then receive the Sales Pitch High Pressure “Free Training.”

The next step is to schedule a call, which will surely entail listening to sales pitches.

Can I Really Make Money As A Real Estate Agent Through Aarin Chung’s Community Influencer?

Yes, you can!

But…

There’s a lot that comes along with real estate that many people struggle with.

Now, don’t get the wrong idea…

It’s not impossible to make money with real estate marketing, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you’re learning the ropes.

Aarin Chung’s Community Influencer Review: Conclusion

Community Influencers Academy is pricey with no proof of value.

The idea of selling land and residential properties without cold calling, door-to-door solicitation, or other in-person activities is a fascinating and practical way to make money.

Aarin claims to have found Community Influencer as a way for shy brokers to make money in the real estate market.

The fact might be that Aarin earns money by selling the Community Influencers Academy course, not by selling crazy amounts of real estate. This isn’t unpopular in the course industry, however.

Yes, this program might benefit an introvert in earning money by offering digital courses.

But it’s very doubtful that it will help agents develop a profitable business.

A strategy for locating new customers to generate leads online and converting a prospective customer into a paying customer, known as digital lead generation, requires significant effort.

Whatever Aarin Chung claims, this training is unlikely to help you eliminate cold calling, door knocking, and in-person sales, even in a post-pandemic world.

If you despise cold-calling, face-to-face efforts, or in-person sales, the Community Influencer Academy will not help you become successful.

Yes, the internet provides several profitable alternatives for generating a full-time passive income from the comfort of your home.

Community Influencer Academy platform, however, is not one of them.

When it comes to building a business, you have plenty of options.

And even if you’re dead set on becoming a real estate agent, you’ve got way better options than Community Influencer.

Remember that I don’t get paid to promote any of the programs I review.

Realty is a great business model, but you could leave way too much money on the table.

Are The Alternatives To Community Influencer Academy?

Yes, there are plenty of other business models to choose from if you want to pursue this making money online. Here are just a few:

• Local Lead Generation
• Digital Real Estate
• SEO
• Real Estate
• Website Building

Is Community Influencer A Scam?

So, time for the $1,000,000 question – is Community Influencer a scam?

No, it’s not a “scam,” technically speaking. They aren’t going to collect your payment and then ride off into the sunset without delivering you a program.

You can make money with this program. My only gripe is that making money with affiliate marketing is NOT NEARLY as easy as Community Influencer wants you to think it is.

As I’ve said earlier, the most important part of doing affiliate marketing right is driving traffic. That means being good at:

• Writing ads that sell
• Running ads on Google
• Running ads on Facebook
• Writing website blogs
• Ranking websites
• Converting users that land on your site
• Email marketing

And a whole lot more.

If you’re going to spend time learning those skills, why not do it in a way that makes YOU all the money – instead of someone else?

There’s just a lot of work to be done here, and no real guarantee of success (not to mention commissions can be small).

Don’t get me wrong – I’m ALL FOR doing the hard work now, so that you can reap the benefits later.

But if you’re going to hit something super hard for 3-6 months, and your reward is barely enough money for a tank of gas… it’s just not worth it (in my opinion).

Again, I’m not saying it won’t work – I’ve personally made money with it, as have many of my friends.

I’m just saying it’s a situation where the stars need to kind of align for you perfectly.

And you shouldn’t be in the business of leaving your fate up to the stars…

But what if instead of all that, you could work those same 3-6 months, and generate a handful of checks that generated you $500-$2,000 EACH, every single month (almost on autopilot)?

And what if you learned it from someone who has already mastered the ability to drive traffic profitably?

Better yet, what if you could see your first payment in one week, not 3 months?

And what if you could double or triple that income within the next month or two?

That’s my experience with being a Digital Landlord.

All you really need is a laptop and some internet.
