At the end of the day, coaching is a… unique way to think about making money.
It’s certainly possible to make money with off-the-wall businesses like this, but unless you’re interested in taking years out of your life to experiment on an unproven business model, I would look elsewhere.

CTA’s curriculum has been carefully crafted to provide life coaching training that is consistent with the International Coaching Federation’s ideology:

CTA programs are intended to get you working and earning money before you finish the course. This is achieved via “Just-In-Time” knowledge transfer, in which you learn what you need to know when you need to know it to benefit yourself and your customers the best.
Furthermore, following graduation, you will have access to CTA’s alumni network and coach directory website, where you may advertise your practice and begin advertising and building your coaching company right immediately.

They also provide a comprehensive educational module for persons who have decided to concentrate on being a life coach by providing a broad selection of projects and courses that folks may take to refresh their previous training and coursework.
What Are Coach Training Alliance Programs?
To help clients and advance in my coaching profession, I have completed the training required by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I was quite impressed by the way Coach Training Alliance programs combined coach education with marketing and business skills.

The Course Description
The CTA Certified Coach Training Program is divided into five sections:
- From the Center, coaching
- Excellent Business Acumen
- Coaching Instruments that Work

The Mode Of Delivery
The training for the CTA Certified Coach is delivered through live teleconferencing, online learning, and interactive software. The CTA program is designed to spend most of your time with the same group of individuals (about 10 to 15 others).
The training program lasts 22 weeks and comprises 1-2 hours of weekly self-study and 60-90 minutes of teleconferencing.
Work On The Course
Online software is used to offer the course materials for the CTA Certified Coach Program. You’ll receive a taste of the Coach Training Accelerator TM, which will aid you in getting started and progressing in your coaching career.
You will participate in CTA training sessions such as Group Mentoring, Coach the Coach sessions, Self-Study, and Observation & Critique since CTA adheres to the “Circle of Learning” approach.

Consider this a fun sort of role-playing. This aspect of my training regimen was enjoyable for me.
Private Class Discussion Forum
Coach Training Alliance offers its students a private forum. You may interact with your classmates, ask questions, and discuss your experiences in this forum.
Requirements For Graduation
With the International Coaching Federation’s stamp of approval, Coach Training Alliance has stringent requirements for its graduates to become competent coaches. These are the graduation prerequisites outlined on CTA’s website:
- Participating in CTA’s “Becoming a Coach” orientation
- Participating in ten out of twelve Group Mentoring sessions
- Participating in eight out of ten Coach the Coach sessions
- Reading and applying the Coach Training Accelerator TM text.
- completion of 80% of training tasks
- Completing at least 20 sample coaching sessions
- Passing a written exam and receiving final critique coaching from at least two full-paying clients
Ongoing Assistance From CTA
CTA assists you in building your coaching program when you finish your Coach Training Alliance training program and become a certified coach. You are granted free access to their “Coaches and Mentors” website. On this website, you may build a customized listing in their Certified Life Coach Directory.

Is Coach Training Alliance A Scam?
Time for the $1,000,000 question: is Coach Training Alliance actually a scam?
I wouldn’t technically call it a scam, though others might.
It’s technically possible to make money with this program, so in that sense, it isn’t a scam.
What I’m saying is: after buying, someone will, in fact, send you a login to a website where you can actually view their material. No one is riding off into the sunset with your money, leaving you empty-handed… technically speaking.
But the second, more important question is: is Coach Training Alliance actually worth the investment?
My honest answer is that for most people out there, probably not.
There are countless other business models that are proven & easily scalable, so why risk it for… not an incredibly huge payoff?
I’d rather have a program with thousands of successful students & plenty of room for others to join.
If you’ve followed my blog for long, you know I recommend a few different programs depending on your skills & goals.
My current top choice is using the Digital Rental Method, because you have a proven, systematic path to 6-figures, and you can do it from anywhere you want.
I’ve got friends in there that are posting deals from the middle of the woods in a camper van with their pet pig… which is kinda cool.
What Is My Top Recommendation For Making Money In 2022?
Alright, time for me to get real with my lovely readers for a moment:
I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:
- I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
- I’ve drop-shipped a toilet bowl putting green on Shopify
- I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing
And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.
THAT BEING SAID: I would at least recommend you implement something that is tried and true, because I’ve seen TOO MANY people (including friends and family) get burned by stuff like Coach Training Alliance.
They come out of left field with some random idea, make it seem attractive, and then make themselves a quick buck by luring in unsuspecting people.
I’m not saying Coach Training Alliance itself is a piece of trash, I’m just saying you need to be very, very careful.

This is a big reason why I only recommend proven, tried and true business models, like Lead Generation & Ad Agencies.
There are a bunch of programs out there that teach you those skills, but my top choice is the Digital Rental Method program.

If you wanted to double your income with coaching, you would need to exert time and effort. And I can guarantee you, that’s a lot harder than a few clicks & a phone call.
4)You’re Helping REAL People: My biggest gripe with coaching is that you’re basically only helping yourself.
