No, I don’t recommend you buy the Ecom Family Academy.

While Mr and Mrs. Ecom do teach useful skills in their course, Print on Demand isn’t a good business opportunity to get involved with.

It’s kind of like having a powerful computer with slow internet. It defeats the purpose.

The best part of the program is that you learn how to run Facebook and TikTok ads to drive traffic to your E-commerce store.

But personally, I’d look for a better way to make money online.

Why?

Your chances of achieving true financial freedom is slim to none when your profit margins are thinner than a toothpick.

Generally, you’re selling cheap products at a 3 to 5x markup. So if it costs $5 to make a t-shirt, you’ll have to sell it for $15 to $25.

But, you also need to account for:

• Ad expenses
• Hiring graphic designers (sure you can use Canva, but nobody’s going to buy t-shirts from a random store unless it’s a REALLY cool design)
• Store costs
• Email marketing service
• Funnel software
• Shopify apps and subscription
• Payment provider fees
• Web hosting

Literally, your profit margins are gone by the time you account for all the expenses. Most dropshippers I know actually lose money at first testing dozens of products before they find something that works.

Mr and Mrs Ecom teach you how to run a Print on Demand business, which is essentially a variation of the standard dropshipping model.

Here’s how it works in a nutshell:

• You pick a profitable niche based on your research.
• You pick a POD partner company like Printful or Printify to handle fulfillment services. That mean they print and ship those orders to your customers on your behalf.
• You can choose to sell your products in a Shopify store and/or platforms like Etsy, Red Bubble, etc.
• You’re responsible for driving traffic to your print on demand products. Ecom Family Academy specifically teaches you Facebook and TikTok ads.

Then you rinse and repeat by testing ads, until you find winning products to hitch your wagon to.

Meet the Ecom Family Academy Owner

Reginald Jenning Jr is the brains behind Ecom Family Academy. But before he was a hot shot family man, he was a tech wiz wonder boy, as he was coding websites for the National Guard.

Impressive, I must admit.

He later earned a Management of Information Systems degree from Central Connecticut State University.

On the flip side, Tania Jennings is Reggie’s highschool sweetheart. Her former career resided in the culinary arts.

Reggie later worked for a large ecom business, where he learned the ropes. From there, he started his own Ecom biz and the rest his history.

Personal Opinion – Is Reginald And Tania Jennings A Scam?

While I don’t think Mr and Mrs Ecom are a scam, that doesn’t mean I’m a fan either.

Don’t get me wrong, they seem like a very wholesome family, and hats off to them.

But I gotta admit, watching the ads can be cringy at times because they use their kids to sell the course.

I’m going to go out on a limb and say their kids ARE NOT running their POD business, but they’ll insinuate that their children can do it, too.

My biggest gripe is that they pull on the heartstrings of buyers by appealing to parents who want to provide a better life for their family. By doing so, consumers lose all objectivity and don’t really know what they’re getting into.

They primarily advertise that print-on-demand can help you achieve financial freedom for your family. For example, their ads tell you that e-commerce can help you pay the bills, and take your family on boujee Disney cruises.

But the truth is, dropshipping little trinkets isn’t a sustainable way to make money. Selling cat t-shirts doesn’t provide predictable income.

You might have a few good months but lots of bad months along the way. Can you really depend on that to put food on the table, pay your mortgage, or plan your next family vacation?

On top of that, you don’t even have control over the product quality and delivery. Your POD supplier does all the printing and shipping services, which is why customers are usually left dissatisfied, never to return to your store again.

They might even leave nasty reviews and ask for a refund.

If you truly want to get your family out of the financial rut, I’d look into the Digital Rental Method instead.

Final Verdict on My Mr and Mrs Ecom Reviews

I don’t recommend buying Ecom Family Academy.

Not because Mr and Mrs Ecom are scam artists, but the print-on-demand business model is just a little gimmicky.

While I love getting meme t-shirts and personalized mugs as gifts, selling them is an entirely different story.

Frankly, I want to sleep well at night knowing I won’t have to wake up to angry customers, refunds from poor-quality products, or low-profit margins that aren’t enough to put food on the table, much less take my family on a vacation.

But if you want to make REAL money, one that can change you and your life, there’s a much better method out there..

#1 Alternative For Making Money In 2024

Alright, time for me to get real with my lovely readers for a moment:

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

• I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
• I’ve drop-shipped a toilet-bowl putting green on Shopify
• I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing

And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.

THAT BEING SAID: I would at least recommend you implement something that is tried and true, because I’ve seen TOO MANY people (including friends and family) get burned by stuff like Ecom Family Academy.

They come out of left field with some random idea, make it seem attractive, and then make themselves a quick buck by luring in unsuspecting people.
