This typical online money-making scheme revolves around selling a worn-out membership that promises to make you money by selling other people’s products.
The program is endorsed by almost every top-tier course member who earns a commission through their referral links to the program. Yes, you read that correctly.
Sellouts, it’s promoted by sellouts.
It’s supposed to show you how to become a “Multi-Level Marketer” but most members don’t make money promoting other products.
That’s just the truth…you won’t get rich off a shitty $6 commission.

MLMs like EvolvHealth are a bit of a mixed bag. They CAN be a legitimate way to make money, but some have a reputation for literally ruining people’s lives – so it’s important to know what you’re getting, since each one is unique.
Like most of my readers, you were probably introduced to this one via a friend or some influencer you trust online.
And it makes sense why so many people recommend them:
Making money outside of a 9-5 can be… life-changing, to say the least.
So in this article, I want to help you explore two things:
- If MLMs are actually a worthwhile business to pursue
- If EvolvHealth is a worthwhile MLM
Before that, I want to clear the air on something.
There are A LOT of people out there who bash all MLMs in any form. However, I’m not one of those people.
Instead, I want to genuinely educate you about them so you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.
If you’re unfamiliar with what MLMs actually do:
They’re businesses in which you pay money to a company for the ability to sell their products.
Sometimes the products are actually kind of decent (I still remember my mom throwing Pampered Chef parties when I was younger).
Other times the products are really poorly made and come with a high price tag.
Typically, the only way to really make money is to get people (mostly friends & family) to sign up with you for a recurring subscription.
If the product is 100% legitimate & valuable, it’s entirely possible to get people to sign-up and continue paying you.
If the product is subpar, you’ll usually burn those bridges kinda quickly and end up with $0 coming in each month.
The biggest issue I’ve seen is that this puts significant stress on your personal relationships, as you’re reliant on selling to your “network.”
Think about it: if you KNEW that every time your friend Sally called, she’d be trying to sell you on one of her products… you’d eventually stop answering Sally’s calls.
Now, this doesn’t mean MLMs are outright bad… it means you need to know what type of MLM you’re getting yourself into before you sign up.
Again, some MLMs provide real value to people, but MOST don’t – so in this article, I’m going to explore the case with EvolvHealth.
But before that, I want to ask you a question: what if there was a way to build actual recurring, semi-passive income?

Brent Hicks, one of the co-founders of Evolv Health, has more than 15 years of experience in managing and constructing sales teams within the real estate finance industry.
Available public records show that Brent Hicks has been linked with eleven companies throughout his professional journey.
The companies were established over a nine-year period, with the most recent being formed a little more than three years ago, in December 2017.
Six of the companies are still in operation, while the remaining five have been designated as inactive.
What Are The Evolv Health Products?
Evolv Health MLM offers an assortment of health and wellness products, with its most prominent product being the Evolv Reboot Kit.
This kit comprises various nutritional supplements targeting Leptin sensitivity and inflammation, naturally rejuvenating the body.
Evolv regulates Leptin, a hormone that tells you when you’ve had enough food and are now satisfied.
Many health experts believe that improper Leptin regulation is one of the causes of obesity.
However, Leptin research is still in its early stages, and the results are inconclusive.
Evolv Health Kit
Evolv Health promotes eight product kits that are intended to improve various aspects of your health.
The Evolv Total Reboot starter kit is designed to reset your immune system and jump-start your metabolism.
When you purchase the kit, you will receive the following Evolv Health products:
- Evolv Lifebars energy bars
- Limitless Evolv
- Evolv Fix
- Evolv Shake packets
- Evolv Daily
Please keep in mind that these Evolv Health products are subject to change as this MLM company constantly updates its Evolv Health products.
Has Evolv Health Been Involved In Scandal Or Lawsuits?
Lawsuit 1
Evolv Health, LLC v. Cosway U.S.A., Inc.
In April 2017, a legal case was initiated due to a dispute between two rival companies in the nutritional health sector.
Evolv Health alleged that the defendants had illegally acquired its confidential information and utilized it to establish a competing venture.
Lawsuit 2
In 2009, EvolvHealth faced trouble with the University of Texas Board of Regents after it requested permission from the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center to conduct a test on its bottled water. This water was prepared using natural ingredients like alfalfa stems and leaves, milk whey, and enzymes extracted from pineapple and papaya.
However, the outcome of this request led to a federal lawsuit filed in Houston in November 2009.
According to the lawsuit, M.D. Anderson performed its testing, which was all “preliminary,” and the cancer center never checked its “safety, efficacy, medicinal or beneficial health value.”
However, Evolv began running statements on its website, such as, “The Archaea Active formula has undergone in-vitro testing by The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.”
According to M.D. Anderson, this gives the impression that the cancer center has endorsed the product.
The EvolvHealth Compensation Plan: How Can I Make Money?
Becoming an affiliate member or a social business partner can be a lucrative way to earn money through online business by trying to sell Evolv health products.
Affiliates can receive 10% to 40% commissions for their efforts.
The higher the commissions you want, the more you need to sell.
This occurs when someone purchases products after clicking on your affiliate link on your website.
As a member affiliate, you are not eligible for bonuses.
Signing up to become an affiliate is completely free.
Signing up to become a Social Business Partner requires a one-time fee of $29.
To be eligible for commissions, you must first purchase a starter kit.
That will set you back $352.
You must also maintain a certain number of purchases in order to earn commissions.
To earn commissions for this social business, you must first build a team.
It is not clear why they are called a social business partner.
It’s just a fancy way of saying “distributor.”
If you are not digitally savvy, it’s nearly impossible to get people to join your business opportunity through social media.
You will be paid commissions on both those you recruit and those your recruits recruit.
It’s pretty much the same thing with every MLM scheme.
Binary Compensation Plan Model
Like many other MLM pay plans, the compensation structure of EvolvHealth is built upon a Binary Tree Structure.
As you enroll new Distributors, you will create two sales teams: binary left leg and binary right leg.
Your commissions and bonuses will be calculated based on the performance of your weakest leg.

However, if you want to make money in a big way and be able to quit your 9-5 job, I strongly advise you to consider the low success rate of their distributors or any other MLM business opportunities for that matter.

Is Evolv Health A Scam?
So, time for the $1,000,000 question: is EvolvHealth a scam?
No, not technically. They aren’t going to run off with your money and not give you what you paid for. It’s 100% possible to make money with this program.
That being said, it’s not nearly as simple as they want you to think it is.
There’s A LOT of work to be done upfront, and no guarantee that you’ll be successful. The commissions are also fairly small.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for doing hard work now, so that I can reap the benefits later.
But if you’re going to work really hard for 3 months, and your reward is a $100 check… it’s not really a great opportunity.
If I’m gonna do that, I want the rewards to be HIGH and virtually guaranteed.
I’d rather put in that same 3 months of work (in my spare time) & build a handful of Digital Rental Properties that each produce $500-$2,000 checks every single month afterward (AKA recurring income).
