It’s certainly possible to make money with off-the-wall businesses like this. Still, I would look elsewhere if you’re interested in taking years out of your life to experiment with an unproven business model.

Michael Shih founded the companies Print Profits and Print Profits 2.0. He presents himself as a digital entrepreneur.

There are eight modules in the Print Profits course, and I will explain what you’ll get from each one of the modules and exactly how they will help you find a much better result.
Module 1: Build
The ‘Build’ module discusses the benefits of a print-on-demand business, such as low entry hurdles, low risk, and a simple store setup. There is no need for a warehouse or a sizable product inventory, and the business is quite scalable.

The bad news is that Print Profits follows a strict “No Refund Policy once you signed up.” As with other eCommerce courses, you can, however, can cancel within three days.
But at this point, I’m sure you realize there are much better programs out there that can help you make A LOT more money.
Print Profit’s Course Quality
The course regrettably suffers from below-average quality. Michael Shih’s voice is sometimes a tad fuzzy, and most of what he displays is either screen recording or PowerPoint presentations. For most of his videos, it’s obvious that he used nothing but his webcam.
While the quality is good enough for you to comprehend the program, you cannot help but feel insulted by the cost he charges. If you want to start an online business, you will find $10 Udemy classes with way better quality than the course you are paying 100x more. He concentrates most of his design on promoting the program without actually taking some time to create a better quality program itself.
Does Michael Shih Deliver?
By what Michael Shih has promised, the program does deliver. Michael Shih never had outlandish promises of guaranteed money and just mentioned this program to show you how to create your own shop or online business.
And by that particular definition, Micheal Shih perfectly delivers. His course mostly consists of walkthrough tutorials, but he advertises his program as a manual to create your store.
Who Is Print Profits Best For?
The print Profits program is ideal for anyone that is technologically challenged. Fred and Michael never show advanced sales tactics or even delves into complex concepts. Michael Shih basically guides you throughout the whole course. For many, this is really what is needed. This program is perfect for you if you’re someone with a tough time analyzing web applications, such as Mailchimp or Shopify. Fred and Michael will guide you through that.
Is Michael Shih & Fred Lam’s Print Profits Worth The Money?
Print Profits will be a great Udemy course, or maybe a YouTube series. But for such an inadequate course, there is no way it’s worth $1,000. Shih’s material is no different from Udemy courses that you can get for $10. He offers no more unique value or knowledge than any internet guru like Matt Clark.
Print Profit’s program highly lacks special value, despite the number of bonuses thrown by the product sales page.
Shih’s primary selling points of his course use print-on-demand services, though you can quickly use some Shopify courses and use the same concepts Shih is teaching you within this course. You can also obtain Shopify-approved courses for one-half of what Shih is asking you.
Overall, Shih does not provide you with any info that everyone else currently is offering. His material is not different and is no longer worth $1,000.
You can certainly make money with Print Profits, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to become a print-on-demand expert (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money.
What’s better than the course Fred and Michael offer?
The course that helped skyrocket my online business to $40,000+ per month teaches some of the same eCommerce skills but shows you how to monetize them in a much more profitable way.
Print Profits: The Pros And Cons
Pros:
There’s no perfect online training or course for eCommerce businesses. Thus, I have pros and cons. This time, let me look into the advantages of print profits.
- The course is through video and PDF, which users can access at any time.
- Print Profits is an in-depth instruction for eCommerce with a comprehensive guide from zero to hero.
- It’s subdivided into short videos for better understanding. Great for newbies!
- The modules covered nearly all facets of the eCommerce business.
Cons:
- I can say that Print Profits’ videos are pretty lengthy, so it’s not for people who do not have plenty of time.
- Michael Shih’s voice quality is somehow boring. On the other hand, Fred Lam has a very friendly tone.
Are There Alternatives To Print Profits?
Yes, there are plenty of other business models to choose from if you want to pursue this making money online. Here are just a few:
Is Print Profits A Scam?
Time for the $1,000,000 question: is Print Profits actually a scam?
I wouldn’t technically call it a scam, though others might.
It’s technically possible to make money with this program, so in that sense, it isn’t a scam.
No one is riding off into the sunset with your money, leaving you empty-handed… technically speaking.
But the second, more important question is: is Print Profits actually worth the investment?
My honest answer is that for most people out there, probably not.
There are countless other business models that are proven & easily scalable, so why risk it for… not an incredibly huge payoff?
I’d rather have a program with thousands of successful students & plenty of room for others to join.

They come out of left field with some random idea, make it seem attractive, and then make themselves a quick buck by luring in unsuspecting people.
I’m not saying Print Profits itself is a piece of trash, I’m just saying you need to be very, very careful.
This is a big reason why I only recommend proven, tried and true business models, like Lead Generation & Ad Agencies.
There are a bunch of programs out there that teach you those skills, but my top choice is the Digital Rental Method program.
Why? It has proven leaders with their own 7-figure businesses implementing exactly what they teach you.
I’ve also got over a dozen personal friends in there, so I feel comfortable telling you it works.
Whether you’re a complete newbie, or you’ve been around the block before but have never had that “big win” to propel you forward, their program works.
