Before that, I want to clear the air on something.
There are A LOT of people out there who bash all MLMs in any form. However, I’m not one of those people.
Instead, I want to genuinely educate you about them so you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.
If you’re unfamiliar with what MLMs actually do:
They’re businesses in which you pay money to a company for the ability to sell their products.
Sometimes the products are actually kind of decent (I still remember my mom throwing Pampered Chef parties when I was younger).
Other times the products are really poorly made and come with a high price tag.
Typically, the only way to really make money is to get people (mostly friends & family) to sign up with you for a recurring subscription.
If the product is 100% legitimate & valuable, it’s entirely possible to get people to sign-up and continue paying you.
If the product is subpar, you’ll usually burn those bridges kinda quickly and end up with $0 coming in each month.
The biggest issue I’ve seen is that this puts significant stress on your personal relationships, as you’re reliant on selling to your “network.”
Think about it: if you KNEW that every time your friend Sally called, she’d be trying to sell you on one of her products… you’d eventually stop answering Sally’s calls.
Now, this doesn’t mean MLMs are outright bad… it means you need to know what type of MLM you’re getting yourself into before you sign up.
Again, some MLMs provide real value to people, but MOST don’t – so in this article, I’m going to explore the case with Vasayo.

What Happened To MonaVie?
MonaVie was established by Dallin Larsen, an American entrepreneur who created a line of products derived from blended fruit juice concentrates, powders, and purées for distribution through an MLM business opportunity.
However, the company was mired in several controversies.
Health claims made for its products had not been scientifically confirmed or approved by regulatory authorities, and its chairman had previously been involved in false health claims made for another beverage company.
MonaVie’s business model resembled a pyramid scheme, according to Forbes, an American business magazine.
The company went into foreclosure in 2015 after defaulting on a US$182 million loan.
When Jeunesse Global purchased the note for $15 million, it acquired MonaVie’s assets.

Dallin Larsen is a seasoned professional in network marketing, having held senior executive positions with companies like Dynamic Essentials and USANA before founding Monarch Health Sciences in 2003.
Monarch Health Sciences primarily focused on distributing diet and weight loss supplements through the MLM business model.
Monarch Health Sciences introduced MonaVie juice in January 2005 and the following year established MonaVie LLC/MonaVie Inc., a privately held network marketing company based in South Jordan, Utah.
MonaVie juice products were bottled, distributed, and marketed by the newly formed company.
MonaVie was also the founder of The MORE Project, a non-profit charity organization.
Distributors sold MonaVie goods and were eligible for commissions based on product sales.
Individual distributors were encouraged to build their own sales networks by recruiting new distributors to sell the goods (referred to as a “downline” in multi-level marketing lingo).
The recruiter could have received additional commissions based on sales by their downlines.

This is because pyramid schemes involve monetary exchanges without investment or tangible products.
As Vasayo offers actual products as part of its business opportunity, it cannot be legally classified as a pyramid scam.
The question to ask now, however, is if it is a pyramid scheme in disguise.
As mentioned in the previous heading, if a company focuses more on selling products to recruits rather than outside consumers, then it most probably is a pyramid scheme in disguise.

Vasayo Review: Pros And Cons
The Pros
Despite the supplement industry’s reputation for making exaggerated claims, legitimate scientific evidence supports the benefits of most Vasayo product ingredients and the effectiveness of a liposomal delivery method.
There have been studies that show that these ingredients do have health benefits.
Their products are among the best in the multi-level marketing (MLM) industry.
The Cons
Lawsuits, false advertising, and copyright infringement plagued MonaVie company.
They increased their income to $854 million but went bankrupt as a result of all the settlements they had to pay out and defaulted on a $182 million loan.
Vasayo MLM Review: Conclusion
If you are searching for an income opportunity to earn a significant amount of income, enough to support your living expenses, this is not the business for you.
If you hate having to pressure or beg family, friends, and co-workers to listen to your product presentations or even buy from you, this is not the business for you.
I strongly recommend that you look for other income opportunities other than this MLM business.

Yes, there are plenty of MLM companies to choose from if you want to pursue this business model. Here are just a few:
Is Vasayo A Legit MLM Business Or A Scam?
So, time for the $1,000,000 question: is Vasayo a scam?
No, not technically. They aren’t going to run off with your money and not give you what you paid for. It’s 100% possible to make money with this program.
That being said, it’s not nearly as simple as they want you to think it is.
There’s A LOT of work to be done upfront, and no guarantee that you’ll be successful. The commissions are also fairly small.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for doing hard work now, so that I can reap the benefits later.
But if you’re going to work really hard for 3 months, and your reward is a $100 check… it’s not really a great opportunity.
If I’m gonna do that, I want the rewards to be HIGH and virtually guaranteed.
I’d rather put in that same 3 months of work (in my spare time) & build a handful of Digital Rental Properties that each produce $500-$2,000 checks every single month afterward (AKA recurring income).
