Alright, I’ll stop beating around the bush. Should you pay Dominick Carney?

No, I don’t think you should buy Amazon Profit Guide.

While Dominick seems to have made a nice living for himself, his qualifications are “sus.”

His results are generated from other businesses and his online brand – I can’t find actual evidence of the revenue he’s generated from Amazon Dropshipping.

I personally would rather learn from someone practices what they preach. It’s kinda like learning gymnastics from a yoga teacher. Sure both requires flexibility, but the two require different skillsets.

And I have serious doubts as to whether Dominck has truly wants you to succeed. Most of his content online is centered about airy-fairy motivation videos.

He hasn’t posted on YouTube for 2 years and on Instagram for over 5 months.

If he’s willing to abandon his followers, how will he treat his students?

I still haven’t even gotten to the shaky business model of Amazon dropshipping.

On average, Amazon sellers are making below minimum wage. The entire business model hinges on ranking high on Amazon’s platform and getting the buy box to maximize sales.

The problem is when you’re competing with everyone and their grandmother, you’re fighting an uphill battle.

Why compete in a red ocean filled with sharks, when you can go to a blue ocean, where the potential is still untapped with less competition?

I’m talking about a market where you don’t have to step on others toes. Because all you need is a few clients to live a financially free life.

With this business model, you can make anywhere from $2,000 to $10,000+ consistently, month after month.

And you never have to worry about:

• Competitors stealing your product ideas and undercutting your prices
• Bad reviews from customers
• Jeff Bezos calling the shots
• Roller coaster months (one good months, followed by seasons of drought)

Dominick’s Amazon Profit Guide offers training in Amazon dropshipping. He covers A to Z when it comes to how to get started.

This includes:

• Setting up your Amazon seller account
• Finding profitable products
• Working with trusted suppliers
• Fulfilling orders and handling customer service

Amazon Dropshipping is different than the Amazon FBA model. The beauty of dropshipping rather than doing Amazon FBA is that you don’t have to put your own personal funds to buy upfront inventory and ship it over to the fulfillment warehouses. With FBA, you send your products over to the warehouses in advance and Amazon handles all the packing, labeling and shipping.

That said it’s important to note, Amazon generally looks down up upon sellers who don’t use FBA, since they have no proof that you’re holding any inventory. Essentially, you could be scamming people for all they know, which hurts their reputation.

Not to mention, you won’t be providing two-day shipping, which FBA supports.

That said, here’s how the business model works:

• Customers buy your product from Amazon.
• You take their money and place the order from your supplier.
• The supplier ships it directly to the customer, so you don’t have to handle any of the packing or shipping.

What’s Dominick Carney Net Worth?

While we can’t pin down his exact net worth (he’s still on the rise, after all), he’s definitely made some waves. For instance, he’s earned accolades like the two-comma club award, and built two 7-figure companies.

Lately, though, Dominick’s been steering away from Amazon —maybe because of the bigger cuts Amazon’s been taking.

He’s switched gears towards client acquisition systems. Interestingly, this is something along the lines of lead generation, which makes me wonder, does he actually believe in Amazon himself?

And when the going gets tough, doesn’t the tough get going?

The best entrepreneurs I know aren’t constantly jumping shipping, looking for greener pastures.

His web and social media presence are a bit all over the place. But it’s clear he’s got a lot on his plate, from personal training gigs to flipping properties, investing in hotels, and even launching an ATM business, so how much attention can he provide to actually helping his students?

Is Dominick Carney Legit? My Personal Opinion

Here’s where the rubber meets the road. Is Amazon Profit Guide a scam?

Honestly, it’s hard to say.

There’s no third-party reviews on Dominick or his program, so there’s no way of definitively answering this question.

But the better question is, should you buy Amazon Profit Guide?

And that my friend, is a definitive and unequivocal no.

Don’t get me wrong, you might be able to make money with his program, but it’s not nearly as easy as Dominick wants you to think it is.

You’ll need to get very luck to find a hot product no one’s yet heard of, and then pump a ton of volume, before your competitors copy your product.

Selling on Amazon is really like swimming in shark-infested waters. Only the toughest survive and the rest eventually quit.

And if I were to entertain such idea, I’d rather have a bigger pay off. The margins are slim when you’re dropshipping.

Why?

You have to factor in cost of goods that you pay to supplier, ad costs to get your listing in front of people, Amazon seller fees, and much more..

By the end, you’re left with a small piece of the pie.

So if anyone shows you dropshipping results, remember, those are just the sales numbers not the revenue! They’re probably only taking home a small fraction of that.

Rather than worrying about making hundreds, if not thousands of sales to meet my financial goals, I’d prefer focusing on getting a handful of high-quality clients willing to pay me $500 to $2,000 checks every single month (AKA recurring income).

I wouldn’t.

It doesn’t even seem like Dominick is invested into Amazon Profit Guide, so why should you?

And the Amazon ship has sailed a long time ago. It’s left the dock and if you haven’t jumped on board, you’re too late.

If I was hell-bent on becoming an Amazon seller, there’s much better gurus to learn from anyways.

But with the low-profit margins, lack of control and just the hyper-competitiveness of Amazon dropshipping, I’d rather put my eggs into a different basket.

One that lets you enjoy true financial freedom.
