What Is Digital Leasing?
Joshua T Osborne designed the Digital Leasing method as a kickstarter approach to teaching the online real estate model.
You can think of Digital Leasing much like flipping a physical house, but with digital properties or “assets” instead.
Basically, you’re renting traffic from your digital property to small local business owners or “tenants” rather than renting a place to live.
What is a digital property, you may ask?
It’s just a simple website…
With the power to drive targeted traffic to small businesses looking to grow.
It’s a driving force that guarantees you the top spot on Google when people are looking for local service search terms online.
A reliable system that takes the guesswork out of hitting your monthly goals and growing your business…
No big deal, right?
A big goal here is to convince people to stop wasting their money on other outdated lead-generation businesses like Home Advisor or Angie’s List and switch to Digital Leasing instead.
You see, those big-name companies have no problem making sure they’re the first to get noticed when someone is doing the research.
If you Google any local service provider (i.e., roofers, plumbers, landscapers, painters), I can almost guarantee that you’ll find their websites front and center every time.
It’s like these lead-generation companies have a monopoly over the market…
Not cool if you ask me.
And the worst part is… they honestly do a crappy job.
It’s simply a money game to them. They don’t take the time to build a relationship with their clients, nor do they respect them enough to offer their loyalty. They send the same lead to at least 5 other service companies as a standard procedure to try and make the most money out of the deal.
Using Josh’s Digital Leasing system, you’ll be able to ACTUALLY make a difference in your local community, give back to local business owners, and even make a nice living in the meantime.
It’s a win-win-win!
- Big conglomerates go down.
- Local businesses are getting exclusive leads.
- You’re getting paid nicely.
We’ll talk more about what pay looks like later…
Who Is Joshua T Osborne?
Joshua T Osborne hasn’t exactly spent his entire life being the inspirational mentor we see today. But despite the odds stacked against him, he seems to have weathered the storm pretty well.
When it comes to his childhood, it was anything but a walk in the park.
With an absent father and a single mother working 24-hour nursing shifts, he found himself becoming a second parent to his younger brother and sister.
He felt like the weight of the world was on his shoulders. Constantly worrying about money and how to feed his siblings ended up leading him down a dark path at a young age…
Ironically, it was during his long stint in prison that he finally felt a sense of purpose again.
Right before his eyes, he saw himself again as a student again and started to take ownership of his life with the guidance of a selfless mentor.
And once Josh was released, there was no looking back.
He packed his bags and set off for a fresh start in Colorado, where he started his own moving company.
But little did he know this was just the start of his eventual breakthrough, Digital Leasing.
You see, Josh became an expert in digital marketing long before entering the industry.
His moving company was booking so many jobs that he just started handing them off to his competitors for a cut. He found himself making good money, but something just wasn’t adding up.
He had zero time for his wife or kids and basically slept in his office after pulling 20-hour days.
It eventually made him start to question himself. A business shouldn’t be this stressful and time-consuming.
Even if the money was rolling in…
Then it hit him – a whole new business model.
Enter Digital Leasing.
I mean, if he could build and rank his own website, capturing a majority of the leads in the area in the process, then why couldn’t he replicate it all over the state… or country?
And he was right!
Day by day, he transformed himself into a digital real estate master with “digital properties” all over the country.
Fast forward to today, and he personally owns a Digital Leasing Empire, has endless free time for family, and even mentors thousands of others on how to do the same exact thing.
How Does The Digital Leasing Model Work?
Now that we’ve covered what Digital Leasing is let’s dive into the ins and outs of the business model.
The first thing you must consider when walking the path of Digital Leasing is building your website.
In terms of website hosting, it’d be a smart idea for any beginner to sign up for snapps.ai on their official website.
You won’t have to stress too hard about the web-building process because Snapps has got you covered with its easy drag-and-drop platform. It’s perfect for newbies who don’t want to spend a whole lot of time in this area, and it’s not too fancy like WordPress.
Their website also has a lot of DFY templates, and will recommend the best ones for you based on their conversion algorithms.
From there, all you need to focus on is learning the basics of SEO to skyrocket traffic to your new website.
1. Select a niche
Think about the last time you needed some work done on your house. Were you looking for a handy plumber or roofer? Either way, the idea here is to focus on choosing a common click-to-call service like these.
2. Determine population size
When it comes to choosing your location and population size, you don’t want to aim too low. Stay away from small towns with fewer than 50,000 people. You want a sweet spot between roughly 50k and 300k.
3. Calculate the service’s demand
This one’s a no-brainer. You have to pick a niche that people are searching for and need; otherwise, you’re not going to make money. In order for it to be profitable, it has to make sense. For instance, It’s smarter to pick a weed-cutting service instead of a grass-cutting service if you choose New Mexico.
See what I mean?
4. Build your website
Circling back to building your website. All you have to do is choose your domain from GoDaddy for a couple of bucks a year, connect it to your pre-made website template, and let Snapp’s hosting do the rest.
5. Apply SEO methods
Listen here, guys. I’m sure you realize by now that building a website is a vital step for any business. However, how much does having a website really matter if no one sees you in Google search results?
That’s where learning SEO comes into play.
But what is SEO, exactly? And how does it work to drive traffic to your website?
Well, not to get super complicated or anything, but SEO is simply just building a website in a way that Google wants you to. The more you make Google happy, the higher they’ll place your site.
As its name implies, Search engine optimization just means optimizing your search engine results so you’re placed at the top of Google. But the key to doing this is to play by Google’s rules, and they can be pretty picky.
Lucky for us, Google isn’t shy about setting the rules about what they’re looking for. And these are exactly the 3 things Josh teaches his students.
Content, backlinks, and citations.
Content is pretty simple, right? These are literally just the words on your website itself. But there’s a particular way to write it for everything to work out well.
Backlinks are more simple than they sound. All a backlink is, is your website’s link on another website. So think about if you share a YouTube video on Facebook… you just gave a backlink to YouTube.
Citations are just the name, address, and phone number of the site. These are extremely easy to get and make a world of difference in ranking.
Do all these factors right, and you’ll be at the top of the first page getting all the clicks.
6. Find a business owner who needs leads
Think of Costco and Sam’s Club samples. If you like it, you buy it, right?
There’s no pitch.
The same idea goes for this. You’ll give a business owner a few leads, and if they love the quality and make some money, they’re gonna keep coming back.
7. Rinse and repeat
Then, repeat the process all over again for a different niche.
It’s really that simple.
And there you have it, the 7 steps to owning your own lead generation business with Digital Leasing.
Digital Leasing Customer Reviews
Here’s what Frank said about his experience with the training:
“I’ve been in almost 3 months. I’ve made money with the program / made my investment back plus some more. Reason for the 4 stars is that the community is on Facebook platform in a private group. I hate Facebook so I don’t like having to go there for the community & coaching.”
James also appears to be another satisfied customer…
“I don’t normally leave reviews, I came here to try an off set all of the bad ones and tell my own experience. I joined Digital Leasing in November. I had tried other methods about lead generation, made a little bit of money but was always struggling to really scale. The biggest difference getting into Digital Leasing was the group coaching and community. Being able to hop on a zoom call and ask Josh directly for advice on what I was doing really helped. I scaled my agency to about $6,000/mo in a few months, which was more than I had ever thought possible (not everyone has dreams of being a millionaire haha).”
Finally, Wrenn shared his thoughts:
“Bought this program in July and have already started to land new clients. This program takes work but if you follow the systems that they layout you will be successful. Not a get-rich-quick course like others I have taken, Josh and his team are coaching us every day of the week. Highly recommend!”
You’re probably wondering if Digital Leasing is still a scam after hearing some students’ positive feedback…
Is Digital Leasing A Scam?
There’s no question that Digital Leasing is 100% legit. No scam vibes here!
Joshua Osborne, the brains behind it all, isn’t just a pure salesman like the rest of these sketchy marketing companies running rampant online. He’s the real deal, and the best part is, he’s not just selling you stuff – he actually walks the talk and runs his own 7-figure agency.
He’s a breath of fresh air in an overcrowded industry of money-grabbers. Not only does he teach you, but he grinds alongside you every day in his own business, too.
If you ask me, his experience and hustle are what really make Digital Leasing stand apart from the best of these online marketing courses.
Now that we’re sure that Digital Leasing is legit let’s talk about the elephant in the room: the cost.
How Much Does Digital Leasing Cost?
Okay, I’m sure you’re wondering how much this Digital Leasing is going to cost you at this point. Although I wasn’t able to find an exact price anywhere online, you should expect to pay at least $500 to get you started.
And you should be aware this doesn’t include saving up for other overhead costs that will come up in your first few months.
Generally speaking, starting a local marketing agency is never gonna break the bank, but it still requires you to have a little upfront investment.
I’d suggest you look into something else if this sounds too much work!
Digital Leasing Review Conclusion
At the end of the day, Digital Leasing is where badass marketers are made. Josh’s life mission is to help other digital marketers achieve financial freedom like him, and his system has proven lasting results thanks to using Google’s platform.
Don’t get me wrong; you’re going to have to push through a lot of obstacles at some point, no matter if it’s FBA, dropshipping, or any other online business model…
But at least with Digital Leasing, you’re in full control. Start-up costs are low; there are fewer rules to worry about, and not as many competitors breathing down your neck.
You don’t have to constantly stress about Amazon or ad campaigns dropping you at the snap of a finger because they decided you broke their rules. Or emptying out your bank account just to compete with millions of people over a $20 product.
Sure, no business out there is perfect, but Digital Leasing comes pretty darn close.
