If you want to try the next flavor of the month, like YouTube automation, have at it. But personally, I’d rather make money with something more guaranteed.

If you REALLY want to become a laptop entrepreneur and build a legitimate, profitable business with recurring income, then I recommend becoming a Digital Landlord.

Instead of making YouTube videos that pay unpredictably, you would build digital assets that pay you anywhere from a few grand to over $10,000 every month, practically on auto-pilot.

So, is David Omari legit or a scam?

He’s not a scam, but he’s not my cup of tea, either. His program offers ZERO support or coaching, meaning your chances are slim to none.

In my experience, I find that the live coaching calls and group mentorship are the #1 reason why Digital Landlord students succeed. Having a community means you always get your questions answered, and you’re never left in the dark.

Alright, it is time for me to get real with my lovely readers for a moment:

When I was younger, the thought of becoming a YouTuber felt like a dream. I mean, who needs to work when you can make videos about your passion?

That led me to start different YouTube channels:

If you wanted to double your income with YouTube Automation, you would need to make more YouTube videos and pray that a few of them go viral.

And I can guarantee you that’s a lot harder than a few clicks & a phone call.

4)You’re Helping REAL People: My biggest gripe with YouTube Automation is that you’re basically only helping yourself.

But when you’re a Digital Landlord, you’re helping solve REAL problems that people are ASKING for help with:

Small local businesses around the world need one thing: customers. Without them, their business would fall apart. If we can provide those customers, they’re going to be really happy – and they’re going to pay you for it.

Having this type of impact on the world is what will help you sleep soundly at night.

So, the rest is up to you. You could keep looking at other off-the-wall business models like YouTube Automation and maybe hit it big one day.

You could keep researching and researching for the next few months (or few years), never making a concrete decision.
