Welcome to my Rainmaker Challenge review. My goal is to answer common questions like: how much it costs, if it's a scam, & if you can actually make money with it. The end goal is to help you understand if it's a good fit for you personally, and if there are any better alternatives out there.

This The Rainmaker Challenge review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available online to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

What I Liked

What I Didn't Like

Before we get into it... who am i?

Always good to put a name to a face, so firstly, my name is Hope!

Like you, I was stuck working 8-10 hour days building someone else’s dream.

I worked at one of those cool tech companies that has omelet stations for breakfast & craft beer on tap for after hours.

To a lot of people that’s a dream, but to me… something was missing.

All I really wanted, was to actually enjoy life – more vacations, less stress, buy myself nice things without worrying about the cost… but that was something my 9-5 couldn’t provide me.

That was until a few years ago when I discovered a way to make money online by actually helping real people.

People in this case were local business owners across the US.

Me and My Puppy

The page above is an example of how I do it. That one-page site generates $1,500/mo and I haven’t even touched it since it was put up.

That’s an $18,000/year raise from just one page.

That’s why local lead generation is my #1 business recommendation for recurring, semi-passive income. If you want to learn about that business model, click here.

for The Rainmaker Challenge

Why Does That Matter?

A lot of course reviewers have no experience with any of the business models or programs they review, and so they’re just making stuff up.

They do that because they want you to click through their link to buy from the person that the review is about!

They have no clue what it’s actually like to run the type of business The Rainmaker Challenge is teaching you to do.
I have absolutely no relationship with The Rainmaker Challenge, so you can rest easy knowing that I’m going to give you my honest opinion
This review is written based on my own experiences with Amazon FBA.

All that being said, let’s jump into things.

Introduction: The Rainmaker Challenge

The Rainmaker Challenge Review

When you click on the Rainmaker Challenge website, you’ll be greeted with a HUGE font message encouraging you to set up a business for stay-at-home moms.

Obviously, the first thing that comes into mind was, “Is this business model only suitable for parents?”

As you know, juggling daily duties (at home) frequently requires multitasking –especially during a pandemic. So, it makes me think what difference do they offer compared to other online side-hustles.

But whether you’re a mama or not, you too, need extra cash right? So, I scrutinized several Rainmaker Challenge reviews to see if everybody could try this out.

Here’s what I get, some say they don’t refuse people who want to sign up for the program, others claim that it’s only exclusive for moms – I’ll make these things clear later.

Now, I don’t want to conclude anything yet, so let’s dig deeper and give this Rainmaker Academy a try!

‘Coz who knows, if this Amazon business is what you’ve been waiting for?

I don’t want you to miss the chance, so let’s keep moving!

The rainmaker challenge is pretty similar to most other FBA programs. They pitch you on the “dream” of running a profitable e-commerce business that can generate cash while you sleep.

All without having to invest much money upfront into things like inventory & advertising…

Too good to be true?

Not necessarily – Amazon FBA programs have certainly minted a few online millionaires.

It was actually one of the first online business models I made money with.

So as far as making money online goes, there are A LOT worse things you could be doing than Amazon FBA.

That being said, you shouldn’t start a business because “it’s not as bad” as some other type of business – it needs to stand on its own merits.

Choosing between the lesser of two evils always results in, ya know – evil.

So in this rainmaker challenge review, we’re going to break down exactly who FBA is good for and who should avoid it.

There are a few important things you need to keep in mind when considering FBA as a business:

  • Operations
  • Finding winning products
  • Time (the most valuable thing of all)

Again, it’s 100% possible to make legitimate money with FBA, but it is NOT a simple business.

Let’s talk about why:

Operations: The big pitch with FBA is that you don’t really need to do much because Amazon handles all the heavy lifting (shipping, packing, returns, etc.)

That’s cool and all, except for the fact that Amazon actually has incredibly strict guidelines that you need to follow to even be able to ship out of their warehouses – something most programs don’t tell you about in their awesome marketing materials.

This process typically takes a solid 4-5 hours alone. So unless you have a very large team, this step is going to take up a lot of your time.

That doesn’t mean FBA is bad – it just means you need to know what you’re getting into. A “passive income business” is not what you’re going to get with Audio Income Academy.

Some courses will teach you how to outsource all of this prep to another company, but that eats into your margins significantly. Amazon is already taking 30-40% just for being part of the FBA program, so you don’t exactly have a lot of wiggle room.

Finding winning products: “Hot” products are typically only popular for a few glorious months, and then they fall off. Again, that doesn’t make FBA a bad business – it just means you need to be constantly on the lookout for the next hot thing.

If you have a supplier that you’re on really good terms with, sometimes they’ll drop you hints and tell you what’s about to trend. But this won’t happen until you have a history of making 6-figures with one another.

What this really means is that you need to be innovative and detail-oriented when it comes to staying on top of trends. You want to be the first one to the product, not the last one struggling to turn a profit off of the big-dog’s leftovers.

There’s always the option of serving the “evergreen” markets that have always been around, but to that I say: Good Luck selling meal prep containers against the Tupperwares of the world.

So – we can safely add-on another 3-4 hours worth of time each day trying to hunt for hot products.

Time: Despite what any Amazon FBA course seller tries to tell you, when it comes to FBA (or any e-commerce business model), you’re looking at about 3 months of serious trial, error, & testing before even making $1 back.

It could easily take 6 months or more before you’re even at break even.

And this all assumes you’re actually getting it right out of the gate, which isn’t impossible with a good program – but it’s not necessarily the norm.

To be honest, it’s not uncommon to operate at a LOSS for the first year of any new business, so I’m not bashing FBA here – I’m just talking facts based on my own personal experience selling on Amazon.

But what if you could build a different (non FBA) income stream, and start seeing profits within your first few days?

I’m talking about a system that doesn’t have:

  • Inventory
  • Crappy margins
  • A 12-month wait time before you turn a profit
  • A continuous guessing-wheel trying to find “hot products”

Something that you could make anywhere from $2,000 – $10,000 with consistently, month after month?

A stream of income that you can build as high (or low) as you feel like building it?

If that sounds interesting, you might want to think about becoming a Digital Landlord.

If you wanna see what Rainmaker Academy looks like on the inside, keep reading.

Who Are The Rainmaker Family?

Meet The Rainmaker Family

The “Rainmaker Family” name emerged from plotting the program. It’s not, in any way, related to the names of the owners.

Six years ago, Stephen Diaz and Chelsey Diaz established this online course. But before that, they’ve been exploring on photography business for several years.

In 2017 they finally flipped over their service-based wedding photography venture and went all-in on developing the Rainmaker Challenge. They claimed to have helped thousands of parents become RAINMAKERS, in other words, providers for their families.

They solely focused on running an e-commerce business in Amazon FBA. The couple advocate redeeming your 6 -7 figure dreams during nap time.

To sum it up, the “Rainmaker family” depicts as a trademark for those who’ll join the program.

The Background Story

The Rainmaker Challenge Story

The Rainmaker Challenge belongs to the DIAZ family.

According to the builders, they consider their Christmas eve baby as the most wonderful gift they had, and people around them were instantly brightened by his presence.

Kaizen (the baby’s name) means change for the better. And it’s intended to be the core value of their family and even their business.

It shifted the couple’s focus with one key principle: “abundance rather than scarcity.” But along the way, Chelsey is often asked if she can still manage to be a full-time mom and a co-owner of a photography venture.

That’s where the idea begins, she no longer wants to deprive herself of sleep. She then thinks of ways to create income while attending to the needs of her child.

So, Chelsey and Stephen build the Rainmaker Challenge to reach moms out there who suffer the same thing.

Since then, they allegedly got more family time – they only work on 3 pm phone calls, and the money keeps rolling in. Could it be real or just a mere exaggeration to get you into the program?

Let’s find it out on this Rainmaker Challenge review!

What Is 7 Day Rainmaker Challenge?

The 7 Day Rainmaker Challenge

Through the Rainmaker Challenge, you’ll learn how to set up an Amazon business in just a matter of 7 days!

In short, they’ll teach you how to be a third-party seller on Amazon. They use the so-called “Rainmaker method,” which allegedly spills basic steps and tactics to source products, gather data on how in-demand they are, and finally release them on Amazon for fast sales profit.

The “challenge” attached to the program name makes me think of a long hustle and bustle week, that’s you trying to walk through the course content for seven days.

This includes driving straight into the warehouse, utilizing Amazon tools, taking photos of the product, putting up a price list, marketing sales, and tactics, among other stuff.

Apparently, some say that this Rainmakers Academy challenge isn’t quite like a challenge. It’s simply a quick seven-course guide intended to wrap up for 7 days.

Meaning to say, you’ll focus on one module per day, and it’s up to you if you’ll apply it within the day – which is, honestly, quite impossible to do.

Programs alike are now rampant on the internet, and whether they’re free or not, it’s a little bit hard to distinguish between a legit course or a scam one.

But hey, a legit course must realistically lead your road to wealth, right?

Sure, Amazon FBA has gotten famous through the years. In fact, there are tons of success stories online. Only be careful, we know things could be easily made up in a digital world.

And though you could possibly make a good life out of it, it won’t be smooth sailing, consider millions of competitors who could easily steal away your target market.

What’s Inside The Rainmaker Challenge?

I honestly find the Rainmaker Challenge sales page enticing. They display a few buzzwords and “family goals” photos that can hype you up in making passive income happen.

As an example, they’ll greet you with “start your own hands-off business” like building an Amazon business is out of the ordinary.

Admit it or not, you’re still piqued with the thought of gaining massive wealth while doing nothing. So you end up dragging yourself straight into the program.

I could do the same out of desperation, especially when I’m burdened with student loans and financial obligations.

Along the way, you’ll realize how things actually work.

Chances are, when you wake up on a rough road, you started thinking that you’ve been trapped in an online program scam. I understand the feels, waiting for a return on investment isn’t something that people can instantly master.

But things could have been avoided if you learn modern sales pitch tactics and examine several offers without getting caught up in your emotion.

Rainmaker’s tagline, “little-known selling method on Amazon” should have sparked an immediate response. This Amazon business has over 10,000,000 registered merchants, so this kind of selling strategy might only be a waste of space, to be honest.

You should further inspect what’s inside the program to see if the claims are legit.

No worries! I included them here…

Day 1: Amazon FBA

You’ll learn everything about Amazon FBA on the first day of class. Look, I ain’t creating hurdles here, but everyone can create an Amazon seller account, and such stuff can be learned free on YouTube.

Here’s what I’ve learned by myself, there are two ways to sell on this platform: orders fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) or orders fulfilled by merchant (FBM).

Through FBA service, you’ll just deliver the product to the Amazon warehouse. The shipping process rests on their shoulder after. Through FBM, you’ll directly ship the item to the buyer. Any damage or delay is, of course, under your own watch.

If you let Amazon handle the order, they’ll consume a greater cut of your profits. You have to suck it up because the Rainmaker Challenge only operates through FBA.

It makes sense, however, since they’ll keep, ship, and handle your product. They also act as front liners to any returns or complaints. FBA vendors also get access to the Prime program, which offers discounted shipping fees for your buyers.

Day 2: Layout Timetable

During the 2nd day, you’ll learn to set a timeline to build an online business from scratch. You’ll estimate how long it will take to generate passive income. This part offers a quick Q&A forum regarding the matter.

I’m pretty sure things wrap up in too good to be true “six-figure” promises. Or, founders of Rainmaker Academy pursue you to set hundreds of thousands of income, so you could stay longer with their service.

Comprehensive plans are good, but returns are always dependent on your execution.

What I mean is…they gotta be realistic! Passive income happens in a long and arduous process.

Day 3: Startup Costs

They’ll lure you with affordable cost estimates, so you could allot an investment.

How much money is required to start an Amazon business?

It only costs almost 500 dollars six years back. With less competition, people had the luxury of starting small and working up ground.

But things have changed now. Search on Amazon for any product and you’ll notice items are sold by tens of different online sellers. Each store has its own branding but probably sells the same thing.

Business rivals are at hand, so you gotta be prepared with paid ads, packaging, product design, etc. Amazon startup cost is rising because you need to invest more in your marketing tactics.

These things are slightly covered on Day 3. There are Rainmaker Challenge reviews online that need more in-depth content about budget plans. Some students aren’t satisfied with the inputs.

Day 4: Product Concept

The fourth-day Rainmaker Challenge focused on concept creation and product innovation.

You might be wondering, “what things can I sell on Amazon?” But if you hop on Amazon and look at their bestsellers, you’ll get ideas in a few clicks.

Sure, day 4 teaches you a few concepts about it. But gathering ideas online isn’t a bad idea, especially when you can explore more product categories and innovate them to generate more leads.

Plus, ideas are only the beginning, you must also assess if the product is profitable. That needs to come into play.

Day 5: Identify Profitable Product

It’s definitely one of the most crucial parts of setting up an online business – at the same time, it’s quite the hardest!

Making profits don’t come by simply locating and promoting high-quality goods. Any online business faced problems on how to drive traffic to their stores.

Starters often ask, “What kind of market should I focus on?” It’s tough to identify niche markets with high potential profit. Good thing tips and tricks are covered on day 5.

I’m aware that there are apps and online services available to help you make a data-based decision. But since I don’t utilize any of such tools, I can’t make any recommendations.

The Rainmakers introduced you to some. But one thing’s for sure, the numbers in those tools are only estimates, not the exact sales data.

Day 6: Product Sourcing

The sixth-day jump from product concept to final output. Rainmaker Academy eventually teaches you how to source the products.

I watched a couple of videos, and it was tiring. The founders actually hop on physical stores haunting for the best product.

Then they go on Amazon to search for the product’s selling history; after analyzing the demand scales, that’s the only time they’ll actually outsource the item and sell it online.

Day 7: The Next Level

Taking your online store to the next level is the target of this course. Here we go again; the company wants you to crash a six-figure mark.

It’s like scaling your Amazon business to the moon and back. They’ll advise you to add more categories and product brands. You’ll be pushed to both establish and expand your e-com business.

Then they’ll teach running ads on different platforms, like Facebook and Instagram.

The 7 Day Rainmaker Challenge Questions

Answer The Questions

Now that you have an overview of the course, it’s vital to prepare yourself with the following questions before you risk into the so-called passive income business.

But if things are pretty smooth and you find yourself equipped with detailed answers, then I must say you can skip The Rainmaker Academy.

Day 1: Where To Begin?

  • How do things operate in Amazon FBA?
  • What should I do first?
  • What are my roles and obligation?

Throughout the day, The Rainmaker shares a hack in running a successful Amazon business.

Day 2: How Long Does It Take?

  • When will I generate passive income for my family?
  • What are my monthly income goals?
  • What are the steps to achieve it?

If you join the program, the rainmaker challenge reveals time estimates to make it on the go. They add up a few tactics to run your online business faster and achieve income goals quicker.

They’ll also interview some Rainmaker Challenge guests to get candid answers about their passive income goals at the moment.

Day 3: How Much It Cost To Get Started?

  • What’s the minimum capital to get it off the ground?
  • How to keep the business up and running?
  • How can I generate cash quicker?
  • Am I willing to invest more?

The Rainmaker challenge recommends how much cost is needed to start the business. They also introduce a Power Profit tool to calculate capital risks. Aside from that, they’ll show where to start based on your means.

Day 4: What if I have NO product ideas?

  • Is there a way to make this less “hands-on”?
  • What product will pop up on the market?
  • What product edge do I have from other sellers?

The rainmaker challenge teaches you the necessary tools that transit you from being a novice to a pro in just a matter of an hour. They also show how simple it is to discover hidden product opportunities.

According to the gurus, products that you would never consider selling are the most profitable in the market.

Day 5: How To Find High-Profitable Products?

  • What factors are considered to make good sales?

The rainmaker challenge spills the 4 MUST KNOW product qualifiers. Such things are solely based on their experience with Amazon product listings.

Day 6: How Do I Take Concept to Reality?

  • How can I actually produce my product ideas?
  • Where can I source the products?

They’ll walk you through different procedures on how to spot potential product manufacturers. Plus, they allegedly got secrets to turn your business upside down, and this one-day program will make you on the move.

Day 7: How Can I Increase Profits?

The last day shows off a key to success in the e-commerce business. But they didn’t give details about it, they apparently invite Rainmakers Academy students to testify on how much money they make online through the use of this approach.

In my opinion, it all pertains to developing business strategies, reducing error risks, and evaluating business productivity. You must exceed consumers’ expectations to gain free promotions. I personally think that you can pull off self-taught strategies.

Is The Rainmaker Challenge Legit Or Scam?

Beware Of Online Scam

Time for the million-dollar question: is Rainmaker Challenge a scam?

No, it’s not a “scam,” technically speaking. They aren’t going to take your money and run away, leaving you empty-handed.

You can make money with the program, but not nearly as easily as The Rainmaker family wants you to think it is.

As with most FBA businesses, there is A LOT of work that needs to be done up-front, and there is really no guarantee of you being successful.

You’ll need to get very lucky and find an awesome product no one’s heard of and then pump a ton of volume into it while it lasts.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big proponent of front-loading work now so that you can make money later and sip out of coconuts on the beach.

But if I’m gonna do that, I want the rewards to be HIGH and virtually guaranteed.

I’d rather put in that same 3 months of work (in my spare time) & build a handful of Digital Rental Properties that each produces $500-$2,000 checks every single month afterward (AKA recurring income).

And the cool part is that you can do it in a lot less time than 3-months (I personally did it in my first 2 weeks of being a Digital Landlord).

Unlike Amazon FBA, you can do it from anywhere in the world, so it’s a genuine “laptop-lifestyle” business.

All you need is an internet connection.

Some of my friends are Digital Landlords that run their 6-figure businesses from:

  • Camping trips at national parks
  • Beachfront in Hawaii
  • On the road in a camper-van (with a pet pig!)

They focus on living an enjoyable life first, and focus on income second. All thanks to this program

They can take weeks or months off, and money keeps rolling in.

Living happily is the top priority.

If the thought of living perpetually at your dream vacation spot interests you, being a Digital Landlord might be for you!

How Much Does The Rainmaker Challenge Cost?

Rainmaker Challenge Cost

It’d be pointless if we don’t discuss the Rainmaker Challenge price in this review.

Rainmaker Academy costs $27!

I know it’s a cheap product, but there are also complete Amazon FBA courses available on Udemy for about $20. Even those courses almost get a complete course guide.

In addition, the price doesn’t end at $27. A minimum of two (2) upsells will be offered to you.

First, you can retake the 7-Day Rainmaker Challenge for unbelievably $147. If you didn’t get through everything for seven days, there’s no way that you can re-access the training program.

You might be thinking, then I sign up for a new one for only 27 dollars? The Rainmaker Challenge sales page detects your info, so they can transfer your request to the upsell sign ups.

Second, you can have a 1-on-1 Product Feedback Session, each one costs $247, which isn’t exactly cheap!

The Rainmaker Challenge costs a total of $421 if you purchase the basic course and the two upsells. And if you wanna be part of their mastermind groups, there’s an added value for that. Keep an eye on your bank account.

Upon first glance, it appears that the course is designed for those with no prior experience in the field. But that’s never the issue, I’d like to pinpoint that there are tons of free resources about their topics. FBA Reddit group, for example, reaches 60,000 subscribers.

The Rainmaker Challenge Price

The Rainmaker Challenge Upsell

They constantly change the price list, so I also included updates below. Note that this, too, can also change in a moment.

  • 1-1 Support from Daily SMS Support Sister ($140 Value)
  • 183+ Tested Product Ideas To Use ($195 Value)
  • Time Saving Business Tools For Productive Moms ($45 Value)
  • BONUS: “Double Your Dough” Mini Training ($100 Value)
  • BONUS: Idea To Reality 7 Step Checklist ($146 Value)

Does Rainmaker Academy Have Bonus?

The Rainmaker Challenge Giveaways

Yes, there are 7 bonuses and other free gifts that you can take when you avail of Rainmaker Challenge upsells.

  • Bonus 1 – This add-on promises to kick off your business while you sleep. It’s often called Rainmaker’s Exclusive Training.
  • Bonus 2- Don’t know what to do with your business? The Rainmakers gives free book where you’ll learn about their money-making journey.
  • Bonus 3 – It’s where they allegedly reveal a secret strategy to acquire free things on Amazon.
  • Bonus 4 – You’ll have their profit counter tool. Normally, this tool would cost you 197 dollars. Students avoided errors through this tool.
  • Bonus 5 –It’s a free access training to their Instagram course. You’ll learn to generate more leads through the app.
  • Bonus 6 – You’ll discover their personal sourcing agent. Plus, an in-depth detail of the “How to Turn a Product Idea into a Reality” course.
  • Bonus 7 – You get a chance to have a $10,000 money catch by simply watching them live.

Can Everyone Try The Rainmaker Challenge?

Who Can Try The Rainmaker Challenge

Even though some claim that everybody can join the program, the company sells it primarily to moms.

They even have the “What Kind Of Mama Is This Challenge For?” section.

Here are the exact answers on their webpage: stay at home, military, traveling moms, techy, missionary, influencers, nurse, working in corporate, teacher, grandmama, and entrepreneurs.

Does Rainmaker Challenge Offer Money-Back Guarantee?

The Rainmaker Challenge Warranty

So, is there any satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, they do. In fact, they called it the “Make It Rain” Guarantee.

If, after the end of Day 1, you feel like you haven’t gotten at least 10X the value of your investment ($370 in money-making content, ideas, and instructions), they’ll refund your investment in full.

All you have to do is email the team by 8:59 am PST on Day 2 for a full refund. This is a short offer, so you have to hurry with your decisions.

After that, you got no choice to continue with the course.

What Is The Rainmaker Family Show?

The Rainmaker Family Show

This is just an on-the-go show that talks about the Rainmaker Academy and, sometimes, their personal lives.

Listen to their weekly podcast to learn how you can achieve financial freedom by adopting the so-called “How Can I” mindset.

You can check them on Spotify, Audible, and Apple Podcasts.

But if you’re the type who’d like watching stuff, you can check their YouTube channel for business tutorials. They also share family outings and happenings on the medium.

Real-life and behind-the-scenes can be seen in Instagram Stories.

I must say, you can have a free taste of the Rainmaker Challenge through these platforms.

What Is Amazon Associates Program?

Amazon Associate Program

Amazon Associates Program (AAP) is an affiliate advertising program.

The Rainmaker Family is utilizing this thing. They get advertising fees by driving visitors straight to Amazon from their website.

Both of Stephen & Chelsey’s personal sales figures and Rainmakers Academy students’ sales figures appear on the website. Sales figures stated could gain the trust of both affiliates and ordinary buyers.

If you’re a newbie, don’t expect to have the same sales figures. Bear in mind that neither The Diaz profit outcome nor those students are guaranteed.

Rainmaker family developed passive income generating techniques and practiced different methods for the last seven years. It takes them years to get returns.

Plus, information has no value until you put it into practice. So if you’re enrolled and didn’t take enough action, low sales figures remain the same.

In order to keep new enrollees motivated, they exclusively use their students as examples. But each person’s experience and outcomes are different. As a result, you get a wide range of influence that shares quite unreachable claims. Failed expectations hurt the most.

The truth is, every online business entails risk, action, with massive and consistent effort.

For me, don’t sign up for the Rainmaker Challenge or apply to the Rainmakers Academy if you’re unwilling to give a 100% commitment.

This kind of program needs your full level of attention, it’s not something that you can kick off while sleeping with your laptop.

Can You Make Money With The Rainmaker Challenge?

Can You Make Money

The Rainmaker Challenge is one of many online courses that teach about Amazon FBA. Is it, however, a feasible business to reach financial success?

Here’s my honest opinion on the matter…

Is it possible? Yes. Can you make it right away? No.

It’s a roller coaster ride! Sometimes, you get a lot, sometimes you can’t even find buyers in a day! It takes a year or more to establish an online business.

So, even if Amazon FBA with the Rainmaker challenge is doable, I believe it’s still best to start with programs that don’t require much of your effort.

Final Thoughts On The Rainmaker Challenge

My Final Thoughts

For me, you can make dollars on Amazon. But, it’s intensely difficult to keep a cash cow every day. There’s surely no fast route to financial freedom. You gotta be willing to put in the time and effort to make your way through.

Plus, they target busy moms, which makes everything contradictory. Look, you’re fooling yourself if you still believe that you can get tons of cash through the Rainmaker Challenge without sweating blood.

As I was saying, it requires your full attention. And though the Rainmaker Challenge ain’t a scam, I’m not sure if it’s worth the money.

To be honest with you, I couldn’t find a legit Rainmaker Challenge success story except for their website testimonials.

What Is My Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2023?

How To Make Money Online

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.

That being said, my #1 recommendation for making real money online is, hands-down: being a Digital Landlord.

Whether you’re a complete newbie, or you’ve been around the block before but have never had that “big win” to propel you forward, becoming a Digital Landlord is for you.

Here’s Why:

1)Time: If you’ve got a spare hour-or-two each day, you can do this. If you want to drop everything and go all-in, you can do this. More time obviously means faster results, but even putting in a few hours per day is enough to see real success.

And because of that flexibility, you don’t need to trade your time for money. Once the income starts, it’s recurring.

That means you can take a month off, travel the country, pursue a passion project, chill on the beach, or charter a boat across the world.

But you can only do that once you’ve created an income stream that doesn’t require YOU to be there all day, every day.

2) Ownership & Control: With Amazon FBA, you don’t technically own the customer base.

Amazon could literally shut you down overnight. They have a history of kicking suppliers off their platform, or stopping payouts to affiliates for certain products once they’ve built their own.

Why pour your soul into a business that could be taken away from you at the drop of a dime?

When you’re a Digital Landlord, you literally own all of the assets, which means you have ultimate control.

3) Big Margins: With FBA, you’re often going to have really slim margins. That means you need to hit a serious scale to make serious money. This usually entails spending A LOT of money on ads and other methods for growing traffic to your product.

Being a Digital Landlord, your profit margin is nearly 100%. Watch here to learn how.

Just a reminder: these Digital Rental Properties are worth (at a minimum) $500/mo in semi-passive income. And each time you create another one, your income increases, and the effort put into creating the next property decreases.

Best case scenario, you have properties bringing in over $3,000+/mo on auto-pilot.

4) It’s Effectively Copy-Paste: Here’s my favorite part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up, you can literally copy-paste another version of it and find another willing “renter” in a few days. DOUBLING your income doesn’t get much easier than that…

If you wanted to double your income with Amazon FBA, you would need to sell twice as much inventory, or double your profit margins. And I can guarantee you (from my fidget-spinner FBA days), that’s a lot harder than a few clicks & a phone call.

5) You’re Helping REAL People: My biggest gripe with FBA is that you’re basically only helping yourself. The world doesn’t need another B.S. gadget to consume.

It’s cool in the short term to make a quick buck, but in the long-term, it gets really old, really fast.

But when you’re a Digital Landlord, you’re helping solve REAL problems that people are ASKING for help with:

Small local businesses around the world need one thing: customers. Without them, their business would fall apart. If we can provide those customers, they’re going to be really happy – and they’re going to pay you for it.

We’re not helping Jeff Bezos shoot another rocket into space – you’re helping a struggling mother or father put FOOD on the table for their families, put their kids through college, or simply live life a little bit more comfortably.

Having this type of impact on the world is what will help you sleep soundly at night.

So, the rest is up to you. You could keep looking at other FBA programs like this Rainmaker Challenge which might make you money 12 months from now.

You could keep researching and researching for the next few months (or few years), never making a concrete decision.

OR, you can look deep inside, think about those dreams, hopes, & desires, and make the decision to ACTUALLY make it happen, just like it has for thousands of other students before you.

Making a fortune while actually helping real people that need it.
