Jason Wardrop Review (2024 Update): Legit Paid Advertising Expert?

Updated On: March 7, 2024

Welcome to my Jason Wardrop review. My goal is to answer common questions like: how much it costs, if it's a scam, and if you can actually make money with it. The end goal is to help you understand if it's a good fit for you personally, and if there are any better alternatives out there.
Jason Wardop Reviews

This Jason Wardrop review has been throughly researched with information and testimonials that are available online to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

Arsenal MKG founder Jason Wardrop has made more courses than I can count.

It’s really tough to keep track of ’em. And his newest program is called the Real Estate Agency Accelerator.

Here, he teaches you how to start a 6-figure real estate SaaS agency..

But that sounds awfully similar to his past courses like Agency Partner Program, 6-Figure Agency Blueprint, Launch My Agency, Million Dollar Agency, and so on…

Chances are, you’re here because Jason hit you with his ads, showing you that he landed $15k worth of clients per month and how you can do the same.

Jason does make some compelling arguments. If you’ve ever read any of our articles, you know I’m a big fan of the lead generation business model.

But you’re probably wondering, is Jason Wardrop legit, or is he just like the dozens of gurus who only care about your wallet?

Lucky for you, I’ve been studying these gurus for quite some time, and these days, I can easily spot the green and red flags. Jason was a tough cookie to crack, I will admit. But I’ve dug quite deep into his funnel and past history, so you get a full scope of what he’s all about.

I’ve gathered all the important facts (including the many Jason Wardrop reviews online) and put them into one place. You’ll learn the pros and cons of Real Estate Agency Accelerator. And, of course, you’ll get my personal opinion on whether the program is worth your time and money.

That said, look no further because this might be the article you’ve been looking for.

Summary

Real Estate Agency Accelerator is an 8-week program that shows you how to start a real estate SaaS agency. You get video training on how to land clients and get local business leads. That said, I’m docking off a couple of points on the training curriculum because he focuses on low-ticket clients, which means smaller profit margins. But kudos to Jason, because he does provide live weekly calls throughout the week and a private community, so you can get your questions answered.

What I liked
Jason teaches you lead gen, which is arguably the best way to make money online (better than other business methods like dropshipping, affiliate marketing, and Amazon FBA).
You get some plug-and-play resources, so you don't have to start from scratch.
Real Estate Agency Accelerator offers weekly live coaching calls and business setup help so you get the support you need to get your new company off the ground.
What I Didn’t Like
Jason has a long history of disappointing customers. Some people complained that his customer service team didn't listen. That means you might be in store for more of the same.
It seemed like he had stopped running his main business, Arsenal MKG in 2021. His high turnover in courses and businesses makes you question whether he should be trusted.
Jason focuses on low-ticket clients, charging only $300 to $500. But he also recommends the GoHighLevel software, which is $297 per month. This translates to low profit margins.

TLDR – What’s The Verdict on Jason Wardrop Reviews

What’s The Verdict on Jason Wardrop Reviews

Should you fork over $997 for Real Estate Agency Accelerator?

I wouldn’t.

Jason’s sales pitch is tempting, I’ll give him that.

All you have to do is charge businesses $300 to $500 for stuff that an automation tool can do for you.

But when you peel back the layers, you find that his methods aren’t as easy as he makes them out to be.

He’s operating under the lead generation model, which is the best approach for making money online (in my opinion).

But his approach is just outdated and not effective…

It’s kinda like trying to cut a steak with a butter knife.. Like why?

He focuses on offering low-level services that GoHighLevel can automate, such as:

  • Auto SMS text messages

  • Unified customer service inbox

  • Reputation management to gather reviews

The idea is that when Joe Schmoe calls the dentist, he’s gonna get timely text messages.

A lot of his tactics focus on converting leads, not bringing more people to their doors..

Rather than coming in as a butter knife, why not become a Swiss Army knife?

This way, you can actually help local businesses bring in more customers…

With the Digital Rental Method, you’ll learn multiple ways to attract high-quality, ready-to-buy leads like Facebook ads, Google ads, and more.

And rather than offering a digital service, kinda like an agency, what if you built digital assets?

Think of it like digital real estate, where businesses are the tenants.

These businesses borrow your assets and pay rent every single month, which means they pay you recurring checks of $500 to $2,000 consistently month after month… which is far more than the $300 to $500 Jason teaches…

With this business model, you set up your digital rental property once and then have minimal upkeep later.

When you sell services like Jason teaches, you still gotta do the work, even if you use GoHighLevel to automate some tasks.

If that sounds like music to your ears, check out the Digital Rental Method to see why it might be a better alternative.

But if you still wanna learn more about Jason Wardrop, let’s keep rolling.

Who Benefits From The Real Estate Agency Accelerator Program And Who Should Stay Away?

Who Benefits From The Real Estate Agency Accelerator Program And Who Should Stay Away?

You might want to consider the Real Estate Agency Accelerator Program if..

  1. You’ve had success with other lead generation programs like Douglas James Marketing or Arbor Academy.

  2. You’re willing to overlook his countless 1-star reviews on Yelp.

  3. You vibe with his YouTube videos and just want to kick the tires on his program.

On the flip side, you probably want to stay far away if…

  1. Your only experience with real estate is watching HGTV.. Getting real estate agents onboard as clients and marketing to buyers and sellers means you need to know the industry inside & out…

  2. You want high profit margins. While his methods are decent, he teaches you to charge businesses $300 to $500 per month, but the software will already run you $297 per month, leaving you razor-thin margins.

  3. You don’t trust gurus with alarming bad reviews and would rather trust your gut instinct.

Jason currently has two main offers:

  1. Real Estate Agency Accelerator Program

  2. GoHighLevel Done-For-You Setup

His goal is to funnel you to the Real Estate Agency Accelerator Program. We’ll cover what both of them are.

Real Estate Agency Accelerator Program

The Real Estate Agency Accelerator Program is an 8-week course with mentorship and coaching on how to start a real estate SaaS agency.

Basically, you get video training on how it all works. And there’s a lot of copy-paste digital marketing templates like:

  • Messages to post inside Real Estate Facebook groups

  • phone sales scripts

  • webinar slides and scripts

  • Facebook ad templates and targeting

You also get a private community and lots of live group coaching with Jason and instructors inside.

GoHighLevel Done-For-You Setup

Jason Wardrop is the #1 affiliate for GoHighLevel, a sales and marketing software company. It’s basically a do-everything tool for agencies.

Here’s a few things it can do:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Drag-and-drop website and landing page builder

  • Appointment scheduler

  • Email marketing automation

  • Membership platform

Since it’s a white-label platform, users can slap their logos on it and sell it back to customers for their own price. While I like the SaaS software, their marketing method is awfully similar to MLM, where they only promote their product through word of mouth.

So, if you stumble on Jason’s YouTube channel, that’s where he’s gonna funnel you into first. His videos teach you how to make your first dollars online by offering a few services to businesses (all of which use GoHighLevel):

  • Auto missed call text back: You set up automated text messages for businesses so that leads don’t slip through the cracks.

  • Unified inbox – You’ll unify all social media channels, inboxes, and review directories so businesses never miss a message from potential customers.

  • Online reputation management: You send automated messages to remind customers to leave a positive review.

The idea is to charge businesses $300 to $500 for this service… But GoHighLevel costs $297 per month.

GoHighLevel cost

While it’s possible to make money, I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that businesses would be hesitant to pay 500 bucks for these basic services.

What Is Jason Wardrop’s Business Model?

real estate lead generation business profitable

Business opportunities come and go. Just like the crypto coins you see online..

But few things will stand the test of time.

  • Death

  • Taxes

  • And customers….

Businesses are always looking for new customers, which makes the lead generation so darn good. It’s practically recession-proof. Whether Elon takes us to Mars or not, companies are looking for ways to get more people through the door.

Lead generation simply means using digital assets to bring in interested buyers to companies.

But Jason puts his own spin on the lead generation business model.

real estate lead generation process
  1. He focuses specifically only on real estate agents
  2. He uses automation software to fulfill a lot of the work
  3. He doesn’t believe in charging thousands of dollars to run Facebook ads. Jason prefers charging low prices so he can get businesses to stick around as clients over the long haul.

Does it sound like a good idea?

Sure.

Is it actually a good idea?

No.

First, why limit yourself only to real estate professionals? The world is your oyster. Roofers, restaurants, plumbers, lawyers, auto-repair companies, gyms, and other local businesses need your help.

If you’re not familiar with the ins and outs of real estate, you’re climbing an uphill battle. It’ll be hard to relate with real estate professionals, and in turn, they won’t trust you.

I recommend choosing the industry you’re most familiar with.

Second, Go High Level costs $297 per month for the services he wants you to fulfill. So charging $300 to $500 per month per client means you’re left with razor-thin margins.

Why put in so much work to find clients and set up all the systems only to be left with a hundred or two hundred bucks?

I personally like the Digital Rental Method because you learn all types of valuable digital marketing skills, like Facebook and Google ads. With the right training, you’re able to charge top dollar because you can actually deliver results for clients.

When you charge a few hundred bucks, you’re left with very little after you pay your monthly Go-High Level subscription..

Who Is Jason Wardrop?

Jason Wardrop Review

Jason Wardrop seems to be a bit of a whiz kid. Kinda like Mark Zuckerberg; he started businesses in college from his dorm room.

If you’re unfamiliar with who he is, I’ll give you a quick summary of his ventures.

  • He started Wardrop Events, where he hosted tons of events that brought in thousands of people. This allowed him to pay for college.

  • Jason moved on to Arsenal Marketing, where he helped over 4,200 real estate agents get leads. He started as a digital agency but turned it into a real estate CRM. While it had success, it shut down in 2021, and customers have voiced their complaints about the service.

  • Mr. Wardrop built a successful YouTube channel with over 200,000 subscribers.

  • He is the #1 affiliate for GoHighLevel, a white-label sales and marketing software with over 25,000 referrals.

    Arsenal MKG review

    His accomplishments are undeniable.

But still, the reviews give me cause to pause..

How Much Does Jason Wardrop Course Cost?

    Jason Wardrop Courses Cost

The Real Estate Agency Accelerator program costs $997, but you can make 3 payments of $367.

The program sounds insanely cheap for everything you get…. So what’s the catch? Where’s the dead bodies, Jason?

    1. You have to pay for GoHighLevel every month, so that’s where Jason makes his money.

    2. I have doubts about the effectiveness of the program. If everyone uses the same copy-paste scripts and templates in the real estate niche, that just sounds like a recipe for disaster.

Real Estate Accelerator Agency Program Refund

    Real Estate Agency Accelerator refund

Jason offers a 30-day “action-based” refund policy. In other words, you gotta meet the following conditions to get your money back:

    • Setup your business website and sales funnels

    • Contact at least 30 realtors with his outreach scripts

    • Attend at 2 group coaching calls

My Personal Opinion On Jason Wardrop Real Estate Program

    My Opinion on Jason Wardrop

Jason paints himself as a money-making messiah. He comes riding in on his white horse trying to help you escape the 9 to 5 rat race.

While it all sounds well and good, something smells fishy here…

It’s interesting how Jason’s coaching you on how to build this amazing real estate agency with software, the EXACT same thing Arsenal Marketing was….

Left and right, customers came after him..

    Jodi L. reddit review

As Jodi L, put it, the platform wasn’t what she expected, and turns out she was sold a bill of goods. The customer service was poor, and the leads weren’t even looking to buy or sell a home.

A total waste of time and money, she says.

Jason even lost his cool once, telling someone to “get a life.”

    Jason Wardrop facebook message

    Classy move.

Others pointed out the misleading marketing Jason used, a lack of customer support, and not standing by his money-back guarantee.

It’s ironic that he’s now teaching people to run a real estate agency when his shut down!

It’s kinda like learning morals and ethics from a professor who was once a con man (not calling Jason a con artist, but it’s got a similar undertone).

Do I think Jason is selling a scam?

    No, probably not.

But he’s got a history of overpromising and underdelivering.

It sounds like Jason needs to spend more time taking care of his customers and less emphasis on selling them on some grandiose dream.

If you really wanna live the laptop lifestyle, it’s better to learn from honest instructors.

The guys who teach the Digital Rental Method show you the right way to do the lead generation model. You’re not taught cheap shortcuts or hacks.

Instead, you learn modern lead generation strategies that attract actual interested buyers…When local businesses see that you’re actually bringing in customers, you’re paid handsomely.

Many of the students here make an extra $2,000 to $10,000+ per month with very little upkeep.

That means they can spend their time living their dream life like:

    • Taking their kids on spontaneous trips to Disney land

    • Mopeding across the exotic streets of Thailand

    • Sipping Mai Tais on the beaches of Hawaii

If you want to learn the best way to run a lead generation business, the Digital Rental Method might be for you.

    Area Score Description
Time Investment 2.5 out of 5 stars GoHighLevel automates some of the fulfillment but you still have to find leads and sell them on your services.
Level Of Command 2.5 out of 5 stars With a real estate agency, you’re still depending on the housing market, as that affects the willingness of buyers and sellers.
Ease Of Implementation 4.0 out of 5 stars Jason provides copy-and-paste templates for many of the strategies, so you don’t have to start from scratch.
Profit Potential 1.5 out of 5 stars Jason teaches you to sell low-ticket services. Since you have to pay $297 for a GoHighLevel subscription, your margins are paper thin.

    Inside Real Estate Agency Accelerator

    Inside Jason Wardop Courses

Real Estate Agency Accelerator is an 8-week program with one year of mentorship with Jason and his team.

    Here’s what’s covered:

    Week 1

    week 1

This is where you learn the basics of the business model and how you can make money with it.

The real estate market has an annual growth rate of 4.51%, so it’s certainly a booming industry.

    Week 2

    Week 2

In week 2, you learn how to get clients. He covers outreach strategies like cold DMs and messages.

Also, he teaches how to weasel your way into realtor Facebook groups so you can begin to network and rub shoulders with them.

    Week 3

    Week 3

Once you get them interested, you need to know how to convert them into paying customers.

Jason shows you how to run your sales calls.

My guess is he teaches you how to automate the process by running webinars, so you can close clients at scale.

That said, webinars aren’t a beginner-friendly method in my opinion…

    Week 4

    Week 4

After you’ve snagged clients and raked in your money, it’s time to do the actual work and deliver what you promised.

Jason teaches you how to fulfill those services, mostly using GoHighLevel, such as setting up CRM lead tracking, automated messages, etc.

    Week 5

    Week 5

Once you have something working, you can scale your business with Facebook ads.

He gives you Facebook targeting, ad templates, and other resources to reach more realtors.

    Week 6 to Week 8

    Week 6 to 8

Jason shares more advanced stuff. It must be some dark-arts wizardry that he holds onto until the very end.

Beyond the standard training, he includes some other bells and whistles:

    • Live Q&A Calls Every Week With Coaches:

    • Q&A Calls Throughout The Week:

    • 1 on 1 Business Setup:

    • Bonus #1: $1M ARR Client Acquisition Sales Funnel

    • Bonus #2: Behind The Scenes Facebook Ads (specific targeting)

    • Bonus #3: YouTube Celebrity Accelerator

    Other Courses

Jason has turned over more courses than pancakes.

If I had a dime for every time a guru hopped from one program to the next, I’d be among the Forbes riches list sitting at the table with Mr. Elon Musk and Oprah Winfrey.

With that said, here’s a list of the past courses Jason has offered. But it’s unclear whether he still offers them or their discontinued…

    • Agency Partner Program (APP)

Read Our In Depth Breakdown Of The Top 5 Lead GenerationOpp Courses For 2024

Did Jason Wardrop Make The List?

    • 6-Figure Agency Blueprint

    • Launch My Agency & Million Dollar Agency

According to his webinar, Jason runs a high-level Million Dollar Exit Mastermind where he only accepts 50 people at a time. My guess is he’ll take his best students and upsell it to his mastermind, where he may run live events.

As mentioned, Jason used to run his own real estate agency called AKG Marketing. He turned it from an agency to an actual CRM software for realtors, where he had over 15,000+ paying customers and $40k worth of leads generated for clients.

    AKG review

But he’s discontinued this business since March of 2021, maybe because of all the bad reviews?

My Final Verdict – Should You Buy?

    Jason Wardrop Reviews

So, should you dive headfirst into Real Estate Agency Accelerator?

    Definitely not.

Jason is good at what he does. And he’s got the results to show for it.

But all the red flags are in plain sight, which is why I wouldn’t touch Jason’s programs with a ten-foot pole.

As I said from the start, Jason has more skeletons in the closet than a haunted house. Program after program, all teaching the same thing.

Same type of program, just a different name.

But my real concern is his focus on the real estate market. If everyone uses the same scripts, the same Facebook ad creatives, the same messages, what makes you any different?

Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.

Jason’s course focuses heavily on copy-paste stuff but less on tactical techniques. That’s my guess as to why he’s able to charge so low for his stuff. (probably because it doesn’t really work well… That is unless you buy into his expensive mastermind)

And after you’ve seen Jason’s reviews on Arsenal MKG, he’s not exactly the most transparent guy in the world. He’s certainly no saint.

    Yelp reviews

That’s just too risky for me to recommend something that could harm my readers.

Instead, I like the Digital Rental Method better.

It piggybacks off of the lead generation model, except you’re not limited to just real estate agents. And rather than selling low-ticket services, you can charge higher prices because you learn valuable skills that actually bring businesses customers.

#1 Alternative For Making Money in 2024

    Digital Rental Method

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

    • I have an actual lead-generation business

    • Running a digital ad agency with a high churn-and-burn rate

    • I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing

And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say there is no “perfect” business model.

That being said, my #1 recommendation for making money online is, hands-down, the Digital Rental Method.

Whether you’re a complete newbie or you’ve been around the block before but have never had that “big win” to propel you forward, then the Digital Method is for you.

    Why?

1)Time commitment: If you have an hour or two per day, you can do this. Even if you want to drop everything and commit fully, that works, too.

You don’t have to be constantly working to make money. The income you generate is recurring.

Imagine taking off for a month to places like Hawaii, Paris, National Parks, & other spots people only dream about – all while collecting dozens of little $500-$2,000 checks. It’s like a dream come true.

But it’s only possible to do it when you’ve separated your income from your time.

    2) Complete control: You completely control everything, which means no one can take your business away from you. This is a huge difference from other lead generation models, where Google can end you at the snap of a finger.

    3) It’s Effectively Copy-Paste: Here’s my favorite part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up, you can literally copy-paste another version of it and find another willing “renter” in a few days. DOUBLING your income doesn’t get much easier than that…

While Jason’s methods are copy-and-paste, all of his students are solely focused on real estate, meaning the methods will get saturated quickly.

    4) Great Margins:

When you follow the Digital Rental Method, your profit margin is nearly 100%. Watch here to learn how.

Just a reminder: these Digital Rental Properties are worth (at a minimum) $500/mo in semi-passive income. And each time you create another one, your income increases, and the effort put into creating the next property decreases.

Best case scenario, you have properties bringing in over $3,000+/mo on auto-pilot.

Jason teaches you to charge $300 to $500 per month, with expenses of $297 per month from GoHighLevel, so you’re left with super thin margins.

    5) You’re Helping REAL People: When you’re running a Digital Rental Method business, you’re helping solve REAL problems that people are ASKING for help with:

Small local businesses around the world need one thing: customers. Without them, their business would fall apart. If we can provide those customers, they’re going to be really happy – and they’re going to pay you for it.

You’re helping a struggling mother or father put FOOD on the table for their families, put their kids through college, or simply live life a little bit more comfortably.

Having this type of impact on the world is what will help you sleep soundly at night.

So, the rest is up to you. You could keep looking at other lead generation programs like the Agency Partner Program, which might work out.

You could keep researching and researching for the next few months (or a few years), never making a concrete decision.

OR, you can look deep inside, think about those dreams, hopes, & desires, and make the decision to ACTUALLY make it happen, just like it has for thousands of other students before you.

Making a fortune while actually helping real people who need it.

If this sounds like you, click here to see how it all works.
