Peter Vekselman Reviews (Updated 2024): What Does He Know About Real Estate?

Updated On: March 19, 2024

Welcome to my Peter Vekselman review. My goal is to answer common questions like: how much it costs, if it's a scam, and if you can actually make money with it. The end goal is to help you understand if it's a good fit for you personally, and if there are any better alternatives out there.
Peter Vekselman Reviews

This Peter Vekselman review has been throughly researched with information and testimonials that are available online to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

Peter Vekselman is a self-proclaimed real estate legend. He claims you can get into real estate WITHOUT a single dime of your own money.

All you need to do is bring him deals and he takes care of the rest.

Best of all, he splits the profits 50/50…

And the catch?

Well, that’s why you’re here, aren’t you?

Unlike Mr. Peter Vekselman, I won’t string you along for a whole 30 minutes with an overdrawn webinar (*cough* I mean glorified sales pitch) before I get to my punchline.

Believe me; I get why you’re searching for Peter Vekselman reviews in the first place..

With the way the economy is looking, quitting your 9 to 5 and sending your 2 weeks notice for good sounds like a pipedream.

So why not find real estate deals and get paid big for it?

I mean, everybody and their grandmothers are preaching real estate anyway. All the gurus like Pace Morby, Kris Kohn, and even Graham Stephan are coming outta the woodwork, probably whispering into your ear right now..

You might be here because something just doesn’t sit right with you about Peter Vekselman, and you’re thinking, this opportunity sounds way too good to be true.

Lucky for you, I’m gonna do you a favor and unveil the curtain behind Peter’s business opportunity. You’ll learn what’s inside his latest Partner Driven real estate program, including how much it costs and how you make money with it. Lastly, I’ll tell you whether it’s worth your time and money.

Okay, sit back and pour yourself a sparkling prosecco because I’m about to spill the beans on all things Peter Vekselman.

Summary

Partner Driven is a training program that teaches you how to find wholesale real estate deals. He gives you access to video training to help you locate distressed properties and negotiate with motivated sellers. That said, it’s very vague as to the specific kind of things you’ll learn, and finding deals is much harder than advertised, so I’m docking a couple of points for the curriculum category. However, I’ll give Peter his flowers when it comes to mentorship and community. As a member, you get live daily training calls with coaches and a nationwide support community that has your back.

What I liked
Peter has been a real estate investor since the 1990s and has done over 1,000 property deals. That means you get to learn from someone who walks the walk.
Partner Driven comes with daily coaching calls and 1 on 1 coaching when you get a deal under contract, so you receive the guidance you need.
You do get 50/50 profit splits, so on the chance you do actually land a big deal, you'll be grinning from ear to ear all the way to the bank.
What I Didn’t Like
Peter's team is aggressive about getting people to buy, including getting buyers to take out loans for it. This can put some people off, especially those who hate high-pressure sales tactics.
Peter's Facebook page is filled with fake positive reviews, which puts a ding on his credibility.
One Google My Business review claims Peter runs his wholesaling operations like a flea market, where he lowball sellers. It's hard to trust a guy who potentially does shady business.

TLDR – What’s The Verdict On Peter Vekselman And His Partner Driven Program?

Is Peter Vekselman a Scam

Peter Vekselman is the face behind his latest program, Partner Driven, where he’s got a very special opportunity for you.

That’s right. Why pay for properties when you can use his money, his resources, his team, and his network to land wholesale real estate deals?

And it can all be done without having to risk your own money.

Peter is looking to partner with you and fund your wholesale deals.

So, should you become a part of Partner Driven?

I wouldn’t.

For starters, I think Peter Vekelman missed his calling. He should be selling juicers and kitchen knives on late-night infomercials.

juicer infomercial

And he never addresses the elephant in the room.

Why are you offering this, Peter?

It sounds way too good to be true, and he never tells us why it isn’t, leaving us to wonder, what’s the frickin catch?

Maybe he doesn’t want to hire additional employees? I mean, that makes sense.

Peter gets people to pay for this training program and then lets everyone snag deals for him…

He gets paid whether you make money or not.

Luckily, I’ve been studying wholesale gurus for a while now. So I can help fill in some of the gaps.

Peter conveniently glosses over a lot of the nitty-gritty details of wholesaling real estate. You have to fight tooth and nail to get sellers to even talk to you. Then comes the negotiation part, where there’s a lot of shady predatory tactics used…

But wouldn’t you want to try something a little easier? Something that doesn’t require you to:

  • Drive around town knocking on doors
  • Looking for bandit signs on homes
  • Leaving flyers on street corners
  • Rubbing shoulders to build your network of experienced real estate investors
  • Getting told “no” on a daily basis

The job description Peter pitches sounds awfully similar to a real estate agent…. except you don’t get to show fancy houses.

I personally recommend the Digital Rental Method instead.

You build digital real estate that brings customers to businesses, and they pay you every month. You get the benefits of physical real estate without the downside.

If that sounds like music to your ears, you should check out this cool program I ran into.

But if you want to continue learning about Peter Vekselman, let’s keep rolling.

Who Benefits From Peter Vekselman Coaching, And Who Should Stay Far Away?

Peter Vekselman Coaching

Partner Driven Program might be for you if..

  1. You’ve got a million-dollar mouthpiece kinda like Jordan Belfort and Cole Gordon, so landing real estate deals is a breeze.
  2. You’ve already had success with other wholesale real estate programs like King Khang’s Wholesale to Millions course.
  3. You know the ins and outs of real estate.

On the flip side, you might want to look elsewhere if…

  1. You want recurring income. Wholesale deals are a one-time event, unlike something such as the Digital Rental Method, where you get checks handed to you month after month.
  2. You’re looking for a transparent program that doesn’t hide things from you. One customer claims to struggle to get their money back.
  3. Your only knowledge of real estate is watching HGTV. There are a lot of laws and risks involved in wholesale real estate. For example, in Florida, you need a real estate license to broker deals. The last thing you want is to be handed a hefty fine or thrown behind bars.

Partner Driven Program

Besides learning who benefits and who doesn’t, you probably want to know how Peter’s Partner Driven program works.

Let me explain.

What Is The Partner Driven Program?

Partner Driven is a real estate training program that teaches you how to bring wholesale deals to Peter.

The program has a 3-step process, in which you’re in charge of steps 1 and 2.

Partner Driven process

Once you shell out 6.5 grand, you get access to all of Peter’s training. You’ll go through onboarding, training and become certified.

From there, Peter sends you off to your local real estate market to begin your work.

Your job is to:

  1. Find distressed properties that are undervalued
  2. Put the deals together
  3. Get the deals under contract

Then, your job is done, and you repeat these steps.

Peter’s team takes care of the rest. They’ll fund the property, find buyers through their network of investors, and then execute the deals.

Lastly, whatever the profits are, you split that 50/50.

Inside Partner Driven, Peter gives you access to video training, weekly coaching calls, support, and software.

Business Model – How Do You Make Money?

real estate wholesaling business model

Peter might use fancy terminology throughout his sales presentation, but what he’s really teaching you is real estate wholesaling.

It is a strategy where you (the wholesaler) look for motivated sellers with distressed properties.

These properties often are fixer-uppers that need quite a bit of work.

The owners are usually motivated to sell due to unforeseen circumstances like a death in the family, a divorce, or job loss. The homeowner no longer can pay their mortgage.

That is where you come riding in on your white horse and save the day.

Your job is to convince the seller to sign a purchase document that allows you (the wholesaler) to assign the contract to another buyer. You would deploy high-pressure sales tactics to get the owner to sell their home for way below market value.

You might say something like, “Hey, Mr. Seller, if I can close the deal within X days and get you cash in hand, what’s the lowest you can sell your home for?”

With the contract signed and sealed, you deliver it to Peter’s team to do the rest. They will market that property to potential buyers, which could be any Joe Schmoe looking for a cheap home or real estate investors who make a living from flipping houses.

Their team sells the contract (rights to the house) for a higher price, and you net 50% of the profits.

AreaScoreDescription
Time Investment4/5You could spend months or years before you land a deal, with no guaranteed success. You’ll probably need to grind away on the phones, emails or direct mail to try to get leads to bite.
Level of Control2/5Not everything is in your control. Peter still has to connect the buyer to purchase the property at that rate. Or he has to buy it himself.
Ease of Implementation4/5It’s pretty hard to actually land deals. You’re going to have to know the local market really well to be in touch with distressed properties and you’ll need excellent sales skills.
Profit Potential3/5A 50% profit on deals isn’t too shabby. That’s more than most business models. But still, it’s not 100%, which is why I give it a 3 out of 5.

What Is Peter Vekselman Net Worth?

Who is Peter Vekselman

Peter Vekselman had entrepreneurial blood since he was a kid. As an immigrant from Russia, he started making money as a child by shoveling snow out of people’s driveways for 20 bucks a pop. Later in life, he graduated from Miami University.

In the 1990s, he started his real estate journey. When Peter first started, he put his trust in the wrong contractors and real estate agents, leading him to lose $500,000 in six months.

Eventually, he figured it out though. Since then, he’s landed 1,000+ property deals. Peter is also the founder of the Default Deals training program, but these days, it seems like he’s turned his attention to Partner Driven instead.

Peter Vekselman is sitting on a $5 million+ net worth, which is quite the turnaround considering where he started from.

Is Peter Vekselman Legit? My Personal Opinion

Is Peter Vekselman Legit?

Google search “Peter Vekselman scam”, and you might find a few horror stories.

Do I think Peter is running a huge scam and fleecing everyone only to use that money to fuel his private jet rides?

I doubt it.

Based on my research, it does seem Peter gives you the things he’s promised on his sales page. Sure he’s got some angry customers and lots of fake positive reviews… but nothing that really seems criminal in the eyes of the higher powers that be.

fake reviews

But for the sake of argument, we’ll look past this.

My biggest gripe with Partner Driven is two things:

  1. The lack of transparency
  2. The wholesale real estate business model

I gotta admit Peter’s a legend for this persuasive sales pitch. He should be headed into the Hall of Fame along with all the other Peter greats like Peter Pan, Peter Parker, Peter Griffin, and Pete Davidson. The man is truly great at making this sound like a no-brainer business opportunity.

In all seriousness, wholesale real estate is really a shady business. Your success is largely predicated on your predatory skills.

Property owners who are “motivated” to sell fast often have just experienced tough life situations, like a divorce, a spouse passing away, or a job loss.

Wholesalers are taught to use high-pressure sales tactics to get them to give up their homes immediately in exchange for quick cash…

Kinda like high-interest lenders; it rarely ends well..

While they help connect sellers to buyers quickly, they often get buyers to sell their homes for pennies on the dollar.

Frankly, I wouldn’t want to be in the business of turning someone else’s misfortune into your fortune.

That’s why I only focus my time and energy on things that help others, like the Digital Rental Method.

This opportunity allows you to build assets that bring customers to businesses in need. In a way, you’re actually doing your part in helping your local economy.

Sure, you might not have the impact of a city mayor, but you’re making meaningful differences in people’s businesses. You’re helping business owners keep their heads above water, putting food on the tables for employee’s families, and stimulating your local economy by bringing more business to these companies.

Best of all, you own the asset, unlike wholesaling, where you’re more of a sales rep.

When done properly, you can make $2k to $10k+ per month while running your business from anywhere!

If that sounds like a better plan, the Digital Rental Method might be for you!

What’s Inside Partner Driven Program?

Is Partner program an affordable program

Partner Driven comes packed with a lot of bells and whistles.

The cost comes out to $6,500, but there are conflicting comments online that they’ve been quoted much higher prices, like $8.5k or even $15k.

peter vekselman complaint

To join, you’ll need to apply to partner and schedule a call with their team. It’s on this call that the sales rep will feel out your financial situation.

Based on the complaints, it seems like they may offer a payment plan and they might also try to get you to take out loans.

questionable deposit practices

All that said, here’s what you get inside:

  • Partner Driven University, a course with video training on how to find undervalued properties and negotiate deals.
  • Deal-driven software to help you find distressed properties
  • Live daily training
  • 1 on 1 coaching after you’ve gotten a seller under contract
  • Peter’s team handles finding a seller, 100% of the funding to buy the property, and all of the rehab to fix it up. They also help you handle the paperwork, title work, attorneys, etc.
  • Private community
  • 50% of the profits
  • Partner Driven Live event- they host an annual live event in Atlanta Georgia

My Final Verdict – Should You Buy?

peter vekselman review

Okay, should you hand over your money to Peter?

No, keep your money.

If it’s too good to be true, it probably is.

Now, that’s not me being all sour grapes. Trust me, if I believed in Partner Driven, I would tell you.

While I commend Peter for providing a ton of coaching and training, he’s probably more in the business for himself than helping others.

You see, Peter makes money whether you do or not.

Sure, you don’t front the money to buy the property, but you still have to hand Peter a big wad of cash to join his program.

And real estate wholesaling isn’t nearly as easy as he makes it out to be. You might have to grind months or years before locking in a deal. There are tens of thousands of wholesalers out there hitting the phones, sending bulk emails, networking, and putting up posters all around town, just like you.

These days, we’re on the up and up. Elon is already plotting our move to Mars, and ChatGPT does our children’s homework. You might as well try your hand at something more new-age, like Digital Rental Method.

Rather than physical real estate, you build digital properties that YOU OWN (unlike wholesaling), and they pay you month after month.

What Is My Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024?

Best Way To Make Money Online

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

  • Buying and flipping distressed properties
  • I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
  • I’ve drop-shipped a toilet bowl putting green on Shopify

And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say there is no “perfect” business model.

Did Peter Vekselman Make The List?

It’s worth noting that I FULLY endorse real estate investing as a way to grow wealth, and that’s why I invest my own money in commercial and residential real estate. But I don’t endorse wholesaling real estate because of the predatory techniques used.

That being said, my #1 recommendation for making real money online as a beginner is, hands-down, the Digital Rental Method.

Whether you’re a complete newbie, or you’ve been around the block before but have never had that “big win” to propel you forward, becoming a Digital Landlord is for you.

Why?

Time: If you’ve got a spare hour-or-two each day, you can do this. If you want to drop everything and go all-in, you can do this. More time obviously means faster results, but even putting in a few hours per day is enough to see real success.

And because of that flexibility, you don’t need to trade your time for money. Once the income starts, it’s recurring.

That means you can take a month off, travel the country, pursue a passion project, chill on the beach, or charter a boat across the world.

But you can only do that once you’ve created an income stream that doesn’t require YOU to be there all day, every day.

Wholesaling real estate is a FULL TIME JOB. If you stop finding deals, your money dries up. You might have to drive around town, attend networking events, and do all sorts of outreach to get in contact with the right people.

Ownership & Control: Since Peter handles the transactions, you don’t own the property. The investors do. You’re only the middleman who gets a cut of the profits. When you don’t own the property, you miss out on residual pay checks…

When you follow the Digital Rental Method, you literally own all of the assets, which means you have ultimate control and receive payments month after month.

Ongoing costs: With real estate, profit margins are actually pretty slim. Real wealth is made in owning the assets and owning A LOT of them.

With the Digital Rental Method, your profit margin is nearly 100%. Watch here to learn how.

Just a reminder: these Digital Rental Properties are worth (at a minimum) $500/mo in semi-passive income. And each time you create another one, your income increases and the effort put into creating the next property decreases.

Best case scenario, you have properties bringing in over $3,000+/mo on auto-pilot.

It’s Effectively Copy-Paste: Here’s my favorite part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up, you can literally copy-paste another version of it and find another willing “renter” in a few days. DOUBLING your income doesn’t get much easier than that…

If you wanted to double your income with real estate wholesaling, you would need twice as many deals or double your profit margins on each transaction. And I can guarantee you, that’s a lot harder than a few clicks & a phone call.

Make Money Helping Real People: Unfortunately, there’s already states looking to ban or set restrictions on wholesale real estate investing. This business model takes advantage of other’s misfortunes, so you can make a quick buck.

When you’re running a Digital Rental Method business, you’re helping solve REAL problems that people are ASKING for help with:

Small local businesses around the world need one thing: customers. Without them, their business would fall apart. If we can provide those customers, they’re going to be really happy – and they’re going to pay you for it.

You’re helping a struggling mother or father put FOOD on the table for their families, put their kids through college, or simply live life a little bit more comfortably.

Having this type of impact on the world is what will help you sleep soundly at night.

So, the rest is up to you. You could keep looking at other opportunities Partner Driven, which might make you money.

You could keep researching and researching for the next few months (or few years), never making a concrete decision.

OR, you can look deep inside, think about those dreams, hopes, & desires, and make the decision to ACTUALLY make it happen, just like it has for thousands of other students before you.

Making a fortune while actually helping real people who need it.
