Issue Two: Competition. Locked In Leads leverages Facebook to help in generating leads. I have no issue with using Facebook ads for lead generation. But that platform is oversaturated.

For instance, if you’re doing affiliate marketing for a health and fitness site, you’d be surprised by the number of ads your target market gets every hour.

That means the money you spent to make that ad goes down the drain, as it isn’t getting the views you thought it would.

Issue Three: Facebook account suspension. There’s always a possibility of having your Facebook account suspended.

I can’t count the number of times I’ve seen people talk about how Facebook suspended their accounts for no reason.

The claim Facebook puts out is “unusual activity.” If Facebook were your bread and butter, you’d probably have to start again. That would mean paying for new ads, which won’t be cheap.

Issue Four: Cheap leads. Facebook ads do help you get leads, but they are cheap leads. You’ll have to convince them again over the phone to buy your products.

It also ends up forcing you to constantly experiment with different ads and campaigns. That cycle ends up being a full-time job. At this point, you’re better off staying at your job as you’re sure of an income at the end of the month.

There’s also the issue of turnaround time. In emergencies like a clogged toilet or a broken down AC, no customer will wait around for you to sell your services.

They’ll probably go to the businesses online that quickly offer emergency services. Also, let’s not forget that Gabriel still has to convince the business that they need the lead.

Sometimes, that can take time.

That’s no way to make money online.
